I stopped here at 3pm on 01/23/2024 to get a shower. There was 2 people waiting for showers ahead of me. 1 hour later my number is called. I go in there and I'm not given a wash cloth for 1, 2 there is green mold all over the floor of the shower and 3 the interior lock does not work on the door. This is in shower #1 . I'm in there for approximately 20 minutes then begin to get dressed. Without knocking on the door one of the staff members just walks in while I'm completely naked.

Stopping here was worth it. From clean restrooms to even showers (Yes, showers) for the customers, this place is worth stopping at. Yall better stop here when you travel from TX to LA. And yes, even a casino is next to it.

Pretty nice it does have a large parking lot for trucks. Although some of the spots can be tight. Many are pretty easy to get into. Showers are a bit older and could use updating.

Solid loves. Clean inside. Hardee’s is clean and fast. Friendly staff. Showers are clean. Can’t speak for the shop. Parking is large and usually has some open spaces into the evening, maybe 19:00.

This is the best Loves in Louisiana and we’re originally from there, truck all over the country, I heard the manager talking to the employees and he is definitely on top of things and they are a happy group of people A very well run Clean store, it starts from the HEAD down, he needs to go to other stores and train!!! Keep up the good work

6/11/23....11:41 pm... As you can see in the photo the bucket has trash in it instead of soapy water to clean the windshields of our commercial driving trucks... Did I mentioned the men's bathroom?? It looks like someone threw a hand grenade inside and close the door behind.... Is this what we deserve as drivers? ALL WE WANT IS... READ CAREFULLY... fresh tasty coffe/food, a clean shower stall and bathroom... Last but not least... (drum roll pls....) SOAPY WATER TO CLEAN THE WINDSHIELD... how difficult is that?

I got rv propane refilled, quick checkout inside afterwards. The woman working the register was fast, efficient and kind. Wonderful employee!

Give some manners to workers how to talk with customers. First time see the store in whole America the workers don’t know how to talk with someone

Pathetic tire service department. Very lazy night time crew working - refused to do a tire change because it took driver 30 minutes to find an empty spot at 11p.m. to drop off trailer before they change the tractor tire. @11pm, how many open spots can you find? driver told to wait till 7.30a.m. for a new ticket to be reopened.....REALLY?

Rating comment sent to vendor: Air leak gone bad!!!! On Saturday after 7 or 8 hours. Said tractor protection valve bad. On Monday said that wasn't the problem. Took from Saturday afternoon to Tuesday 2 am. After full day of screwing around. They burned up the starter & then charged me to replace it. $1321.16 to get out of there. Just ridiculous!!!!!! Worst Loves ever!!!!! Still leaking air too.

Can't give a good rating because at 10:50 pm Hardee's told to come back at 11:20 . They were doing shift change . 30min? Come on

I wanted iced coffee but they said they have been unable to get it delivered in months. Gas price was $2.99. Paid at pump with no problems. Had long windshield cleaner brush which was nice! People were friendly and got some fresh fruit.

Very clean restrooms. Many food choices. Lot was clean. Nice truck stop.

I came this place at 8.15am for Pm service they told me they can do 2 or 3 hours ... I have been waiting about 9 hours then they started service they don't have oil filters it is crazy l don't recommend this location for service.

Absolutely wonderful and accommodating stop! I stopped at the Loves and the showers were down, walked across the street and I was pleasantly surprised by the price and cleanliness of your showers. Your staff greeted me and was very friendly. I love how unique the store is and I will definitely be stopping by again!

This Love's is okay. It's got a Hardee's which is nice. Yup. That's all I have to say about that.

Staff friendly and helpful. My hubby found a couple of nice shirts on sale. The store is well stock with items for sale. This Love’s has a Hardee’s!

Hi Truckers Please stay away from their repair shop of this place, I stoped on this location on Sunday at 4:30 pm and they could not just change airbag on my trailer until Monday till 8 pm, is it horrible absolutely don’t care called 20 times spoke to manager they don’t care it’s a 25-30 minutes of job and they lie to me about part they send their mechanic to bring that at 4:30 pm on Monday whole from early morning they didn’t tell anything drivers they don’t deserve anything if you are not even 1% of chance to go to different place do it they will keep us much as want and will charge you they are horrible

I always look for and stop at Loves when driving as they are usually very clean! Also some of them have enclosed places for your pups which is important to me!

The callbox for tirepass does not respond. I went inside 2 times and the woman working there told me to wait 15 minutes and + 5 minutes. I've been here for an hour now and the technician hasn't arrived yet. I'm carrying a load and I have an appointment. Don't waste people's time! If you can't do this job, you can go and look after a child. I'm not sure about that though!
