Starting with one location in 1958 to becoming the largest travel center network in North America, we’ve never lost sight of what’s important – taking care of our guests! At Pilot Flying J, we believe it's essential to give back to our communities that have given so much to us. We are committed to supporting local, regional and industry non-profit and charitable organizations. From the beginning, our founder instilled a spirit of community and philanthropy into our company. It is our privilege to give back by supporting causes that are important to our business and communities we serve. We encourage our team members to be active in their communities, whether that is volunteering or being there to serve first responders after a natural disaster.

Wherever I stopped penyru services, as a truck driver, I always put a lot of emphasis on how accessible the toilets and shower cabins are. To my surprise, at this truck stop I found it renovated and clean. Thanks to the team that works diligently to maintain order and cleanliness, it means a lot to us as customers. Unfortunately, they are too far from the comfort offered by other truck stops such as LOVE'S, TA and others in the large series. By the way, I removed a star for the annoying stupidity with the reserved parking spaces for tricks. Common Pilot! If we are a family, it is not good to love each other for money. ?
It's a good stop. Clean and modern, but they really need to stop using halls and aisles for a stock room. How is this not a fire hazard?
Amazing truck stop they understand we are truckers. Ain’t no beauty contest here to fit in. Definitely will keep coming back like staff and parking is amazing ?. Great overall. They upholding the pilot name with positive attitudes.
This is a very nice travel plaza, very clean from coffee station all the way to showers with very friendly staff, hot and fresh food (fuel pumps area can use some cleaning/upgrades) Store is very well supplied and organized.
Large Pilot with many parking spaces and friendly employees ... awesome ?.
Love this place. Stop here on the way out of town. very clean and huge selection of food and other items needed to travel. Employees are very professional and friendly. The bathrooms were very pretty with the décor and clean. There's a Subway inside also they provide showers and other hot foods as well.
This is a pretty decent travel center. They had nice, easy to maneuver to auto diesel/RV island separate from all the rest of the pumps. For people pulling trailers or driving large RV's that really makes a difference. Exceptionally clean restrooms. Friendly staff. Well stocked store.
4 pumps are down on the semi side. Have been for a couple weeks. Get them fixed no one needs to wait this long for a pump to open up!
At 545 a.m., I had to wait 15 mins for a shower cause Noone was paying attention, and none of the showers were clean (12 showers during the night). However, once the lady at the front fount out, she was amazing and had a couple cleaned up in a few minutes. Really great customer service and correcting a problem. Clean, parking, and fresh food.
Pilot/Flying J Reserved Parking program is a joke. Don’t bother paying for a spot cause it seems no one will enforce reserve spots anymore, as per an employee at this one said per their manager, they’re not to go out after dark…… If you’re not going to enforce the reserve parking program during its allotted time frames then maybe you should dispose of it entirely so folks who do need it don’t bother wasting their time coming to your store for a place to park when they need it !
Pilot has been our favorite for about 5 months now because of the ease of use with they're point system and the shower power feature available to trucks that purchase over 1000 gallons diesel a month. The staff is always pleasant and even though not every location provides the same amenities or parking spaces pilot is consistently run well.
We prefer to stop at travel centers / truck stops / gas stations like Love's, Pilot, Vulcan, etc. when on the road because they usually have cleaner bathrooms and more abundant selections of snacks. This Pilot is an acceptable representative of those types of gas station. Lots of bathrooms, snacks, and pleasant-enough employees. This one wasn't quite as nice as others I've been to, but it got the job done. A little confusing here -- there are two Pilots more or less across from each other, on either side of Highway 71. This one had an attached McDonald's; the other had an attached Dunkin'. I would've rather gone to the one with a Dunkin', lol, but my husband wanted a quick burger so we wound up at this one. His burger came out fast and was actually really good for a McD's burger, and I got to grab a drink before we got back on the road.
Quick place to pull off the highway and grab some gas. There were plenty of pumps so no wait time. Gas prices were a bit high and I had absolutely no cellphone service the whole time I was there. There’s a McDonald’s attached to the station if you want to grab a bite to eat.
Great travel stop! It is clean and conveniently located off the highway. Great customer service.
The Young girl with brown hair and tattoos on her arms was Very very customer experience focused because that girl working the restaurant section was one of the most helpful and genuine Service employees I have interacted with in as long as I can remember. Enough so I made a point to leave every review, I hope her attitude and candor are noticed and appreciated because she went above and beyond. I accidentally ordered the wrong item, and she Refused to allow me to just accept the sandwich and remade it for me, and was very sociable and walked me and my purchases out to my car, so I would not have to make two trips. Thank you :-)
