Loves is one of my favorite gas stations ⛽️ period. But today, I go to checkout and my Gatorade would not ring up. So the cashier radios to someone for a price check. About 2 min later a lady walks up, at the pace of a sloth, to check it. “You know what, forget it!” Make customers a priority people! That’s the job.

I like this place. That said: It's very sad that there is a bag of poop behind my vehicle in this tiny parking lot. I'm no small girl. I'm a grandma with bubble wrap sounding knees and I still take myself out of this truck to use the bathroom. This isnt even a large place. Poop in a grocery bag. That should be considered insanity behavior. You aren't driving a $200k toilet. Have some pride in yourself and your work. Mostly stop torturing others. I think people who play with body waste belong in a home someplace. That's so shameful to those that work here and truckers that work hard every day. They deserve better. Everyone deserves better than waddling through your mess. We should feel safe getting fresh air. And I do mean fresh without a poo taint. You aren't wiping. You don't self care. I definitely don't want to follow you through a shower. I have no clue what you are thinking but can you PLEASE STOP FILTHING WHERE I WORK AND SLEEP AND PLAY WITH MY DOG. Very nice fresh, new place with some very nice employees! The McDonald's restaurant is really attractive with a fun motif. The Love's Truck Stop store was clean, bright and organized. Nice stop along the highway for a family.

First time I ever gave a loves 1 star. Don't know what's going on but their shower system is down. Loves batter straighten up or all my trucks won't be stopping at loves anymore.

This experience pulled Love's, this location especially up to the top recommended gas stations. My car broke down and we were waiting for hours. The employees could not have been nicer and more accommodating. They were willing to work with me and let me leave my car if needed. Another frequent customer helped start on the issue, Thank you Phil!, And in no time, we got my car back up and running. The best possible outcome of an inconvenient scenario!

Gas station is nice, so is McDonald's. However not good experiences with the dog park. It appears that the majority of the visitors do not clean up after their pets. I have had to pick up after many others before letting my dog play.

New truck stop ! Parking lot is small for a new Love's but still lots of open parking on Sunday evening. Coins only on washer and dryer, the credit card readers not working yet. Fast Verizon internet on 4G.

I never seen this before from a loves. They're unable to operate the day at the Christmas due for staffing shortage and they want to compete with pilot. Good luck!

Loves gas stations are always clean and well stocked.

purchase $60 in gas . buy a large snapple apple juice for $2.69 get a small cup with ice charge 50 cents. not a way to build friendly relationships. Loves has always been a good stop when on the road. times are changing

We stopped for a stay over here. We exclusively use Loves to fuel for our tires ext. But we are rethinking this because of the ugliness of the young lady at the fuel desk over 2 cups of coffee. We were not aware they had to be refills to be free. She took them and stated we could not have them. OK!!!! So we walked out. Maybe another company will be a little nicer.

It's a clean truck stop. It has decent parking for big rigs and plenty of food options including fruits and veggies. It does have the typical truck stop food as well and also an attached fast food restaurant. They also carry a nimber of supplies that may be needed while on the road..

I usually don’t review truck stops unless they have left a bad impression, but this gas station left such a good impression. I walked into the bathroom and was pleasantly surprised by the smell, kind of like a freshly cleaned 5 star hotel lobby. So weird! In a good way. Probably the cleanest gas station bathroom I have ever seen.

I asked the cashier if I had any shower credits on my Love's card. I did not. Other Love's offer a courtesy shower. This Love's did not. I think this is extremely inconsiderate. Offering a courtesy shower wouldn't have killed the guy at the fuel desk. This is no way to treat drivers who are gone all of the time and barely get to go home.

Used to be the economical option when they opened but recently have been higher than Kalamazoo therefore no reason to go. Nice facilities, quick pumps but not spending another 20 cents a gallon to go out of my way. Need to look at Kalamazoo to see what your prices should be not the 2 run down stations across the road no one uses!

I have stopped by Loves on many occasions to fill my tank up and grabs some snacks. I feel as if Kathy is a narcissistic along with Mary the assistant manager. I have heard them yell at their employees. This is a public place and nobody wants to hear that nonsense. I won’t be going back unless they are gone.
