Good location, friendly staff, nice selection of food and trucker needs, and also very clean restrooms!

Great place to stop for snacks and drinks. They had a great selection of soda to choose from, and everything was in great shape. Very clean. The staff was friendly too.

This pilot has cleanest pumps and bays in the whole US network even one in Canada 30 minutes ahead of Buffalo NY is not this clean. The newest pumps machines are usually dirty. To keep it clean there are dedicated team members working around the clock. We appreciate it.

This is a nice pilot to stop at, can get very busy though. Always a pleasant experience when I stop here. Cashiers always greet people when they walk in which is always nice. When I had issues with the pump not accepting my code for double points, they took care of it to make sure I got them. Everything always looks clean bathrooms included. (Although on 12/13 there was no soap in the men's room.) This pilot has a subway attached and also has p.j. fresh items. Also has plenty of parking for trucks but remember at night it gets really full!!Overall a nice pilot to take a break at!!

Boasts the "coziest" showers for miles. Water slightly above from temperature, so that you never need worry about burning or redness. Per standard Pilot policy, trucks are parked ever which-a-way. Tire mart being constructed on the east end of their spacious parking lot. Still, I visit this place often, because the people are always awesome.

Always a good place to stop while traveling through the area. Lots of food and drinks to pick from. Gas may have up to 10% ethanol, however, but the price is low. Easy to get back out on the highway because there is a traffic light there. Quality and temp of coffee may vary depending on time of day. I ususlly take a taste first to see if its good. Very large cold drink selection.

Very nice Pilot location! CLEAN shower, and a decent amount of truck parking. Pretty quiet here on this Sunday night. Would assume it’s much busier on a weeknight. Will make a habit of stopping here more often for sure ?

Normally a great place. They are having all kinds of issues with pumps today. Looks like they may be working on them. Some were down. Some only one side worked and some def did not work on..

Showers are very clean and hot water plentiful, no mold or surprises on the floors or walls, not like some of the new Love's and there mold issues, over all the store was really clean and the people are friendly

The pilot travel store is okay, but the Subway that is attached to. It was not open at 7:30 in the morning. In order to get breakfast, I find this very dumb being attached to a truck stop and you're not opening at 5 o'clock in the morning. Somebody really needs to rethink this and pull their head out of their backside and get something fixed.

This was the cleanest Pilot I have been to. The shower was spotless. Not a hair, no dust hiding behind the doors, the fan was spotless. The store was extremely clean and the staff was super friendly and appreciated your business!!! The fuel island is also super clean. This store takes pride in itself. From the clean parking lot all the way inside, you feel welcomed and cared for. A job well done and th we employees deserve a pat on the back for a job excedeling well done! I will most definitely continue stopping at this Pilot. Thank you management and employees for making this trucker feel welcomed!!!!

Always clean and they have someone stocking and cleaning the hot food and deli area . Wide variety of drinks and ready to eat foods. Sometimes cashiers are to busy to be friendly,but they are fast , so I think that's preferable. Can't fit the large coffee cup under the coffee dispenser so that's a ?. They are a great place to stop.

Great stop. Not overly crowded and was able to do a 34hr reset and laundry

Always hot food on the rollers and I think the staff is great❤️
