You would think it wouldn't take 10 minutes just to walk in the place being a commercial driver with Freight to deliver. Truck stops used to appreciate Truckers and would get them in and out as quick as possible ...but you can forget that at this place. Otherwise it's a pretty good pilot. If you're a fat guy or gal this would be great exercise... if you don't have a heart attack. lol. When the truck parking is almost full it is a bit of a challenge. Please take your time and go slow so you don't hit another driver's vehicle.

Awesome! I love this store because of the cheap fuel, specially when you coming from East. Their fuel is always pumping and clean. It’s located west of St. Louis. it has a clean showers, fresh coffee and great customer service. They also have a Subway that is a attached to the store.

The employees at this store are very rude. They like to waste your natural resources. Do not know how to manage the place. Can't keep anything in supply. The laundry room does not work. The facility is nasty. The employees at 3:40 in the morning. Want to waste water. Nothing going on, but water running. Standing around talking. When I came to the counter all I got was hate and discontent. As a driver for 24 years, I do not tend to want to see this type of actions from employees.I wonder if their company knows how wasteful they are of our natural resources I will not get fuel here and will not be back I used to stop here all the time now I don't ever want to come back......... p.s. if I could give -5 stars ? I would....

Clean establishment and with great amenities but very few parking spaces for truckers traveling I-44 / HWY 50. I believe I counted 8-10 Diesel & DEF fuel isles. Speaking of fuel isles, from the isles to the store has to be the longest walk and most steps to go up-and-down in truck stop history! Jen that works inside the place is nice and friendly, so kudos to her! But be prepared for the long walk and concrete steps!

Truckers avoid ... pumps run slower than molasses in January. Full throttle at the pumps and it took more than 30 minutes to get 100 gallon. Store doesn't care and won't fix

I have been here several times and it's a nice place for the traveler to stop at. Very easy off and on from I-44. They have a little bit of what the traveler may need such as chargers and other cellular accessories. Plenty of drink and snack choices. Each time I stopped, the staff were very nice making sure you find what you need and very polite. The men's room was clean as well.

All trucks must use “1” road to enter and exit the ONLY driveway into this Pilot. The problem being ALL TRUCK DRIVERS must be aware of other trucks entering and exiting road and driveway giving each other the right-away. As a driver you will need a lot of patience and be extra observant of others to navigate this location. So plan wisely when coming to this Pilot. Also when fueling at the first 3 pumps you will either have to make a sharp left turn into them or make a right into truck parking area and drive through the parking lot in order to line up into the pumps. 1/3 of the fuel pumps were “Out of Order” when we were here. This Pilot is clean and everyone working here seemed friendly. It is a smaller Pilot with a subway. Personally I will drive a little further to fuel, park and shower because I don’t have the patience or desire to navigate this location again. Other than that it was a good place to sleep and shower. Fueling and parking isn’t for newbie’s.

I don’t appreciate being yelled at because I was waiting for drivers to pull forward after fueling. The level of negativity from the guy on the mini cart was insane. It’s 5:15pm. I hope management handles this situation. I have over 25 years experience driving and this dumb rude kid yelled at me like I was some dirt bag. I am a lady making my way in the world best I can. I did not deserve the verbal abuse today. Very unprofessional!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Pilot should be ashamed.

It's okay, it's not as expansive as a normal Pilot. They seemed to be out of alot of things in the self service drink area.

Manager accused my girlfriend of stealing a jacket. Refused to show proof when we asked for them to show us the "footage". We were no where near their jackets and she walked in WITH the jacket. They threatened to call the cops on us if we didn't have proof of purchase, luckily I did have it with me.

Was Just There Yesterday...Worst Fuel Island I Ever Seen...No Squeegees, Let Alone Soap 4 Ya Windows, Check Out The Picture Though "The 1s I Manage to Take...Manager Claimed they Only Had 1 Maintenance Guy, & He Was Doing it All...They Didn't Try & Assist Him Though...Multiple Women Workers Including Her, but I Guess They Were to Good to Clean Showers, Take Garbage, or Assist With Any Other Needs in This Facility...I've Seen Som Bad ones, but This Was Ludicrous..

Ms bri and Ms Janice went above and beyond to help us. I hope corporate sees this and gives them a raise! They deserve two! Can't wait to spend my money here knowing it goes to these people.

Strange little gateway with stairs going from the big truck lanes down to the store. Good subway sandwich and Great fuel prices and decent parking.
