Very surprised by this loves gas station! It is perfect for large RVs, truckers, fifth wheels and everything above! If you get there early in the day you have no issues getting propane filled even for your onboard tanks! We filled up with gas diesel and DEF as well while we were here. Do you establishment is very large clean on the inside and the women’s bathrooms were outstanding. They have a clean and large subway and a awesome McDonald’s with a drive-through! My recent experience at the Loves truck stop on 1336 Wadhams Rd, St Clair, MI was nothing short of appalling, all thanks to the deplorable behavior of employee Robert. Upon attempting to take a shower while my co-driver fueled the truck, Robert abruptly canceled my shower, claiming I couldn't shower while at the pumps. Despite explaining that my co-driver is still by the truck & that he would move the truck as soon as he finished fueling, Robert's demeanor turned hostile and disrespectful. He seemed bent on exerting his authority over us, with no regard for our situation or basic customer service etiquette. Even after we completed fueling and parked the truck, Robert callously denied us access to the showers, and even went as far as telling us we would be banned from the store. It's worth noting that throughout this ordeal, Robert displayed behavior that I can only describe as a power trip, leaving us feeling unwelcome and discriminated against. While I cannot say for certain whether Robert's actions were racially motivated, his treatment of us was utterly unacceptable and unbecoming of someone in a customer-facing role. I urge management to address this issue promptly and ensure that no other customers endure such mistreatment in the future. My advice? Steer clear of this location if you value respectful and fair treatment.

Wonderful brand new Love's just over the border from Canada. Perfect placement as I was done to my last hour of driving and this place has it all. From convenience store, showers, fuel repair shop not to mention subway and a McDonald's need I say more. Had a blast walking around the property tonight taking some pictures as there wasn't a lot posted to Google maps as of yet. So enjoy the pictures taken the night before American Thanksgiving 2019.

Clean spacious and lots of parking area u easily find parking spot for the truck on top of that restrooms are clean McDonalds is there to help yourself all in all paradise for truckers

Very nice newer Love's. Lots of truck parking. Seems like you can almost always find a spot even late at night. The employees are so friendly, even the one's at McDonald's and Subway. My ONLY complaint is the WATER quality. The shower water has an awful smell and is full of excess iron. The toliets and showers are stained brown because of it. I would take a shower somewhere else if you can.

Zero stars for customer service. If you drive in a team, you would be able to use a shower if your truck is at fuelling station. You have wait for your team driver to finish fuelling first. They make their own rules. I drive to whole US but never saw these types of idiots at front.

The clerks that work here, are the nicest and most generous people I've ever known at any gas station I've ever been too! They go above, and Beyond to make the truckers, and their customers happy! ? So please, if something breaks down like the showers the plumbing, like just recently happened. It's not their fault, and they do the best they can to make everyone happy!

If this shop has zero star option i would go for it. A sales guy name is Jhon H got angry at me for nothing. I went there few minutes ago to take a print out, the time of payment he said the amount and i showed him the card. Suddenly he shouted at me because of the fact that I didn’t mention “card” verbally. i got surprised by his attitude and things got worst by exchanging words between us. I am a truck driver coming back from US after delivery and we always took the service from loves throughout the journey.My codriver suggested me Loves because he has the diamond points and better experience. I was so satisfied about loves services until I met this racist guy Jhon H.

Today, me and my teammate faced harassment by cashier (Robert- with long hairs and wear specs). We changed our shift here. I booked shower and my teammate started fuelling. Cashier cancelled my shower and said i m not allowed to have shower till my truck not moved from fuel island. But the think is my teammate gonna move truck to parking area after fuelling. Moreover, cashier shut down our fuel. On asking his name, he threatened us banning from gas station. He covered his name tag under grey zipper. I got his name from other employer. This type of harassment should not be tolerated.

It’s been 2 days in row they don’t clean showers in the night they keep tell me they dont have time to clean shower right now they are busy. service on this pump is a joke in my experience so far this is the worst loves store I even been to the only good thing is parking space I guess ?‍♂️?‍♂️

I fell on the floor with a bit of coffee overflowing, and a male cashier came and asked me to clean it myself. I've never seen such an unfriendly and rude truck stop.

Super clean and always buy coffee from loves ..separate counter for coffee and hot dogs ..only there employee handling cups and stuff ..less chance of cross contamination..diesel price awesome 2.19$

Used to be great. Never any wash fluid in the bins. Once I bought a phone holder device a month ago and asked for a receipt. I didn’t get one and the cashier looked upset with me when I wanted one return it for a device that actually holds my phone literally 2 minutes later. And now today a employee was smoking right next to the McDonald’s drive through and I got clouds of smoke in my car. I’m allergic to second hand smoke and now I’ll have a midrange he rest of the day during my 11 hour shift. No longer will he a regular
