Clean, organized & stocked store. Friendly personnel. Clean bathrooms. They have lots of snacks, goodies,salads,sandwiches,dogs/ sausages,fruit & etc, all the normal Loves “on the go” foods. There is also a Hardee’s attached. We haven’t hit the showers or get laundry yet so I’ll revise later. My husband drives a semi so we’re in & out of truck stops daily. I’m Feeling happy so far:)

It is kept clean, friendly service. They have good chicken legs ready to eat, but not always there. I miss the cooked sausages without cheese in them.

Loves are getting more and more unfriendly to truckers, I got here at 01.10.24 at 11:30pm, I try to buy shower but the person at desk says that there is no hot woter and the plumber is working on it...but there is no plumber and there is plenty hot water, they turn the computer off so I can get a shower from the loves app too.....they are lazy to clean the sowers so they turn them off any time there is no manager here....I own 5 trucks, you just lost my bussiness forever, goodluck

Fantastic brand new truckstop that has only been open about a month now. Everything is still shiny and clean. Enjoyed my time here this first visit.

They have their own snow plows but don’t care to use them. Don’t come to this loves if you don’t want your semi to get stuck in snow and their negligence.

My husband & I are drivers. We travel all over the United States in a sprinter van picking up and delivering things for different companies. Sometimes we will have to stay a night or two waiting on a load we can pick up and we had to do just that when we were in Holland , MI. We love loves we try to always use a loves while traveling for any and everything we need. So naturally we looked up lives near us and found store 742. We paid for a shower and got some food and gas as usual. But while we were in the shower rooms getting dressed another person was given a key to our shower room and started to come in. Thank God my husband was standing in front of the door because I had just stepped out of the shower and was completely naked and he was able to push the door back closed as soon as they opened it. I was livid to say the least. Not only did someone open the door on us but it also made me realize that apparently they are not cleaning the showers in between each customer. That is beyond disgusting. And highly unlike a loves facility. Any other loves we have been to has always been very clean and respectful. But this place was neither. We won’t be going back there ever again and if you’re a driver I would bring your own bleach with you if you decide to stop there and shower.

Parking lot trash cans have been over flowing since Friday May 7th, showers are filthy and food is expired. Pictures were taken on Sunday May 9th at 3:00 am. As you can see one or two have been since Thursday May 6th. They just cross out the sell by day and leave in the warmer. Such a down fall for a nice location that hasn’t been open very long.

This is a great travel stop location. The bathrooms were very clean, and the staff was friendly. The cashier was very efficient and nice. The grounds were clean, which was nice because we needed to walk our dog around for a potty break

Who's invented this exit ,,if you going to the scale and you see truck on the side of the pomp and you try to get out of the gas station the exit is to small and you need to be careful when you got out ,special with your trailer tires

There was a lady at cash counter name ANDREA ..I asked her fir a favour to choose a change as I am from canada and was not able to see which one is Canadian money and u.s.a . She started yealing on me and throh my money... That was soo disappointed. I didn't expect this.. Hope if any senior is reading this will take ot seriously ??????

Not a lot of parking unless it’s the weekend. Friendly service from the staff. The cooler had been down for the weekend so no cold drinks. Signs on the cooler door and or the entrance would have been nice letting people know.

Trying to understand why they have this super sharp narrow exit FOR TRUCKS!

Lots of staff working! Large area to park, fuel up ect. We stopped specifically for the RV dump. Needed own water hose , but that is typical at a few. Rv dump does stick up out of ground and there is also a curb to go over. Just had to be carful and get hoses to fully dump. 1 dump spot in front along road by propane

This Love’s is horrible. Trash around the perimeter is always overflowing, no one greets you, tons of outs everywhere on the shelves. I waited at the counter for 5 mins with the MOD standing there by the lotto machine. He finally acknowledges me by saying “idk if this customer is ready or what but can you help her out,” to another employee across the store.

Awesome Shower, nice Friendly Service , but the Restaurant Hardees Horrible Service They all saw me standing there my wife and i , we've haven't eaten all day and we're hungry and the girl nor manager said if they were closed or not taking orders cause they're like in a group meeting but no response other than that , everyone else great service except for the restaurant Horrible Service

Really nice cashiers. Good greet! THANK YOU for having pumice soap in ladies restroom on side wall dispensers. We're 1 Million strong pumping diesel, checking oil, and changing bulbs. The regular soap doesn't cut it and walking to shop to get good soap isn't always possible, time & distance, if they're not open. Thankfully I've had guys bring me a shot of pumice soap from men's room.
