This is a nice stop. Arby's is inside. The showers are nice. The store is updated nicely. Not a whole lot of parking. It's a good stop. They have kombucha if you're looking for a healthy drink.

No breakfast in the morning till 9 a.m. ?? Pilot is going down hill just like TA. I’ll have to start doing all my business with loves. Most of these pilots and flying j’s have rude, disrespectful, employees. People talk bad about truckers, yet the truck stops literally hire the dumbest people. Rather ironic

It was clean and stocked up! Staff was friendly. Alot of choices to choose from! Salad bar. Cinni bun. Deli. Not a 5 star because of in and out entrance to pilot.

This stop is not place to come for any hot food... comsistently out of things i want.. Arbys always closed during late or early hours... no roller grill here or hot food. .. there is many better options really close by.

Nasty. I went in to use the restroom, and an employee walked out of a stall and right past the sinks with barely a glance. Did not bother to wash her hands, and she had a PJ Fresh shirt on, so she probably making the pizzas and other food. I was considering getting a slice to hold me over until I could get some real food but changed my mind. That is disgusting.

The stuff inside the building is great. The main problem with this location is the lack of room for moving or parking big trucks which require big spaces to maneuver them in. What little parking there is. Well it's problematic to say the least. The last 6 spots at the back end of the parking lot require you to back up blindly through the whole lot then blindside in. Why because once you have some trucks parked on each side there is not enough space to turn a truck and trailer around. I have no idea what kind of drugs the planners were doing when they thought this layout was even remotely functional. Parking lot FAIL!!! I will be marking this location as emergency only as it's a cluster blank as there is only 1 way in and out. I literally watched multiple times as this place became gridlocked with no one able to move. I would urge drivers to use this location at your own risk. The potential for problems and damages to trucks and trailers is at an all time high for this location.

Love stopping at this pilot while traveling towards grand rapids, easy to get to!! Plenty of parking for drivers and plenty of fuel lanes!! Staff is always friendly and the store is always clean! It has a PJ Fresh and I believe an Arbys!! I love that this pilot has soup ( not all do)!! Overall a great place to stop and rest!!

Showers were clean, water was hot, and the staff is very friendly and personable. They go out of their way to help and make sure your visit was 5 stars. ??

6:50 am No breakfast food available. Arby’s doesn’t open till 9. This is why I will bring my business to loves pilot doesn’t know who they serve, or care. All the lady at the counter could say is you can’t find people to work. ALSO trash cans overflowing since yesterday. See pictures.

Super clean and well stocked with an Arby's inside. Great quick stop off the highway. The detours helps.

Great spot to stop. Arbys is always great, the pilot always has fresh food, the showers are all large showers, and the wait time is minimal. Staff is always friendly

The showers were super clean and we got in quickly, but shower number 5 was cold and the only time it got hot was when a toilet flushed.

I don't usually give a gas station/convenience store 5 stars, but this is a fairly exceptional place. It's clean with lots of offerings. There is an Arbys and Cinnabon. In addition there are a lot of other prepackaged sandwiches and snacks. There is also pizza and other hot foods. There is a self serve check out which was fast and easily accessible. But the restrooms were really nice.

They get a five star for a reason. Normally don’t like to comment on truck stop, but this spot is different. Showers are clean and the best part staff are very pleasant and welcoming. Great staff special thanks to Jonie and Cole. Very helpful.

Truckers DO NOT come here if you can avoid this place!!! Pilot does not consider drivers AT ALL. Parking is a nightmare.

Usually I don't complain about your pilots Why do you have 2 regular trucks part where semi truck are supposed to park. And way too many Bob tails in your parking lot.
