Front desk lady on march 9-10 night was rude, disrespectful and asking payment for 2 napkins,2 paper bowls and a plastic fork. Which are for free at all loves,pilots and TAs for the drivers who fuel.she almost ran after me for the money.I spoke to my other driver freinds.They told me the same for this lady at front.I think she is a racisist.she shouldn't be at front desk.loves staff always nice to drivers but this lady is an exception.

Nice and shiny new Love's just off exit 176 at Capac Rd. Everything thus far is in perfect working order. It's the same layout of all the other modern Love's locations around the USA, so everything should look familiar to people that frequent these truck stops. This location has a huge parking lot, tire shop, and enough pumps to keep your wait to a minimum. There is some green space around the building near the car pumps, though I'm sure they'll get some grass growing around the truck lot soon.

I drive a BOXTRUCK and I have a fuel tank capacity of 22 gallons, 50 and above gallons I can't refuel because of this, they don't give me a shower, although I refuel at least 3-4 times every day at least at gas stations, it's at least 50+ gallons, what do you think I go in to take a shower and I show my friend's loves app, and this woman tells me that I can't give you a shower like that and is so aggressive towards me, then I give her my loves card and there I have no souls and she shows me her aggression again, what difference does it make to you whose card is mine or my friend's, from-for people like her, this station will lose a lot of customers, I personally will also soon get on a big truck and I don't want to be treated like this, it's not about money, not $ 18, the fact is that her treatment is boorish, to dismiss her from work so that she treats her family like this.

Fast and friendly service. Great showers. McDonald's and Chester's chicken are a good treat.

Lady behind the fuel counter is confrontational and abrasive. Ask a simple question and the response you get is full of attitude and very disrespectful.

My refer battery was shut off ...the mechanic name EVAN help a lot ....he bring his booster and charge it without any cost .. Thank you EVAN ...very highly excellent customer service Gog bless you Even shop staff is very humble and respectful All the best guys keep food work

Needed to do laundry. Machines, as usual takes loves points, credit card or credits from online app. HOWEVER, these only take coins. Found this out after I purchased expensive laundry detergent here and loaded washer. Needless to say I was very unpleased. Manager paid for my load since I only had cards. Now I feel like a heel. But thanks James Munez.
