This place has it all! Wether it be gas, food, drinks, truck Assessories or clothing they have you covered. Friendly service, clean store with a Subway located within.
Clean store inside and out. Shelves are clean and well stocked. Very courteous employees that open up a new register when people are waiting or a line starts. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
This place had a little bit of everything. We were there Christmas night traveling back home. The two lovely ladies were so happy & friendly. I bought a glass collectible, & the sweetheart of a lady working got it out of the locked case right away, & offered me a box for it & she wrapped it up in tissue & carefully packaged it up & had it waiting for me when I got to the register. I've bought these same glass collectibles for years at other big truck stop type stores & have never even been offered to wrap my things, let alone a box. I loved this lady who was so quick & kind to me on Christmas night. I will buy many more collectibles from this store in the future. Also great CLEAN BATHROOMS ladies didn't smell, nice & clean loved it!!!! Awesome stop!!! So glad we stopped here for gas so cool dude ???
I have a car hauler for three cars, I stopped at this gas station, wanted to take a nap for a while, refuel and take a shower, but an employee drove up to me and said that his boss asked me to go because only the semi truck can stand here. I fill up with more fuel than a $1000 in week. Now I will try to avoid all the track stops of this company's foot. There has never been such a thing on love's track stop.
It is almost always busy whenever we stop in. The ladies that work there are always very nice and do the best they can to get you checked out as fast as they can. I am sure that staffing is a problem like most places these days. The bathrooms are NOT big enough, and that causes a long wait for both the men's and the women's! The building needs some serious help. It is a truck stop/ travel center. The subway is ok.
Nice staff. Small store. Nice lot. Dog grassy walking areas all around. Stopped for team showers, don't recommend for women - safety issues with keyless entry.
What a fabulous place to stop! This place is fantastic. All the employees are really nice and helpful. Really great shower facility and all the food to fill your tank! Thanks!
We bought Hostess Donettes yesterday at around Midnight, and found a moldy doughnut in the bottom of our bag. The expiration date was for 2/17/24.
It was decent, looked like an older station, and the bathroom looked like someone had turettes while they were peeing....I don't think a drop made it in the toilet...good stop for gas though, just suit up before you tinkle
Great stop on the long drive from Springfield to KC. Subway, clean bathrooms, deli, what more do you need from a gas stop?
Clean store. Staff was friendly. Not much on truck parking but overall decent.
I had a rather unpleasant experience I saw Marlboro cigarettes for sale there on 2 different signs but when I went to buy them I was told I needed to come up with another 90 cents because the cashier was obviously just trying to pocket extra money or the store is guilty of false advertisement take your pick
Love this travel center. Clean and friendly staff and fresh pizza and Icee's.
I have to share this review.. I ran out of hours had to stop it was around 6 or 7 pm Oct 4th. Found this Pilot truck stop 9890 Se, MO-13, Collins, MO 64738 store # 385 .. Let me first say the staff in the day time was very nice even the fact there were still new and in training, they tried to be helpful much as possible But the night manager I think her name start with a ( R ). Wow she was so helpful and great customer service it felt like I was in a fancy Hotel but real sitting in the truck lounge. She alway making sure I was well taken care of , couldn't believe how nice she was.. thank you keep up the great work.... Pros > plenty of parking ,clean bathrooms ... subways, and small laundry facilities with small truck lounge ... Cons > little small store wish they made this a larger store with more room and a restaurant......
Great staff, get the rewards they are worth it. Always clean
Great place to stop for almost anything. Sore throat brought me in for cough drops and a slushee. Great selection for both. Fresh pizza looked delishes and bathrooms were exceptionally clean. Bonus * for everyone being friendly.
