Unacceptable Love's Travel Stop!!! ???? Employees Taking up valuable Parking spots This is why there is designated employee parking.

Stopped to get out of the vehicle for a minute after a long drive and tried to clean out my car- EVERY SINGLE trash can was overflowing with trash…and there was not a single trash can that wax empty in the entire place! Staff inside was extremely rude and u productive! Not a person was busy doing anything but standing around yet place was disgusting and dirty both inside and out! Highly recommend seeking another facility if needing to stop along your traveling route- Loves truck stop in StCharles is garbage!

This isn't your average gas station. This location has plenty of hot food, snacks, and everyday meals. Always busy. Sometimes difficult to navigate through store. Has a number of auto, self care, food/beverage, and other items.

Pretty good travel stop. Didn't mind stopping in here. However, again, like most Love's, they need to start enforcing drivers parking wherever they see fit. Have it be made up spots in the lot or parking in fuel islands. It needs to stop.

This Love's is open now as of February 4th 2020. Service inside is very professional and the employees are quite knowledgeable taking into account the brand new age of the store. The design of the place is very new and modern, and it is very roomy. Bathrooms are clean, and the floors are well cleaned. I got myself a large coffee and looked through all the aisles of product and have to say that it all seemed very tidy, making this the cleanest and best looking loves I've been to if they keep it up. Gasoline prices seem to be a few cents cheaper than the competition as well. All this is being said 2 days into this location being open, so I am hoping this review won't need to be edited for any negatives in the future. All in all, I was very impressed. I leave reviews for really good or really bad experiences. This is a bad Review. AMANDA , the manager or associate did a nono in the customer service industry. I asked if they had a certain item for hotdogs. Amanda blatantly lied and so no. Idk if she’s lazy or was busy. If she would have told me give her a second that would have been fine. Then a crew member over heard me asking and that person told me to hold on they would get me over because they had them. That crew member should be rewarded. But he probably would get in trouble for doing his job

They have a dog park! The facilities were clean, people pleasant, and it is worth the stop.

When I pulled on the cat scale nobody answered me after several minutes so I did the scale online. Upon going in to get the receipt, there was several employees standing around laughing and talking. Smh ?. My question is? Where’s the customer service. I give one star ⭐️ for this visit. I came in on April 9,2024 approximately 15:00 ish.

So far the love with the cleanest showers in I-90 we’ll take care parking is well clean maintain premium service this administration is very attentive to fellow truckers I recommend 100% for Road R have 5 stars.

My husband and I bought 2 showers went to get our stuff came back in to get in the shower and we missed it by a min and we could not get into the shower he went to inquire about it and they wanted to charge him again. If it was a piolet they would of fixed it for us. So on that not we will not be back to any loves and we spent alot of money in there too. You lost two trucker and if anyone asks I'm going to be truthful go to piolet they will treat you better and they care. Screw loves

I had left 5 stars until I looked at my credit card transactions from yesterday. They put a $175 hold on my card. This is not OK. I didn't see any signs saying this was going to be the case and I have never had any gas station do this before. ?

Cool truck stop. Many prepared foods. Hot and cold. Showers. Ample parking for the truckers..

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS LOVES ITS THE CLEANEST AND MOST ORGANIZED STORE OF ALL THE LOVES IN MINNESOTA‼️ NO COMPLAINTS AT ALL AND THE DIESEL PRICES ARE ALWAYS REASONABLE. THE FOOD IS ALWAYS RESTOCKED AND SERVED FRESH DAILY! PARKING LOT HAS FAIR ROOM TOO!

I always appreciate a clean restroom, and a Love's is typically reliable for this regardless of where you are traveling. This location has a great fenced in dog area. Our Labrador enjoyed being able to run a bit after being in the car all day.

I love this Loves very clean and the entire staff is friendly hats off to Jill at the fuel desk who helped me with my scale ticket she displayed customer service the way it should be. Also FYI there is a burger place also inside the establishment and it's right off the freeway and 10 stars for this place.

Clean showers and awesome people that work here. We got a nice hot showers and breakfast to start our day. Took pictures after we use the shower.

The low priced fuel lured us off the expressway to try this place out. Apparently, we weren’t the only ones as we had to wait to get to a pump. The store was clean and had a large selection of quick eats and other items you’d expect at a convenience store. Prices seemed high in the store (compared to the Kwik Trips where we usually stop).
