I've had the most excellent experience at this location. I am a regular who comes here day and night. The fast service is phenomenal, and when it comes to a customer assist is excellent. Specifically Eddie he takes the time to go above and beyond for the truckers here. They are the gross clientele base of this location. Renee is excellent at customer service she is very attentive to each individual that she encounters to ensure customer satisfaction is key. Thank you to all the pilot staff for your hard work and keeping this location clean and ready to serve!

I frequent this station during the day time and the cashier, Renee is always so pleasant and respectful. She is in a good mood all of the time and seems to care about customer needs. This kind of customer service is rare these days. Renee is a gem and I smile each time I interact with her. She deserves recognition and her professionalism is golden. thank you Renee for your great service. WELL DONE!!!!

04-18-2024 , this pilot is clean and the management are dedicated to give the customers good intentions from courtesy to our best interest. The shelves are organized and the floors are clean and smell clean. Wow . I'd definitely come back. The showers are moving and clean ?

Not sure what everyone is complaining about. Everyone was nice. No wait for two showers over my 10 hr break. Showers were clean, they can't help the hard water stains. Everyone was friendly. There is some trash in the lot, before complaining, maybe you morons should start using the trash cans instead of the pavement. There were plenty of parking spaces available last night (Tuesday) at 1830. Even refunded my reserved spot because I didn't need it. I like this place.

Yo this pilot truck is clean . The managers are dedicated. This pilot is always busy . It takes good supervision and management to keep a business like pilot organized. Wow . Super Kool ! Love the courtesy and the showers ? were clean ?????

It has been a long time since we have been to the Pilot. Made many trips just for the pizza! We went there yesterday and had heart set on their Pizza. The two gentleman working the shift, Jeremy and Josh exceeded our expectations and we recieved great customer service. After finding out that there was no pizza ready, We said not to worry and would come back another time...We hung around and browsed the store and while shopping they prepared and baked us up a fresh sausage and pepperoni pizza. It was good to go back to the Pilot! Thanks for the good talk gentlemen! You guys were great. ?

I have to say that my husband and I love to go to pilot. We just moved to Inver Grove Heights, and when we found out about the pilot right down the road from us we were excited to visit there. Well so we decided to head to work extra early this morning so we could stop in. We love looking at everything there. After we were done browsing around I had realized I forgot my wallet out in the car. So I had my husband hold onto what I wanted to get so I could run out to the car quick and grab my wallet. As I'm doing so the gal who was the cashier approached me from behind yelling at me saying "anything that I took from the store needs to be returned immediately!" I have never been more embarrassed. Her and the two gentlemen who were working with her were absolutely rude to us, and started treating us both like we were thieves. We left what we were going to buy on the counter and left. We will not be going back to that pilot ever.

Clean pumps n inside services Helpful courteous team. Lot of parking space on weekends 7/13/23 ONE star now 2 out of 4 pumps not working None of showers not working ? Team is not responsible toilet towel not working in men's room no napkins at hot dog ?

This place gets a bad rep because of the area. The general manager make sure people aren’t making a mess. Kicks beggars out. Make sure reserve parking open for drivers. Showers are clean. They will take care of you here.

What a truck stop man no food, no smokes because they didn’t get license todays date and time is 1/8/2024 @ 07:15 Renee should find a different job

Yeah…no. This place is not worth it, go somewhere else. Place is always…ALWAYS full, no parking, on a lucky time there may be 2-3 available, walked in, paper and coffee cups everywhere, no hot food available and 3 people waited way too long to get a new pizza, restrooms are filthy, toilet paper and dried piss on the stall floors. The female cashier at night is always on her phone, looks like she hates being there. Just wow, makes me miss the ma and pa local truck stops even more.

If I could I would give it 0 stars just because of how filthy my shower was. Shower number 2 is disgusting man! The smell is even worst! Pilot can do better!

the worst place and employees!!!!. The man who was on shift today did not know how to print and give me a check after I filled my truck, he asked me a lot of questions, did not hear me, did incomprehensible things, was very rude and did not know his job at all, I repeated what I wanted three times just get a check, he was never able to print it for me, then he printed a check from a different column, then with a different company name, I don't want to offend, but I have never seen dumber people, he ruined my mood and nerves

Of all the pilots this is the worst I’ve ever seen. Place is a dump and under staffed. Toilets are scary more then usual. Washers and dryers don’t work.The showers are nasty I watched the guy come from the Mechanic’s shop to the showers. He wiped the floor with a nasty mop that was black then put the clean towels in there that was it and the towels are rank A on smells. Dry off on your dirty shirt. Parking lot is a dump if it looks this bad on the outside you can tell how it will look on the inside. I don’t see how they don’t get fined for all this trash. Subway is open every other three hours then shuts down after 10 mins. Doesn’t even deserve a star. How did this place get 3.5 stars what a lie.

Typical truck stop to my eyes. Varied products, showers. Don't remember seeing any sort of restaurant but maybe I missed it.
