Always 4-5 diesel broken have been here several times but never had good service not recommended this palce

OK, with a big parking lot that fills up. Lots of illegal parking. Overflowing ? Got a towel that was used as a rag with lots of holes for the shower, staff advised, as I could not find anyone to exchange it. The breakfast sandwich was good.

The remodeling went great. Looks more modern and fresh. Trucker showers are mostly clean, missed typical things that would be missed if in a rush. However, THE PLACEMENT OF THE TOILETS in proximity to the wall is ridiculous. See photo. The paper holder is in a spot that allows NO one to sit straight on it. It's uncomfortable to sit sideways to use the toilet. This is typical in most newer facilities not just this one. Come on people sit on it yourself. #10.

Accommodating to RVers! Big lot, RV pump area with gas & diesel, with propane fill, air and even a septic disposal. Washrooms (only saw the women's) were also very clean.

My boyfriend is a truck driver and we meet another driver here every day. We always order food from the gas station. Its consistently fresh and the staff is friendly. My boyfriend usually gets corn dogs or a cheeseburger and no matter what I get, you can be sure I'm gonna have the mashed potatoes and brown gravy with it. One time I got a giant slice of pizza and mashed potatoes and had it gone before we left the parking lot. For a gas station and being constantly on the road you can't go wrong with the food at Flying J.

Amber was very friendly and sweet and funny never got frustrated at so many people coming in at once. Had a great smile welcome everyone in.

Exit 226, Sullivan,MO. You stop here to get fuel and got clear shower but you see your shower is dirty and hair all over the place , very disappointing that they can’t even clean the shower?

Denise is one of the best service provides in convenience store. Beside all other facilities of pilot flying J, her kind, smile and helping behavior is making it best.

The staff is nice, but the rest of the place is not! Tons of parking problems. Just trying to get thru the lot is absolutely horrible. These no driver out on the road park where ever they want. Even when there is tons of spaces available.

I don’t know about other’s..people just never satisfy with nothing.. this store is super clean restrooms..one of the best flying j ., parking s are perfect..fuel lanes and pump working in order always.. inside clean too ..

So here I am, yet again writing a horrible review of a pilot/ Flying J establishment. Now they are supposedly known for the "Best Coffee on the interstate ". They advertised it forever We went in to get our evening cup of Pilot Hoise Coffee. Place was busy, two up front with lines at both down the isles. No surprising they were out of coffee, which is no big deal, I made it as I've done 100's of times for the workers when they are smashed like they were. But no, not here, I get the coffee going and see no bulk creamers either (second store out) I looked thru the drawers as always looking for the small containers as they were out too. I got some old lady who came over and asked, "What do you want?" (leaving her long line of customers waiting to check out) I said im looking for the half and half, and I made the coffee for you as you were out. She looked at me like I was the devil, turned around, and walked away. No help, no thank you for doing that as we are slammed like I always get from other stores. Never did find any as I kept looking even after she turned and walked away. Had to go to Dennys to get French vanilla for the wife's cup as there was none to be found in Amy of the drawers Very poor service, poor attitude, rude and indulgent behavior is uncalled for from anyone that works at a location, and us drivers tend to help them out (like make the coffee). Piolot/ Flying J has work to do as this has never happened to me before here, and I've have not done anything different than I've done in the past. They are going downhill fast here as it used to he super friendly

Rudest person with half shaved head. Totally unsafe doing her job. She touched the dirty dog and the went straight to serving food for people. What a moron? I highly recommend the management to take car of this situation asap people might get hurt and die from infections.

Stopped and got $57.00 fuel at regular gas pumps. My credit card was charged for that amount AND an extra $151.00 which is still on my card a week later. Maybe thats necessary for large tank fillups, but not for a car. I won't stop again.

If you’re on your way to or from Uranus, looking to get some of that famous packed fudge, Big J is a convenient spot to gas up, grab a cuppa or maybe some 5AM chicken wings for your gullet. You can sleep in the parking lot or you can brush your teeth in the restroom. Heck, you can even take a sink shower if you’re feeling up to it like that one fella. Half & half machine was fresh out even though the staff were right there tidying up there area.
