The employees get 5 stars, but the people that cleans the bathrooms get 1 stars. As a truck driver we need a place to relax and recover from a very long day. And this is the first and last time I'll take a shower here, I rather wash up in my truck. I put pictures at the bottom.

Has a TV room but not enough help, and the lot is very small and tight. Also, showers are not great due to the slufer smelling water, Subway was closed, and Superbowl Sunday closed also next day. This store needs attention. Doing a 34-hour reset was not an enjoyable spot to do it at. Hard water: Caused by too much calcium or magnesium in the water. WOW, I hope they PERK test this water

Service was terrible. Came a little after 8pm and they had no hot food for dinner. The racks were all empty. In the morning all ice tea dispensers were empty. When I told the manager this he accused me of belittling the staff. When I said it wasn't unreasonable to expect hot food at 9 pm he told me to leave the store or else he will call the cops. This is no way to treat customers. It's because of a lack of customer service I stopped for a long time going to Flying J's and it will be a long time before I come back again.

Very clean store with professional and friendly staff, with a Subway attached to store that has good food with quick friendly service. The truck parking lot is laid out pretty good and relatively easy to get into spots. Showers are very clean, and fresh coffee. They got construction going on, on the fuel alley, just few pumps are open.

They have a clean store that is well maintained and stocked. There's the usual PFJ fare and a Subway for food selections. The staff was very professional and friendly getting everyone taken care of. ? The drivers showers were clean and had lots of hot water with good water pressure. Not bad size drivers lounge. ?️ The truck parking lot is setup a bit unusual, some of the paid parking is up in the four wheeler section and the rest of it is with the free truck parking

I paid for gas with a $100 bill and was given change and received a fake $20 bill. I knew it looked suspicious and asked for a different bill and the two ladies said, “No sorry, we’re trying to get rid of it.” Police have been called and two police reports have been filed. Will never come back here!

This gas station is trashy. Look at the photos. Multiple broken pumps. I even saw pumps roped off for the Diesel trucks too.

If your hungry skip this location , subway is closed, it’s 16:00, hot food is completely empty, soda fountains spits out water . Pfj after reading all these reviews why haven’t changes been made!!!! By far the worst location I’ve been at , don’t worry won’t be back again either!!!

If you want hot food don't stop here. No hot food ( will there is two things egg roles and some hamburger thing), subway closes at 4. OH and NO COFFEE . NO COLD FOOD ,like veggies,fruit,or Sandwiches. what a hole. On the plus side the shower was nice.

Out of all the pilots and or flying j's in Minnesota, which is only 4, this 1 is by far the most understocked and understaffed. I really can't believe the Subway is permanently shut down and they have room for a nice restaurant facility but that hasn't been in operation for years. It's usually a pretty good long wait for showers and the water isn't all that great. In fact the showers have permanent brown stains from the so-called clean water coming out of the pipes. The truck parking is fairly decent except for a few spots due to the fact that they put a light Pole right in the way, where it makes it tight to get in & out of a couple of those spots. All-be-it; a pretty decent location as far as having a pilot at the South end of a busy town. This place would be really good if it was up to its full potential. It's very sad to see what is happening to most truck stops due to the current conditions and state of the government, but don't get me started! Kwik-Trips seem to be the best place to go in Minnesota and Wisconsin these days; they put in a lot of extra effort....not all of them have truck parking or showers.

Trucker bathroom is not up to par needs better cleaning. The shower water smells like eggs. Paid for a shower and didn’t take one because of the water smell. Also the Subway is closed down, Look’s like it been been closed for a while.

I would only recommend this location if you HAVE to stop here. Almost no food ready. Long wait for showers to be "cleaned" even though no one came out of the showers, there must be some secret backdoor i don't know about. Poor job maintaining the showers. I walked in to one of the showers and the floor was dirty. Management needs to do better.

By far they worst Flying J I’ve ever been to. I got stuck on a load and had to spend 4 days here and no days were better than the next. Very understaffed. No subway , very few food options. Dirty coffee counters. The list is endless. Some of the staff also looks lost especially the dumpy old lady. She gave me the wrong food on two separate occasions…egg rolls and burritos are not the same lol….Good luck to you fellow truckers

Never have I given 1 star but this place deserves it; no lack of employees at any given time smoking and gossiping, pics below, the closed Subway, still old nasty food in the PFJ and no pizza on NFL kick off night 4 the season, I asked, they said "maybe" tonight they'd make me a pizza, They didn't want to make me a pizza and pointed at old Mac n cheese in the PFJ...OMG pics below

Worst flying J, they had stale coffee and coffee grinds coming out of the coffee thermal, it had a taste I can’t express in words, it was so bad that, had a sip and threw it away. Waited for bout 2 hours to get a shower, 3 guests before me took an hour after showers were free and just needed to clean them, and employees were staged near the cashier desk and gossiping. The shower stinks and stains everywhere, in other words, this place is gross.

I came in here after a terrible day just minding my business. AJ (manager) helped me out tremendously with some acts of kindness. Truly amazing staff and it's clean here and my shower felt amazing - so warm - and every one of my personal needs was able to be met all with this truck stop. Thank you AJ & crew! You guys rock!!!!!

Upon coming in here last night I was not impressed at all. The counters and floors were dirty. Restroom was dirty. The food in the hot case was expired. In their defense the check-out line was pretty much nonstop. Since we were here for the night I thought I would try again this morning. The restroom was better but you would think sometime over the night the counters would've been wiped off. It's 7am and there was no hot food available. Nobody actually asked for my opinion but if you want it, I would keep driving. Especially if you're hungry.

This is the single worst PFJ I have ever seen. It's nothing wrong with the employees. It seems to be incompetent or maybe even malicious. If you need something to eat you better go somewhere else.

Bathrooms were gross, subway is permanently closed, had to settle for pizza or chicken, neither of which I can really eat with my food allergies. So I get to deal with the stomach aches the rest of the night. I'm glad we don't come up north very often. The cashier was friendly enough, but it's not that great of a truck stop.

This location deserves an award of the year for the nastiest truck stop in America. Restroom stink all year round not to mention their showers are a nightmare. The stuff look and attend to customers like you are doing them a favor. This locations deserves to be closed completely..
