Nice TA! Big store, definitely have truckers in mind here too! Haven’t been seeing many places that are actually catering to truckers lately. Clean store! Real friendly personnel! Lots of hot & cold on-the-go foods. Snacks & goodies. Souvenirs. Toys. Clothing. Truck supplies. Also a Country Pride attached, food was good & clean,not greasy at all! Had the salmon, tasty, but small portion. Women’s bathroom was out of order but they had 2 shower rooms they made available for us women, & clean, thank you for that! I’m only pointing that out bc every time in the past that a women’s bathroom has been down? There’s a porta potty they drop:/ So again I’m thankful. Cement lot. Good place to drop in for gas/lunch or reset.

I took an appointment today at 8 a.m. I went to the appointment and he told me to come at one o’clock again. They do not have a good system and people who do not know their work are good and their treatment is not good and I cannot go to my cargo. It is a very bad place.

As with most TAs you shouldn't bother paying for a spot since they don't police the paid spots. There's currently a hotshot parked in paid parking trying to sell his rig. He has a parking permit ending on September 30th. It is currently November 9th. No sense paying since they won't tow you.

Nice place to be. I've worked here 10 years and the people are amazing. I hope others feel the same way when they come in.

Shop was excellent but unfortunately it can’t be isolated from the store. I spent close to $1000 during a weekend reset. Monday morning i walk in for a cup of coffee. Said good morning to three managers (two white males [one wearing a burgundy shirt] and one black female) not one of them said good morning back. All the marketing how they appreciate drivers and in person nothing. Definitely didn’t feel valued like I do at Love’s.

As far as TA's go this place is pretty damn good. Paid parking available later in evening. Bathroom recently updated and decently clean. Lacks overly friendly people (it is NY...) severely overpriced Pizza hut that wasn't fresh or even warm tbh. But at least there was food which can't be said for all these POS TA's. So not a bad place if you need parking in the east

Definitely one of the nicer TA Travel Centers! Luckily we deliver in the area so we almost always get the truck washed and grab some food. They actually have dine in with hit or miss food and service. Very nice and clean. I think they are renovating some as well.

Ironically enough as seen here in the comments it looks like they just have absolutely no customer service or speaking skills. Walked in for some coffee, 3 people behind the register, I said have a good day y’all and not one of them said a word so I said damn, not one back from any one of y’all? Then to top it off they started mocking me as I walked out the door shouting “bye! Have a good day! Bye!” Very professional y’all, I’ll personally never be back ?

$25 for parking and you don't even get a free coffee coupon on the ticket. Restaraunt on site, but yet no fresh breakfast sandwiches to go. Red states are much better then blue.

A well kept and clean truck stop, with a repair shop, a Pizza Hut, a coffee shop and restaurant, a gift shop, lots of coffee options, hotdogs, motorist lounge, showers, video games, laundry, etc. The gas prices are quite reasonable. The staff are courteous and helpful. The free WiFi option is slow, but it was explained to me that TA provides faster and more reliable internet access at all their truck stops for a monthly fee.

Women's bathroom in a very dumb spot and people clearly do not Clean it. Cob webs everywhere, smells awful. Bad selection of pretty much everything. Checked in at noon for a fuel filter and a couple of small maintenance things and was told est 9pm which was already freaking ridiculous. It's now 9:30 And we were told they only have two techs and ones out on road calls. To top it off, two sandwiches with a small amount of fries was $40 +tip!! The only positive about it was they had free bobtail parking.

Staff very courteous and kind ! Showers with very hot water, laundry available. Pizza Hut express and Country Pride restaurant. This is a very clean, well maintained TA!

Vincent is that dude! Very professional and attentive. He doesnt miss a beat and goes above and beyond with his service. If you happened to stop by this TA for service, look for Vincent or Michael!

I love this stop! Frequently come to NY as a trucker good parking and good eats!! It's so convenient to drop trl here and go visit family ? in Portchester NY..all smiles

Albert the tsa at the counter is an absolute legend, he got me in and out was respectful and carried great vibes will be back to his knowledge and just treating people good

Albert litts the tsa is very helpful and a funny guy and was very helpful with helping me find out what headlights I needed so they could be ready for when the next shift comes in come see Albert really cool guy and don’t make promises he can’t keep he even says I won’t promise you that instead he says he will do his best to get you in fast and leave safe
