Husband and I are on the road again. Stopped in to refuel. This location seemed a little small for the amount of traffic that was in the parking lot today. The fueling pumps were very close together. Ran inside to pay for the gas, the attendant was okay. Love's Truck Stop still remains our stop when traveling.

The store itself is clean and offers many things for travelers passing through the area. They have trinkets and souvenirs. There is hot and cold food available. They also have fountain pops. The employees have always been friendly. They greet just about everyone who comes through the door. They have clean bathrooms, and there are showers for truckers, but I don't know what they're like. The front lot, where cars and pickup trucks fuel up, sucks. The bays and fuel pump design, as far as cars being able to get up to gas pumps when more than 3 vehicles are there, is the worst. They obviously designed it on a Monday morning or Friday afternoon. I only stop here for gas in the middle of the night or if I'm pushing my luck with the gas gods, and I don't think I can make it to the next exit.

Clean location. Most of the stuff looks like it's new. People here are mostly friendly. It's a truck stop so you'll see alot of big rigs. There's also alot of big rig traffic. There's plenty of food to choose from. Subway and McDonald's on premises.

This is the nastiest, dirtiest Love's that I have ever been to. I have been here since yesterday. The trash has looked like this since then. Nobody is cleaning up here. The "dog park" and I use that term loosely is sad and over grown. As a truck driver doing a 34 I looked forward to throwing a ball in a fenced in area but unfortunately that's not to be the case. There is grease everywhere. Nobody is pressure washing anything. This place DEFINETLY isn't up to Loves usual standards. Corporate definitely needs to send someone out here to maintain this situation.

Was charged over DOUBLE what was paid for a tank of gas. I called Discover Card for explanation. They told me that this gas station charges this extreme amount for hold, until payment clears. I called Loves at this location and they told me, NO, its Discover doing it. I called Discover again. They reassured me that this is the doing of the Sparta location Loves and its not the first time they've been called about it. So, avoid this gas station. First of all, a charge for a hold that is over double the actual price paid is just plain ludicrous. And second, they lie, which is not exactly a good business practice.

This is a nice location, has all the essentials you'd need when passing through, and the staff are warm and welcoming. Shout out to the nice young lady cleaning the ladies bathroom, she was super sweet and was working hard to keep the bathroom clean for us so thank you! Will keep this location as a favorite

Beware of low quality gas at this location. I buy gas at 2 places: Kroger and the Loves on 1039. My car takes premium gas, and I happened to fill up 3 times in a row at Loves. My engine had knocking, rough startup, check engine light. Over Christmas I filled up at Kroger 3 times in a row, and all symptoms are gone.

I had a great experience: bathrooms were clean, I fueled up, Aaron came out to help me with filling up the propane in my rv, and then he got air in my tires while I went inside to grab lunch. He then told me that one of my rear tires was really low and I should get it looked at, either at the tire shop next door or at the next Love’s towards Louisville. Exceptional service that I am very grateful for; thanks Aaron!

Great location but always busy. It can be very chaotic. Can rarely get a parking spot and if you do might take you a bit to get out. Get your fuel and get out of there! Showers are good though and there is a BBQ place next door.

Stopped on the way down to Louisville to take a break and get a macchio Auto at McDonald's, it was very clean, easy to get to and easy to get out of and convenient and I was pleased with the cleanliness of the place and it seemed everybody there was friendly and enjoyed working there and being there. Good place to stop recommended it is

Clean bathrooms. Large variety of convenient hot food. Usual snacks both sweet and salty..

I drive truck and stop at this facility quite a bit and they are always friendly you get in and out quickly plus they keep a very clean store from the restrooms to the sales floor.

Was always a friendly place but was welcomed by the rudest lady today that I peeked around the counter to get her attention. Excuse me sir but your not welcome back here... Sorry miss but I was trying to get service? I asked her if I should leave just to know if they were open. They were thanks to another employee

Do not pull into this location unless you have 30 minutes to a hour to spare. Very tight parking lot and once you’re in the only way out is through fuel islands. Parking is near impossible due to lack of spots.

These 2 Men working here couldn't be nicer!! Very friendly, outgoing & SO Curteous!Stopped there a few minutes ago for some Micky D's Breakfast & Coffee's to-go & purchased a few gifts to boot:) I L♥️VE Love's!!! They always have AWESOME Souvenirs & gifts; including clothing, hats, jackets & all-weather gear, gloves & accessories too. Don't forget to grab snacks, Coffee, & extras!! Highly Recommend this establishment. Diesel prices are great too!!
