Well I really thought would do a better job after paying for truck wash trailer and engine for a price of a$135 one guy working he was nice but customer needs get a good job done . There’s not much difference from going in and getting out it’s very visible you guys take a look on this pictures Would not wash the truck there anymore it seems like they don’t use the proper shampoo!
This is not a Truck Stop. This is a parking lot for locals to park in and a place for local meth heads to hang out. They do not have showers. They say they do. And for 4 straight hours they kept telling me that they are cleaning them. Nobody was cleaning anything. What a Dump!!
Not a bad place to park a big rig overnight. Parking lot has its bumps and bruises but it isn’t the worst. TruckerPath says it’s paid parking but it’s not posted anywhere on the property and the cashier didn’t mention it at all. There are lots of snacks, food items and drinks but many items are covered in dust or well past expiration dates. Bathrooms aren’t bad. There is a restaurant but it’s wasn’t open during the posted operating hours on the day I was there. Also, there was a pizza oven near the coffee, which was neat. But there was a handful of various pizza cutters lying out on counters and on shelves that seemed like an issue especially for children. It’s not a bad stop overall but I would go on to the next place if possible next time.
I help maintain a fleet of six large delivery trucks. We needed a place to get them washed regularly and found JD's. The guy who runs the truck was has given us exceptional service at a fair price for the past few months now and we plan on continuing to be a consistent customer, washing multiple trucks a week. Five stars, highly recommended.
I like the truck stop but the waitress at the diner kept rushing us to pay. About 5 times she asked my group if we were ready to pay within 30 minutes of us finishing our food. A bit frustrating being treated that way when we collectively spent over $100. There were plenty of other guests dining there at the time without being bothered.
Nice little hole in the wall truck stop. This place is a whole lot better than the pilot
First time here, I sew paid parking outside, so I ask the cashiers as long as you spend $20 in the diner/bar or in the store all together free parking. Can't brat that. The Reuben sandwich I ordered is pretty damn good
The manager is rude, thinks it's okay to hassle customers. I just want to get what I need and go. She took her scanner and shined it in my eyes. I will NEVER go back here!
Parking lot has been fixed, the big potholes are no more, the bathroom and showers have been updated
We had a leaf spring break on our toy hauler camper. They had us drive right in,fixed quick and on our way. Very kind, professional and fair. Thank you. I hope you enjoyed the cherry pie
Been parking my semi here for about 5 years now and I've had numerous things stolen from me. Today I walk up to my pickup truck and my license plate and trailer hitch was stolen off of it. I've had chains and straps stolen off my truck as well. Approached the "manager" inside the store and she gets really rude and sarcastic with me saying it's not their problem but they expect you to pay to park there when there's zero security and countless homeless people always residing on the property trashing it. Used to be a great place to park but after this I guess it's time to let everyone know that JDs is NO Longer a safe area to park. I will be moving my vehicle elsewhere and not using the facilities ever again.
Everyone was so nice. Shower 5 takes quite a while to get the hot water going but im just grateful for a clean shower. The food is off the chain. Meatloaf was fantastic. Nice portions and fresh. Thank you everyone for continuing to serve us Truckers. ?
Wow! This place needs to invest in some bathroom vents and a cleaning service. Whole place smells like an worse than a full port-a-potty.
Charge for parking but the store and restaurant are well stocked with good prices and food. $20 at the diner or store gets you a free night. Staff were all friendly and service was great at the diner. Shower was small but clean. Could provide slightly better towels. The ones I got were threadbare rags that looked like they had been retired from a pilot long ago and a beach towel. They were "clean" but stained from heavy use.
Literally my favorite place to stop in the area. The diner has great affordable food and the staff is always friendly. Also I have it on good authority that Anthony is the best glass seller in the area.
Restrooms and showers are immaculately clean! I have NEVER seen such maintained cleanliness at a truck stop. Diner is adorable and classically American down to the servers and skilled chef. The staff are fun, friendly, happy to be there and oh so funny. There is also just about everything you could need while traveling or just relaxing. The parking lot is very safe and patrolled by local, county and state police...making it family friendly. The owner is uniquely handsome, professional and accumulated to local culture. Even the music elevated my mood. The smoothies, sandwiche, calzones and even local wine selection make the place stand out as far as product offering. I will def be stopping through when I travel home.
