Today I wanted to gas up my truck. the pump is not working. I went to a gas station, stood in one line, then one person told me he was in another line... I waited over 20 minutes. THIS WORKER AT THE STAND, AMANDA, REFUSED ME TO FILL THE TRUCK. SAID THAT I WOULD LET ME BE SERVED BY ANOTHER WHO JUST ARRIVED. AMANDA DOESN'T WORK, JUST TALKS A LOT. SPEAKING POORLY TO ME AND REFUSED TO FILL UP THE TRUCK. SHE IS VERY RUDE. This isn't my first time at a gas station here. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE to anyone..

Hot water, that's probably the only good thing. If I had to choose between showering in a porty potty or here again I'd chose.... Here. But It'd definitely be a hard decision between the two. The public restroom had cleaner toilets than the shower I paid for. Seem like everything in the private shower was falling apart. The store should be tore down and rebuilt.

There's a decent amount of parking but how do you not have someone there to keep up with the showers. Almost didn't get a shower because they didn't have someone to clean em up while everyone sat around doing nothing. The last thing a trucker wants to hear at the end of the day is yea we don't have someone here so screw your basic needs such as food, showers.

I had the unfortunate experience of having my 34 hour reset here over the weekend. I only stopped here because of the Dennys sign. I thought a sit down meal might be nice for a change. Food was good. However the cleanliness of the facility and outside grounds left a lot to be desired. I took a shower in a "clean and sanitized" shower room. How it can be sanitized or clean with trash on the floor I am unsure. Same with the women's truck driver bathroom. Did a load of laundry as well. The first washer took a $1.25 and when I went to the desk they said they don't own them so I had to get a refund from the company that owned them. $2.75 for washer and same for dryer. Don't plan on doing laundry there. The trash all over was unreal. Finally as I was leaving this morning a guy had a big buggy picking up the trash from the trash cans all over because every single one was full. Pictures included are just a fraction of what I could have taken. So for food yes stop but take your 34 elsewhere.

Not the cleanest shower I have ever been in . Water was extremely hot and water pressure was awesome.

Why do you make your staff say, "welcome to Pilot" over and over and over to customers who walk through the door. This practice seems cruel to your employees frankly, as if they don't work hard enough.

This place is really really awful. I had visited here a year ago, and didn’t realize it until yesterday when I remembered thinking how awful it was. It’s even worse now. Employee communication is awful, extremely disorganized, three pumps completely inoperable, with a ton semi trucks waiting to fill up. Where is the pilot flying J management? Dirty as can be, flies everywhere! Will not be back! I choose pilot because it’s typically very clean and orderly, but this facility is the complete opposite of any pilot I have ever seen. Do not go here. Half of the stock is not in stock, and you have to ask the employees two times for anything because they fail to listen the first time. Very disheartening here.

Noticed every time I got diesel there my needle would rise as much as it did at other places for the same amount of gallons. I filled a jug with 1 gallon according to there pump, it was a little less than three quarters full. Won't ever get fuel at this location again and suggest others do the same.

I had an awful experience today with a truck driver. I turned in where it said “Truck Entrance” and as I made a wide left turn which put me in the right lane until I’m able to come back over to the left, a driver decided to speed in front of me and didn’t turn wide enough. At this point, I can’t go straight to the pump ahead of me(ALL OTHER PUMPS TO MY RIGHT WERE DOWN BECAUSE THE TRASH CANS WERE IN THE ISLANDS) so he hops out, gave me a piece of his mind & I returned the favor. The yard keeper then comes to tell me to go around( in the truck parking area) and come back to the island. This other truck could’ve easily bagged up as he was a flatbed trailer with no freight on it so that I could come on in. He literally flew in front of me as I was turning in. Instead, the yard keeper and a employee, maybe manager comes outside and insist that he has the right of way. AS HE WAS COMING OUT OF THE TRUCK ENTRANCE. Employees clearly don’t have any knowledge to the rules of the road. Pictures below.

This is exactly what happens when you have a business with zero money going back to the business. Flying J corporate should be ashamed. Absolutely pathetic no excuse for the filth and complete disregard for safety inside this facility. Fire marshal may want to check in and do an inspection.

Nasty Shower all over, the guy "cleaning", well he is not cleaning is very very rude, he is getting pay just to open and close showers literally. I will never stop here again I will try to avoid this pilot/flying j

This is hands down the least managed pilot i have ever seen. Pump controls busted with keypads knocked out and dirty bathrooms terrible standards compared to the 30 or so i have been in. Multiple pumps missing screws to hold in DEF line. Most of the facility has a grime that means it is not normally cleaned at all. In the 4 to 5 minutes i was walking around taking pictures there was 1 customer i noticed trying to check out 1 of the 4 people was stocking the pizza display the other 3 having a conversation with the 1 employee not behind the counter and on her phone. The amount of filth and grim starts at the roof and goes throughout. The 2 things i did notice that were maintained was the truck islands trash cans and the window wash buckets. If i was guessing they know a trucker sees 3 full trash cans within sight he just piles his on top because he doesn't have time to search. Nasty pictures to follow. Months of dirt in that corner and toilet seat is barely attached. Def pump almost came off when i pulled the hose out. Won't be staying here again. And you can see the buckets for moping just discarded in an open closet. Hands down if an employee is not actively helping a customer they should be walking around with a mop broom and a note pad taking down a list of thinhs that need fixed. The one person i saw cleaning was a white male and outside vendor who didnt want his picture taken and he was cleaning the vending machines/games. Sad not trying to be racist but 2 of the 6 or so black employees were actually doing anything. The exceptions being the shower crew who were very busy. Did not see the inside of the showers to comment on them. This is what happens when your managing style is to hire your friends and not make them work. Not due to color just an observation.

The food here is simply amazing, very few Denny’s restaurants actually have good cook. It’s actually my first time and my first day in Mississippi. Everyone is very welcoming everywhere that I go.

Everyone was nice enough but I didn't feel clean after using their shower. Please have your staff clean the vent and fans ..and whatever the gooey stuff was on the ceiling. We depend on your services. You make it possible for us to feel semi normal out on the road.

This is bad place. Employees are rude it looks they don't want to be there I will never stop there anymore
