Showers down at this location due to plumbing leak in shower 3. So I walked a mile to the other pilot. Their showers are down due to broken hot water heater. Hotel next door is closed, hotel by the other pilot is infested w bugs according to reviews on Google Maps, so stay on the road, no possibility of getting clean at this exit. Wish I knew that before I parked here. Take heed & avoid.
Yooo y'all need to get some better plumbing cause that dam drizzle ain't doing NOTHING... And from the look of the reviews y'all need to hire people. When us truckers get done for the day we don't want to wait for a shower hell I think it's only 3 so it should be that dam hard to get this location in shape
Gas Pump 10 did not stop pumping gas to the point where gasoline was all over the ground, told the workers inside who did nothing to take care of obviously flammable material all over the ground, nor rectify the poor service. Never going to Pilot again!!! Edit: adding photos!
How does a place that hypes up its coffee so much never have French vanilla creamer? I have to stop here every morning at 5 all week for fuel and 3 out of 5 mornings a week there is no French vanilla creamer and out of order stickers on both dispensers. Is it that hard to manage inventory at a truck stop or is the night shift just too lazy to switch them out before the morning shift gets there?
The pilot needs to sell their stores. Everyone I have been in is run down.The bathrooms are nasty,pee all over the floors. Just stuff everywhere. All I have to say is clean it up or sell it. Nasty Nasty Nasty Nasty

Super friendly staff. Clean showers. Very clean restrooms. Subway on premises. plenty of fuel slips. Almost never a wait. Not a lot of truck parking but it seems sufficient. Lot is well maintained. Easy in, easy out. one of my more favorable fuel stops. Never a complaint.
No food overnight ?? reason to close down All truck stops who not have food for drivers 24/7 all should be closed permanently no excuse.

No shower available. Nice lady at the counter said nobody here to clean showers and she can't leave the counter. Will be available in the morning. So bad. Not a good service

The girl at the register was nice enough but she kept her gloves on to touch the register. Then she touched the restorer with her bare hands after the register had issues. It’s really gross ?. I just wonder what worse they do here.

the building really needs touched up on. it feels really gross walking around. the service for the most part is ok when its not super busy.
