IDK if this gas station/truck stop/sandwich shop/convenience store/trucker supply changes owners often or if the long term owners invest in updates frequently but it is always getting updates and increasing it's coolness factor. Bathrooms are nice. Usually fun graffiti. LOL. Great be/liquor selection. Gas prices are comparable. EZ on/off the highway.
Stopped in to grab gas and a drink! Friendly service. Had a huge selection of liquor. Fresh made food. Highly recommend ???
What a neat place! Clean & stocked store, nice personnel. Pizza, turnovers/doughnuts. Fountain drinks/ coffee. Lots of goodies, snacks & souvenirs. There’s a “Jersey Giant subs” inside, all fresh. Also a restaurant called “Bears diner”. Looked like a good place, people looked happy eating inside lol but we ended up ordering subs (we had limited time). Lots of parking spots. Bathrooms were just OK, but looks like they may be doing some remodeling. My husband is a long haul trucker so we’re in & out of truck stops every day & I’m marking this stop, nice place! Good job guys!
This place is a gem..Very scenic, not too pricey, great staff....Only 1 sub shop better than here..The Hungry Hippo in Gainesville Texas....One rates this place on subs, as no 2 in entire USA....yummmm .???.
I highly recommend this truck stop! they have a really nice little cafe. I got a breakfast burrito to go and is really delicious! really high quality little cafe for very affordable price my only regret is I should have gave a bigger tip. the convenience store has great cookies as well freshly baked.
Today was the 2nd time I stopped here. The cashiers are super friendly. I haven't tried the diner yet. But the sub there are out standing freshly sliced deli meat. You get way more than you pay for . And the staff that makes the subs is outstanding 10/10 most definitely recommend
Always a good experience. ? never a problem with any employee. Manager is a great gal!
THEY HAVE EVERYTHING and the service is a++ I don't remember the girls name that helped us but she was awesome!
Used their Cat scale and got fuel. The ladies working were nice and able to complete my purchase quickly. Truckers appreciate that.
Well stocked with lots of on the go food options. Coffee was great and the cashiered very friendly. The restroom needed some attention
Yet another formerly great truckstop for OTR truckers catches the fatal "drop yard for locals" virus. Locals who either park the whole rig or drop the trailer and go home . . . don't buy food from the restaurants! The restaurants close up early and I arrived a few moments after 8pm on a weekday after a brutal day to find no food other than the few cold sandwiches in the cooler. Broken-down trailers parked there for months. Little 4-wheelers parked in spots for a rig, probably reserving them. Sadly, I've seen this truckstop condition before. It's almost always fatal. Even if owners catch on and start charging enough for their parking lot to replace lost OTR revenue, the hungry working truckers have moved on to greener pastures. And then the locals find cheaper spots to park. But with decimated restaurants and lean stock, there's little to attract the on-lot customers back.
They have nice cold drinks & nice employees. A bit pricey, but you pay for convenience. Always clean & rarely a wait, especially for a busy place.
I stopped here after my 2.5 year old daughter got car sick. I didn't have anything on hand and thought "a truck stop should have t-shirts for her." Little did I know this truck stop also had some of the kindest women working the counter! They helped me check out, kept my daughter calm, and made sure we were all set with plastic bags and napkins so we could clean her up. When we left my daughter gave one of the women a big hug and she got down to the floor to hug her back! This was a very stressful moment in my travels today, and it was made so much easier by the sweet, wonderful women working here! Thank you so much, I am so grateful ❤️
Just stopped in for a coffee and a restroom break. Very clean place. Friendly staff and plenty of food too!
This is now my new favorite truck stop. It has a diner, Jersey Giants, pizza slices, friendly staff, and plenty of truck parking.
Just started my usual run after a long winter and I was surprised to see that parking was not free anymore! Won't stop here from now on. Not good for business!
Bathroom was nasty doesn't look like it's been cleaned in a month if your going to charge trucker to pay to park you have to have a truck worth it
