Very nice " CLEAN " trucks top. Has a McDonald's there. Cleanest truck stop I ever seen. Alot of great food. Restrooms are clean. Has a little doggy area that is clean grassy very nice.

Employees are not what one is used to if you frequently stop ? at a Love’s ❤️. Unmotivated to provide good service. It snowed yesterday and the parking lot is a slushy mess. The shop was closed, they were only doing road calls. Most people have a level of expectation when stopping at a Loves.

So I walk into walking to get a free refill after filling up $700 and thousands of dollars a month and the girl at the fule desk doesn't have the courteous to let me have the drink because I was redeeming a refill I asked her if she can let me get it this time and she gave me a smart response that she would have to let every other customer after me get a free drink if she gave me one. She could have just said I'm sorry it's store policy but she made a really condescending and obnoxious remark I hope she gets reprimanded and trained much better in customer service because that's not how you talk to a paying customer I'm about to transfer over to Pilot and cancel my credit card here because I'm not going to put up with this type of bad service paying thousands of dollars a month she's the girl with the black long straight hair pale complexion black shirt at the front register apparently she hates her job and brings her personal problems and takes it out on her customers. As a matter of fact I told her you're just going to throw it away anyway because I touch the cap. All she said was" oh well nothing's for free". And then she threatened me by calling her manager in a way like I don't really care what you say or what he thinks because I know any real manager would not accept this uncertainty this to a pain account holder customer I give this loves a one-star out of I don't know how many hundreds of Love's I've been to never got treated like this every other courtesy person have been very nice

There is a hardees restaurant attached to the travel stop which has a drive through. You can buy gas and propane at the truck stop. I ate at the hardees and I thought it was very good. I had a western burger with bacon.

Great clean dog park! Love it 3 star for clean bathrooms for humans and pets. However, air gages charge you $1.50. Suppose to have a nice air check gauge to check tire inflation. Instead, it has an old beat-up hose, located next to waste dump and garbage everywhere. Flies will carry you away!

Great customer service! Friendly, professional, fun staff! Also the bathrooms are spotless, sanitary, and updated. They also have a wide selection of healthy snacks and meals to choose from. I will stop again on my way back from Chicago to Detroit.

I ordered food at Hardee's in marshall mi and while I was eating my hamburger I noticed all the workers had there hair up and some had hair bets on. I thought that was really respectful and proud that loves cair about my food. Well that went out of the window ones I seen this guy walking around the food and handling food with hair longer then the females that work there. I thought maybe he's trying to punch out an forgot something before he leaves. So I stop in again and seen the same stuff from the same guy. What makes this guy do special from all the other employees there that are following good safety that he doesn't have to followed the same guide lines for food safety.

Big poster on wall saying use MLR points to do laundry yet the laundry machines have no card reader. Tiles in shower are stained. Lots of parking tho

Stopping here is a great experience. This place is exceptionally clean and well maintained, including the restrooms. Large, well stocked store. Wide open, easy to get to fuel islands. An exemplary store!

Lots of parking BY FAR the cleanest grounds for walking my dog I've encountered yet!! UPDATE: Sadly there's a pretty bad section towards the front I just found.

The people that work here are pretty nice but it seems like every time I spend the night here the showers are down and the excuses don’t seem to add up I’ve been told the automated system is down and two seconds later another employee says the drains are backed up. On another occasion I was told the automated system had all the doors locked to the shower rooms. As a truck driver we look forward to a hot shower and a good meal at this loves those two things are a roll of the dice. I’m guessing short staffing but the trash was all piled up at the fuel island to the point it was disgusting.

As a truck driver, I'm very picky about truck stops! They try hard to keep up with tge constant flow of people! Really have cool items and a great fresh section!

Shop here is a joke! Bunch of lazy kids that don’t wanna do anything but stand around… always looking for excuses to send customers away It was gonna “a while” to do 2 wheel retorque 5 mins job!
