Great pilot location for fuel right off the highway. Bathrooms are clean and staff very friendly. Fuel pumps were operational and windshield washers well kept.

This place is nice size and customer service is great I was greeted as soon as I walked in and there was plenty of options for health foods and low carb options..

I don’t know what the fuss is about with the showers but my shower was good… not hot but not cold. They probably don’t have hot hot water cause it gets steamy and hot once you get out the shower. Parking could be better… be mindful if there’s orange cones don’t move them park somewhere else or they will tell you to move. Seen it with my own eyes and they don’t care what time or how many hours you got on your clock

A big shout out and thanks to a wonderful employee of Pilot. I had a unique problem with my truck and she took a lot of extra time to help me, even though she was busy. Thanks miss kia.

I arrived on a Sunday morning around 7am. Parking was easy to find. Ordered a shower on the app, no waiting. The water was very hot and the shower was clean.

Small Truck Stop not too much of a parking space, but clean store and friendly service

Theres certainly worse truck stops in the south, but this one leaves a lot to be desired. The shower heads dont give you enough water, and theres hardly any food late at night.

There is a mentally ill employe on this Pilot. Had to stop for emergency regen of my engine. All spots were taking. So i took just a spot on a side. Cheez!! The white male employee show up .. start yelling, pretend he is calling cops. Problem was solved after i went and talked to the manager

What a joke Alana is. Her name tag says guest service champion and not even 1 word spoken from her as she chewing her food with her mouth open. Didn't offer a recipe or nothing. Hell her telling me to go F myself would have been an improvement

Worst shower experience ever. No hot water it was lukewarm. Barely. And no water pressure whatsoever. I don’t know if it’s just the shower I got into but before even doing anything try out the water pressure. As well as the temperature. FYI. It was shower 6.

No soap in the men's room. Was a bit on the messy side in there as well. Auto diesel side is very tight and challenging to maneuver in with a large RV or pulling a trailer.

Not bad as far as pilot goes especially down here. People smoking cigs in the building,place smells like an ashtray other than that solid.

Medium size truck stop. Decent gas prices.
