Awful! They were extremely rude &completey unhelpful! I ran out of gas here &I was trying to get 20 miles south &they did nothing to help me get to the hospital were my mom was rushed several hours ago while I was @work! Wouldn’t go there again if I was bleeding to death! Going to run out what little gas I have left &leave me stranded along the freezing cold road somewhere but sure as heck better than this cold careless environment
The Dog park may be small but it’s very convenient! I think I enjoyed it just as much if not more than my pups did! Thanks Loves for providing such an overlooked amenity! Place was clean and employees were nice!
I always stop at Loves travel stops nationwide when they are available. Until today.... I arrived at this location at midnight. The place was dead, not many customers. I was going to pull my small RV in the long parking spots at the side of the lot like I've done the last several years and rest for a little while then be on my way.. This Love's has signs all over the parking lot even in the rv parking spots that state 1 hour parking only. Just today alone in the last 24 hours I have spent over $1000 in fuel, food and supplies at Love's travel stops along my trip and well over $15,000 in this past year. Today is the last day I spend a dime at a Love's travel stop.
Quick and easy pit stop for gas, use the restroom, or grab a drink/snack. Good location off the highway, plenty of space to navigate the pumps, and gas prices were reasonable. Clean restrooms.
Like so many Loves, and excellent place to stop. Good amount of parking. Clean, well maintained facility, including the bathrooms. Friendly staff, well stocked store. Two big name fast food joints.
this place has bad service I asked them shower for my co driving!! they said no coz loves card has to be under your co driver name !!! I asked for supervisor. She told me if u need shower for u I will give u ? but your co driver no !!!!! I don’t know why they do that ! Any way thank you loves for this service!!!!!!!! This happened on 11/10/2023 at 7:50pm
Great spot, super clean showers but limited space for semi parking. We got here at 5 and it was already full and trucks lined up on the side of the street.
Terrifying employee that yells and screams at any customer that is not Caucasian. Love this company, but this woman made me feel unsafe, I can't imagine how minorities felt.
This review is more on the Chester's Chicken. I can understand the need to train new people to work there but you need to make sure they have basic human skills like being able to count and being able to recognize a chicken combo meal doesn't have any chicken in it, even after asking twice after the customer said it, before the customer walks away! Thanks to a mountain of unnecessary regulations the trucking industry is a very time intensive one and we really cannot be expected to deal with employees who don't even have basic human skills who's been left alone to manage the front counter.
Very large gas station/convenience store. They have a HUGE selection of everything here. The bathrooms are clean. They have showers here as well. I believe they have truck parking too.
Horrible customer service. I wasn’t able to use my loves rewards card, even tho I’m a member. The supervisor was disrespectful and told me to leave the area. The worst stop and Employee I have dealt with. If I was able to give it less then a star then I would have done it
I needed some help with tires and Jonathan at the truck shop was more than helpful. He got me back on the road quickly even though they were busy. I’m sure local management appreciates his customer Service.

Our dogs spend lots of time in a semi. We always find a loves for them. I absolutely love the fact they all have dog parks for my babies to stretch their legs at. The customer service at this one is amazing as well. This is definitely a location we will be visiting frequently.
Don't expect to get hot food at night. Restaurants closed. Hot case empty. 3 old looking items on Roller grill.
Decent truck stop, clean restrooms. Parking is tight, ALWAYS penske trucks or small box trucks parked in lot, locals most likely.
Cashier her name richel she very agressive I ask here for a refund and she tried to give me back my money in my card and she told me don’t enter your PIN just press the green bottom to get automatically your cash back the transaction doesn’t work I told her it’s not working like and she didn’t know her job and she stressed and she called her manager and when her manager came everything worked and she tried to cry ? and make drama for nothing no respect just guys be sure who you hiring to serve us as we deserve we truck drivers no money without us thank u ??
