Shower room #6 was nasty. Looks like they didn’t even bother cleaning the toilet. General Manager take a look at the videos. Jan 8th around 11/11:30 pm

Bathroom stop at this Pilot which was clean and tidy in the restroom. The roller grills were definitely stocked and they had plenty of snacks and drinks. Even though I wasn't filling up the van here, I took advantage of the squeegee and cleaned off the windshield. Overall, a good experience and I'd be fine to stop here again.

Easy to park but not many spaces , needs some cleaning up around the facility, inside was messy but typical for a pilot

Came here for my 10hr break. Showers not well cleaned, NO lock on shower door. Subway lady was nice, only one cashier at the main desk, long line! Parking is not the greatest! Plenty of outside lighting though.

On a road trip, our car broke down in your parking lot today. 4 employees pushed our car out of the way and offered to help us, , even offering us free drinks. While waiting for a tow truck, I can’t tell you how many employees and customers stopped and asked if we needed help. Big hearts in Kentucky!!!

Trucks with refrigerated trailers mostly spend the night in the parking lot, since the Nestle plant is nearby. Therefore, it is difficult to stand in without noise, if this is important to anyone.

The showers have no locks on the doors!!! There was feces in the toilet of the shower that I was given! Had to get another shower room! Not very clean, no sense of safety… Minimal shower supplies given. One towel, one washcloth… parking wasn’t bad considering the time of day I arrived with my load. Needs cleaning services and supplies for truckers and guests that use the showers

Great place to stop for a quick shower and even a full stop to rest and eat. Place is clean and the bathroom are very private to go do your thing in peace. The prices are ok and the service is good. Get points from your rewards card with purchase of any kinds. The parking is big and comfortable all tho the entrance to the place is a little uncomfortable it still work well how it's set up. To has a Nd Donald and a Subway inside to get an ok meal if your not willing to eat the pizzas and hotdogs.

Not many spaces for parking... The usual Criminal paid$ parking B.S. ... the usual over inflated grifter prices for convenience goods... They should thank China for 90% of the merchandise they sell..

My girlfriend and I stopped in to grab drinks, a snack, and use the restroom. My girlfriend is in a wheelchair and needs help transferring from her wheelchair to the toilet when she has to use the restroom. The regular bathrooms there are big bathrooms with stalls in them and I would not have been able to go assist her because of this. An employee there instantly spotted the situation without us having to even ask for help. She instantly offered to have one of the showers with a toilet in it opened for us so my girlfriend could use the restroom and have the assistance she needed. That one small act of kindness was a true highlight for us on our road trip. I want to say thank you so much for being kind and helpful to Zelina. You are truly an amazing and caring person. I hope Pilot realizes what a kind and caring employee they have in you. My girlfriend said "her actions made me feel welcome and wanted in a world where I am limited by my mobility".

For what we needed it was great. Restrooms were clean, and there was a lot going on w/ the store food wise so customers have options. There's a McDonald's w/ the store & about 12 pumps for cars. Not sure about the semi areas. Parking seemed to be limited but that may not be much of a factor considering the location. There's also a scanner inside the pilot for customer use, charging cables for phones, and dash attachments for navigation, hats, boxers, advil, etc. Like I said what we needed we found which was just gas, monsters & I needed advil. They had it and it was priced within reason. If we were passing through the area again & needed to stop we'd stop here.

I know this corporation does not care about nothing but the money. And that’s exactly how big companies close. As a female truck driver that spends approximately 100-600.00 in pilot daily I would think they would care a little well that depends on management. See my pic they speak for themselves. Hair, pubic hair, dirty shower, dirty floors and NO LOCK ON THE DOORS thank god no one opened it because I would sue. Two star for the clerk which was nice.

Hearing the announcement.. TERRIBLE NO YOU DO NOT HAVE CLEAN SHOWERS . The Toilet was disgusting. BALLS OF HAIRS ALL IN THE SHOWER THE FLOOR FILTHY. Shower 3 YES NEVER MIND ABOUT YOUR ANNOUNCEMENT BECAUSE ITS A LIE… even the garbage bin was nasty. Water pressure TERRIBLE. « WE HAVE NO WAIT FOR DIRTY UNCLEAN SHOWER - STEP RIGHT IN. » SERIOUSLY WHAT DOES CLEANLINESS MEANS TO THE PILOT. DIRTY.

Good prices on fuel, helpful staff, lots of cool merch, food is hot and good, and the showers are awesome. The shower knob needs to be replaced but I won't deduct anything for that

I will never visit this place again after my experience tonight, if you work in customer service being mean and hateful to people instead of explaining your reasoning will not get you or the business you work for ahead. My boyfriend and I have stopped here daily after we get off work at a factory and have spent god only knows how much money here, but tonight he forgot his wallet, and didn't have his id to by cigarettes, and this new lady that's started working here proceeds to be rude and hateful about me trying to purchase cigarettes for him, I guess it's illegal to purchase cigarettes for a 28 year old bearded man. Enjoy your business ? I'll take mine down the street.
