Shower rooms are available, super clean and comfortable. The staff was kind and helpful!
First time here to this new Love’s travel center and it’s a great place for food and fuel. They have about 7 diesel lanes on the truck side and a on site tire and truck repair shop with a Cat Scale too. The parking lot is large enough for about 70 trucks. They have about 12 or more gas lanes for passenger vehicles. On the inside they have fresh coffee and fast food. The Hardee’s inside is very clean and the staff is friendly. They have 7 showers that are very clean and so are the restrooms. There’s no RV dump on site at this location.
Friendly staff, clean restrooms, large selection of food (many fresh cut fruit options), an amazing Hardee’s (awesome staff their as well), and for people traveling with dogs not one but TWO huge dog parks/runs a great place to let the dogs out to play when on a long trip! FIVE stars keep up the great work LOVES!
Special thanks to the grey bearded worker who went above and beyond to help me repair my busted tire. He didn't have to help me in 10 degree weather but he chose to. He made a bad situation better with his kindness.
NOT BUS FRIENDLY - This location is clean, and friendly, but there's no real location for buses to drop off riders. You either need to block a gas pump, fire lane, or park in a truck parking space far from the building. Even the signage into the facility makes no reference to buses. Maybe they're not used to buses needing diesel fuel and choosing to fill up at Love's. I've not noticed this at other Love's locations. Perhaps management can look at their overall site for this location and design and possibly change a couple of things to improve options for buses.
Asked a simple Question as to the status of the" Aleady made" coffee the Witch at the counter at first charped "I dont know" I said huh? She then explained," One of the units is broke the other one was taken away (In a tone that suggested I should know this already) so the only one available is the fresh ground kind." Very snippy during the entire exchange. Sorry for asking a valid question Loves. P.s. My entire company of 30 trucks buys ALL of their fuel at Loves. Shower was good. (No humans involved using the App.)
Great services don’t get me wrong but diversity in staff is needed. I get uncomfortable in one ethnicity places. That’s as far as I’ll go with that one.
Terrible place I work as a diesel technician for Penske logistics. We had a trailer broken down on their lot. While in the process of fixing the unit an employee from Loves in Milan proceeded to threaten me
Wow! We traveled a lot this weekend & had to stop at many rest stops and gas stations. Apparently we saved the best for last. This place was clean, bright, & had everything we needed. Thank you!!
Went to get tire pass the guy didn’t want to do it got and attitude with me. Then after I got the tire price, I ask for the paperwork with the tire pressure on it they didn’t have that so then they had to do the tire pass again afterwards still couldn’t print me out the papers then tell me I had to go to the front desk to get it the front desk act like they don’t know what’s going on manager gets mad at me for having to refund me manager also called me a shyster for trying to get a candy bar with the refund money. Poor Location employees have no knowledge on how to help the customer at this location.
Today Oct 4th 2023 8:15am. 3 Coffee machines “Out of Order” and the only 1 available, Out of coffee! Urggghh Oh, and in the men’s rooms; something is always out of order, either a bathroom stall, the hand dryer, or a urinal! Love’s you are slipping!
You know this days how hard to find great service for your truck,but this guy's omg I went for only oil and some sensor to change and they saw my truck alternator belt which I knew but I forgot about that,so they saw and changed that and I was so shocked!they went to volvo center for that sensor and they didn't charge me for that service!guys and especially Austin was nice and knowledgeable, who knows everything what he should know! Thank you guys a lot
The truck repair is slow. Waited 2.5 hours for 4 new tires. Service is slow guys are a joke.
This is the 3rd time in one week we pull in for the night & the lots full-not all semi’s… we just counted 6 diff ‘vehicles’ taking up spots! We started noticing this happening consistently about a month ago smh.
Decent sized new loves for being off a non major highway (in my opinion). Rough estimate of spaces, 60.
