Starting with one location in 1958 to becoming the largest travel center network in North America, we’ve never lost sight of what’s important – taking care of our guests! At Pilot Flying J, we believe it's essential to give back to our communities that have given so much to us. We are committed to supporting local, regional and industry non-profit and charitable organizations. From the beginning, our founder instilled a spirit of community and philanthropy into our company. It is our privilege to give back by supporting causes that are important to our business and communities we serve. We encourage our team members to be active in their communities, whether that is volunteering or being there to serve first responders after a natural disaster.

This gas station was a nice and clean pit stop! There was a lot of space in the entire gas station, the shop was clean and a decent size, the bathrooms were decent, and they even had a Subway in the store. I stopped in for some coffee and got the Macchu Pichu blend, which was nice and exciting. I think this is a nice gas station overall!
Hallelujah…! The pilot decided to change the diesel pump, but still cannot read the credit-reward cards, the mobile app fuel pump still does not work, so we have to stand in line at the cashier. Accordingly, it takes a lot of time and traffic is created outside near the pump and on the street.!
Very limited parking for Semi trucks. Was parked on the side out of way waiting on spot to open. Clark came out to ask me to move and told me where I can park, so I parked where she told me to. A couple hours later manager came and woke me up and told me I can’t park there and ran me off. Threatening to call cops on me, After informing her I was told by one of her employees to park where I was.
DO NOT RESERVE OVERNIGHT PARKING HERE. Very loud and dirty area that does not cost $25 they ask for. HORRIBLY RUDE manager that threatens to call cops when you complain that it's impossible to sleep at the parking that you PAID for. Thank god they at least follow rules to do REFUND
Nice people working at this pilot but always busy you have to wait at least 20 minutes to reach at the fuel pump ⛽️ because there’s no space where the truck can pull forward when fuel up + all parking is reserve parking
Mens bathroom lacks ventilation and always I MEAN ALWAYS SMELLS LIKE PISS. THEY CAN DO BETTER! The bathroom is super small and should not be that bad. They lack workers !!
I always stop here get some quick gas and buy some tea or coffee which is always great coffee. It's a great place to grab a subway sandwich and keep it moving. Must make this a stop!!!
This was hard to get in and out when towing a small trailer. They said that they do not honor the 10 cents off that Pilot offers. I wish they would post that somewhere before you get in line for gas. Bathrooms were not filthy but needed cleaning. If you park in front of the store, you can get blocked in with people getting fuel.
Trucker beware. Typical of Pilot to include car parking as part of the trucker's app. The APP says 30 spaces, when only 21 of them are truck spots. 10 of those are reserved, 1 is handicapped, leaving 10 free . Parking surrounds the fuel island, so you have to SQUEEZE in. T spaces.
I realize this is not Loves and so no greeting may be had but it should be simply part of basic customer service and an encouragement to customers to return. That said, the women's restroom had no soap and thankfully I carry my own. Upon entering the stall, proceeded to lock the door and was greeted by not the ORIGINAL locking mechanism. I personally pumped over $500.00 in fuel and this is the best door replacement possible?! As I left I heard the two female cashier's standing at the register say 'Oh no the boss is coming, try to look busy. ' Filthy fuel aisles. There's plenty to do! I had to spray my shoes down before re-entering my truck. Animal pens look better. Won't stop here again.
Fast, efficient, large station. Gas prices were good, no problems here.
I can’t stand places like this, you have 1 tiny truck stop for 10000 drivers looking for somewhere to park. You want commerce but you don’t want to accommodate. A near by place asked for 30$ for one day parking, are people out your tree!?!?! I can’t wait to shake the dust off me of this horrible place. Booooooooo!!!!
Parking area is very tight and risky to hit trucks next to you especially if you drive with trailer. Recommended to get the fuel and park at TA which is right next to it.
Shower line was extremely long but I have to say Camron was working extremely hard back there to keep the line moving. Also I think these were the cleanest and best maintained bathrooms/showers I have seen on the road in a long time! Keep up the great work, will be back when I’m in the area!!
Avoid this place if you are A truck driver...Trucks backed up to the road...lot attendant acted like he wanted to fight because l fueled and went in to get a coffee...l will never go there again
This store has bad prices and when you go to pay the price they show doesn't come out and when you show them the price they get stupid.
Place is very tight, some trucks are waiting on the road before entering the gas station. Two or more pumps are out of service. Overall Pilot truck stops getting worse than they used to be.
Pretty tight but, great service!
