Starting with one location in 1958 to becoming the largest travel center network in North America, we’ve never lost sight of what’s important – taking care of our guests! At Pilot Flying J, we believe it's essential to give back to our communities that have given so much to us. We are committed to supporting local, regional and industry non-profit and charitable organizations. From the beginning, our founder instilled a spirit of community and philanthropy into our company. It is our privilege to give back by supporting causes that are important to our business and communities we serve. We encourage our team members to be active in their communities, whether that is volunteering or being there to serve first responders after a natural disaster.

This is a nice travel center. If you are lucky enough to find a parking spot in the back by the towing company, it's nice and quiet. But if you have to park up by the highway, I hope you got a good set of earmuffs. There are lots of nice hot fresh foods here and a McDonalds. Staff here is nice and friendly
Place is really clean and the staff is friendly. Must be the area I'm in. Everything is clean and everyone is friendly
Got here for my 10hr break. Few showers, not well cleaned out. Long wait time! Parking was not too bad, small dinning area at McDonalds. Not much to expect at a pilot. Plenty of parking before 6:30pm
Great location. Very clean. Extremely friendly workers. The restroom was closed for cleaning and was informed that they had shower rooms. They have 4 shower rooms that lock with their own toilet and sink. I highly recommend this pilot location.
Quiet stop, although it stays busy. Plenty of places to eat. McDonald's is open 24hrs. There is also David's Steak Buffet House and a Huddle House. Across the street is an Arby's and Moe's. All are within a short walk.
Dropped $600+ in the tank last night as normal. This Pilot is the last place to fuel on my way home, for that fact alone I've made this my fuel stop for years. After fueling I realized that all the parking spots were full. I pulled to the end of a row out of the way so I could walk inside for food. Before I even got my brakes set, I was greeted with sirens, spotlights, and emergency lights. To ask me to leave that spot would have not been an issue with me. Even though I was out of the way, I was still not in a designated spot, but for Barney Fife to light the whole place up like a circus was quite excessive. I've been loyal to Pilot for around 12 years now, no more. I'll take my business to Loves from now on. There's a right way to ask, and a wrong way. Waking everyone up in the truck stop to feed your ego is definitely the wrong way.
Sometimes I'm a pilot and I buy pizza for lunch. Other Pilot's pizzas are soft and almost half-baked. However, the pizza here has a crispy crust. The pizza was more delicious than usual. We were unable to confirm the name of the staff member. However, the staff were friendly. Thank you very much.
Use to have a burrito place inside, was the only reason I would stop here. Doesn’t have it anymore so its not worth the trouble to come here anymore, which is a good thing but man am I gonna miss those burritos.
There is no point in reserving a spot because anyone can park there management won't make anyone move. Very disappointed in Pilot/Flying J.
Construction around the area so be careful. Fueling was easy & showers were fast.
Having some major remodeling going on, I want to give David some credit. That guy hasn't sit still since I arrived here to shut down. Very nice curtious guy. I don't know what wages he is earning but I would say he deserves a Raise.
Very tilted and small parking, store is cool very nice people restrooms are renewed.
Gas station is on verry good location. Love's, Walmart supercenter, little caesars for pizza, lowes etc.
We stopped in at the pilot on the way to WV. This Pilot was very clean and the bathrooms at very clean. It has a Subway and a McDonald’s at the location inside.
Clean place but the people are the best part to be honest
