Starting with one location in 1958 to becoming the largest travel center network in North America, we’ve never lost sight of what’s important – taking care of our guests! At Pilot Flying J, we believe it's essential to give back to our communities that have given so much to us. We are committed to supporting local, regional and industry non-profit and charitable organizations. From the beginning, our founder instilled a spirit of community and philanthropy into our company. It is our privilege to give back by supporting causes that are important to our business and communities we serve. We encourage our team members to be active in their communities, whether that is volunteering or being there to serve first responders after a natural disaster.

Guys inside were nice! The store is stocked & good size. Get here early if you’re hungry bc there’s zero hot foods left by supper time which makes no sense. It would be GREAT if they would keep hot food going till at least 7pm I mean come on now flying J’s! The bathrooms not bad. Big cement lot & spaces. But I gotta say it’s a pain in the a$$ once it’s filling up. The lots curved which would be fine if it weren’t for those awesome drivers who think their special & park sticking out 4,5, ft! It’s 1:00 am & there’s still 3 reserved spots that no one can get into & there’s still open free spots that people can’t get into either for the same reason.
Staff was alright. Restroom was pretty bad. Shower number 8 is fantastic. If you’re 3ft tall and love cold showers. Also the shower head is broken. Paper dispenser is literally protruding over the toilet. But, like I said, the counter folks are pretty nice.
Not a bad truckstop of the Pilot network. Sufficiently spacious parking.
This one has a bigger store than most, a big drivers' area, and a good Denny's restaurant. The road in front is near an intersection and is busy at times, so it can be difficult to make the left turn out of the lot to get back to the Interstate.
I hate when we have to stay here and I'm hoping this is our last time. The laundry room machines are so filthy there is no way I will put our clothes and bedding in them. I'm talking correded gunk. Today, they are out of fountain Dr. Pepper, fresh tea, ice, and only have small cups for the fountain drinks. I asked if they are going to be out all weekend. I was told, "Well they didn't send us any". I'm thinking really..... you get your ice shipped? They seldom empty their trash cans. They prefer to let the weather take the trash across the fence and empty onto public property and make it's way into the public water supply. All of these boards have nails in them. I can't believe this town allows them to get by with this. The unfortunate thing is this is the cleanest I've ever seen it. This is what you get for reserved parking which is supposed to be the "elite" park of the parking. I wish the town people would say they don't want this in their water and make them clean it up. I will say for the first time ever, the bathrooms are decent. I'm hoping the showers will be as well. I can't stand litter and this is despicable coming from a business. And before people blame the truckers, it's been this way each time we've been here. They don't empty the trashcans along the truck parking. This mess didn't happen overnight. It's a habit Flying J has gotten into and feels is acceptable.
Shower was clean. Water pressure is not too bad. Very small shower. The tissue paper holder is in you way when you sit on the toilet. Parking lot and fuel pumps are busy. Pay attention or you will get run over.
Walked in. Everybody had a smile on there face greeted me. Welcome to find Jays, awesome place.
I asked the nice lady at the front desk. How's everybody on the other line? She said her mother had passed away and had left the funeral today to come to work. Ironically her mother and her father passed away on the same date. I simply told her God bless and I would say a prayer for her family. Thanks to these people That come in and service these truckstops just before I had gotten my shower ticket. I headed back to take a shower. This all happened later. I was in conversation about the amount of trash. I see out thrown around. As I went back and took my shower, I ended up walking out, almost breaking my bottle that was in my case in the bathroom. Thanks Gale didn't break but I caught Jerry who was taking care of the back and cleaning the showers. I thanked him for being there and gave him a tip. Well deserved. People are all standing strong here for us so let's make this better each and every day we're at these truckstops I am motivated to do better park accordingly pick up trash when you see it. These employees are working very hard. God bless America. What would Paul Harvey say about these people here live long and prosper
Its actually great place for truckers to shower up and rest. But be very careful when stopping here it's a police hot spot. And they are crooked. They will sit in the parking lot 3 or 4 of them, and wait for you to leave then get behind you at the light then pull you over as soon as you turn out of the property, and say you crossed the line..They do have a convenient 24 hour Mcdonalds and plenty of gas pumps the gas is good quality and they have plenty of food, drinks, souvenirs a Subway, and a 24 hour Mcdonalds. The staff is always nice and knowledgeable about the area. They have a nice propane fillup station and theres a truck service center next door and also a small BBQ restaurant.
Only good thing this location has going for it is very friendly staff. Other than that it's extremely run down location. Fuel pumps are usually broke down, trash over flowing everywhere, pot holes & ruts in the lot that your truck gets stuck in, not mention the rows are to close together making it extremely difficult to park once the lot starts filling up.
There was a subtle sewage smell in the shower and it has mold around the grouting and caulking. The salmon tasted great but it was dry.
The engineer who designed this pilot should lose their license. 1 way in 1 way out and the trucks stack up trying to leave and it just creates a logistical nightmare. I pulled in to get fuel and food and realized how bad it was and it took me over 30 mins just to leave the parking lot..
Truck parking spaces have ruts & the lines are worn off. Trucks park any which way because there aren't any visible lines to go by. The Denny's inside was nice. The food & service were great! The inside of the store was nice. I went to get a shower & the shower hadn't been cleaned! There was a Long hair hanging from the shower head & the sink had a hair in it. There were soap suds on the soap holder & the shower floor. It wasn't hard to tell that the person responsible for cleaning the shower only changed the towels & washcloth out without Cleaning! I spoke to the manager & was told he would take care of it.
I'm a truck driver. When I came in to get a shower, I was told multiple times by the maintenance worker "I hate these damn truck drivers". I understand that at the time he was frustrated because someone (we can probably safely assume a truck driver) went through an alarmed door to walk out of the building instead of walking to the front of the store. However, the statement was against truck drivers... only. Now I'll agree that some truck drivers' behavior is disappointing. But then, some preachers act in a disappointing manor, sometimes school teachers, sometimes pilot maintenance workers. Does that make me disappointed in all of them? Of course not. Not very wise to talk trash about truck drivers to a truck driver that is about to determine how much of a tip they're going to be leaving you. I decided $0 was most appropriate for the individual who stated that he hated me. Perhaps, if he hates truck drivers so much he should stop eating, buying clothes, etc. And a career change might be a good idea as well.
Super convenient. Showers. Laundry. Ample parking, A Denny’s. Quality selection of goods tailored for professional drivers and general public alike. Clean bathrooms. Ample pumps with competitive fuel prices. Right of the interstate. What more could you ask for?
How lazy can you be,, seriously! I watched this guy dump all this out of his truck, while parked in a no parking area, while there was half the lot empty! I am about 3 trucks away from this guy in an actual parking spot with a couple empty trash cans right beside my trailer! It's people like this that are making it harder for us real truckers to find good safe parking, and why fewer and fewer other stores are not allowing us to park on site anymore! Food started off good, then Denny's waiter completely disappeared the rest of our time there! Flying J was great, very friendly staff and a clean store!
