Starting with one location in 1958 to becoming the largest travel center network in North America, we’ve never lost sight of what’s important – taking care of our guests! At Pilot Flying J, we believe it's essential to give back to our communities that have given so much to us. We are committed to supporting local, regional and industry non-profit and charitable organizations. From the beginning, our founder instilled a spirit of community and philanthropy into our company. It is our privilege to give back by supporting causes that are important to our business and communities we serve. We encourage our team members to be active in their communities, whether that is volunteering or being there to serve first responders after a natural disaster.

It's not a bad stop. But it isn't clean like the rest of the Pilots stations
Horrendous! Very small & tight to maneuver. Some pumps not working out of the 4 they have. Accident waiting to happen. They don’t answer the phones here. Trucks parked & drivers inside before even reaching pumps. Insane! Avoid! Only 2 pilots in the area and the other one in Hammond, La. had no pumps working. What’s going on in these truck stops?
Shower water pressure and temps are great. But...... there is no pride nor professionalism within the night shift cashier gents (16JAN24/2000). No large coffee cups and nobody mentioned that nor was a sign posted on kiosk. When asked about it. I just got a smile. Both gents stayed behind the counter either on their phone or gabbing when counters are nasty. Kinda disappointed, but guess no leadership interaction, no urgency on pride and professionalism.
6:30 a.m. and store still close. All trash cans are overfilled and trash is all over the parking lot. On trucker side of store, sign on door says door lock walk around store to front door. The only place for truck to take showers with in 30 miles. This store needs to be open 24 hrs a day and 7 days aweek. Especially now when people are in need. The manager of this store should be in the store working now. This is unsatisfactory and something needs to be done. I cannot believe that the Regional manager for pilot has not fired the manager of this store
I booked a shower, number 50 waited 1.5 hours. as a result, numbers 51 and 52, the first person to enter, received the shower number, and another person comes in. It seems to me that they do this to their friends without waiting in line. I watched my program on my phone every 2-3 minutes and then 52 is the first one to enter and you sit in line again for an hour. Where is management looking?
Have read lots of bad reviews about this location. Fortunately during my brief fuel stop there was nothing to complain about. Outside was clean and orderly. Bathrooms were clean and well stocked. Staff was friendly. For gasoline, their prices are going to be among the cheapest in the whole area. For big rig drivers, parking is a bit tight and they're only three showers. This place is small. No separate or dedicated RV parking.
$17 for a shower that has hair in sink toilet n bench. Plus a lot of black mold. The one star was for subway fresh bread hard to find fresh bread
Saturday 1:08pm 09/16/23 subway had no worker because they are on break. Parking lot for trucks is full. Place has a bad smell. Workers speak with an attitude to everyone. Unless required for fueling I will not spend my money here. I’ll wait and go somewhere else. No reason around lunch time you have no workers at Subway.
If zero stars was an option, I would give zero stars! We waited about 2 hours for a shower. The person in charge of cleaning the showers on the night of Tuesday July 18 was slow at getting them clean. There was 3 people working in this small store. And he was not really “ cleaning “ the showers. He would just take out the used dirty towels and thats it. Left behind trash , used soaps , and other peoples wash scrubs. Wall was filthy black . I didn’t even feel like the towels there were clean either. Take your own cleaning supplies to clean the shower. For your use .
Some of the workers are rude af they stand and talk most of the time. Not that clean the bathrooms also dirty.
I love Pilot truck stops and I'm a customer almost every day allover the country but this is unacceptable guys. I've never seen so much trash and such unorganized truck stop. We don't deserve this and the management urgently must take action and change everything at this place from A to Z. Management, wake up!
the most ridiculous, filthy, non professional Pilot I have ever been to, good luck getting a shower, waited over an hour with all 3 shower vacant that nobody wanted to clean. Took my refund and bounce. Never again at the location. Save your money elsewhere. Pilot you should be ashamed of yourself!!!
Jaleiah ( not sure on spelling) was so sweet!!! Super duper helpful!!! Great sense of urgency and really knows her store. MAPLE BOURBON Almonds!!!! She recommended were an awesome road trip snack. Bathrooms were cleaned to the hilt too!!
The fat subway worker was rude. Acted as if I bothered her to do her job… I reserved a shower and 2 hours later, still waiting so I went to Slidell.
Absolutely horrible place. Trash everywhere. Tight maneuverability. Shower wasn't clean when I went in. Still had towels from previous person on the floors. They did jump in and clean immediately but took all of 2 minutes so doubt done well and shower the size of a closet. Had a return purchase so cashier called another cashier to help. Not only did the second person tell me I had to wait while she helped clear out the line of people & then to add insult to injury she left to go help another customer that had a question before coming back to me and even then I had had enough and jumped back in line to demand I be taken care of or she still we had left me stand in there waiting.
Horrible entrance and exit. Trucks are packed in here with no maneuvering room. If you're on the scale, you're stuck there. This Pilot is a joke!
When they know that drivers coming here for taking a shower. But there was not enough water flow in bathroom. Even you can’t wash your hands in this flowing water.
I just don’t get it. A mega corporation truck stop like pilot. Charge driver for overnight parking do they give free fuel or what? Cause companies or owner op spent alot $$$ on fuel plus pay for parking something is wrong???
