Usually a great love's. They're dryer was down today so they decided to be lazy and shut down the showers completely instead of letting truckers who have their own towel take a shower. Go figure, they don't pay these guys enough so sometimes they use every opportunity to cut corners and work less ??♂️
Nice fenced dog area, plenty of parking for any size truck or car. Counter help friendly and helpful with very clean restrooms. There are plenty of pumps for diesel or gas, and be sure to download load their app to get 10 cents a gallon discount.
Waiting at the pump to fill up. While 3 out of 4 active pumps are being used as parking space by trucks. Called the store and informed them of the situation. Lady acknowledged and confirmed that they have been here for a prolonged period of time but refuses to do anything about it. As I’m writing this there is complete traffic nightmare because all the fuel islands are blocked. Great job team Loves’s
Good stop with lots of parking, they even have a few RV designated parking spots. There is a lot of road noise as it is close to the highway if you plan to stay overnight, and they have a good little dog park with a fenced small dog area if you need, but please pick up after your dogs! If you're reading this then you can google parvo in dogs... Staff is friendly and they have clean restrooms!
lady in the shower department was being very rude to customers and a male staff. Very unprofessional Should learn to appreciate she has a job because of customer she gets a paycheck to pay her bills and bring food to her table if not store will be closed. If she cannot deal with customer service, she sent the wrong field. Also need to learn how to work as a team. Been to so many loves, and most of them are very welcoming and nice. No need to have attitude if you don’t know how what other people might be going through. Instead learn how to smile walk customers work as a team And learn how to have a better day no need to be so negative in your life.
Not a bad travel stop. It’s a smaller love’s but they are fully stopped with food and drinks. Customer service was ok not terrible. Women’s bathroom was clean.
DOG PARK REVIEW ONLY - Just stopped here mostly for the dog park and it was nicely fenced in with a large dog and small dog area. It’s hard to notice - follow the sign for Trucks and it’s on the left hand side. We parked on the right side out of the way of the semis and walked across the crosswalk. We did use the restroom and was average. Not the best but it’s a truck stop so i don’t have huge expectations.
Dirty slick diesel Islands because they don't get sprayed down diesel machine pumps look like they're all going to break apart screws are all miss and try to pull out a fuel line and the damn thing wants to fall apart. . Dirty no washer fluid in the buckets worst loves I've ever been at all there's been another but very far and few between
Manager was rude. She had an attitude from the moment she spoke to me and didn’t allow me to return the pillow I bought a day ago. From the moment I walked in there, she was trying to find ways not to return, because she’s lazy. We truck drivers sacrifice a lot not to be treated like this. She should be fired.
Don't know when they updated the showers but did a good job. Shower was clean! A few truck parking spots.
Staff was pretty friendly. My biggest issue with this truck stop is that it's really small. No room to move around if fuel island is full.
Wouldn't swap a pair of bad gloves and got an attitude. When customers are upset. Help. Don't get defensive. Wouldn't accept the digital receipt that I've always used at every store.

Great place to get all your traveling needs and even that much needed hot shower. Very clean and professional staff.
Victoria my dear, It would be beneficial for you to gain a personality and a sense of humor!! Other than that.. I’ve never a problem at this location in the past 20 years. Showers are clean but it would be nice if they would put shower curtains up!
