Starting with one location in 1958 to becoming the largest travel center network in North America, we’ve never lost sight of what’s important – taking care of our guests! At Pilot Flying J, we believe it's essential to give back to our communities that have given so much to us. We are committed to supporting local, regional and industry non-profit and charitable organizations. From the beginning, our founder instilled a spirit of community and philanthropy into our company. It is our privilege to give back by supporting causes that are important to our business and communities we serve. We encourage our team members to be active in their communities, whether that is volunteering or being there to serve first responders after a natural disaster.

What's up, drivers? I stopped at this pilot exit 63 in Kannapolis NC off 85Nouth bound. 4/2/24 About to take my 10-hour rest break, it was about 16:00. This location only has Subway, and I believe roller food. The young lady, Miss Tasha, I asked for a salad ? she took her time with preparing my food. She did it with love and care. Her personality was as beautiful as she was. As you see below, her workstation represents everything. Clean wasn't the Word it was Immaculate! So driver's, if you're looking for a fresh sub or salad, stop by the pilot in Kannapolis NC let them ladies prepare your next meal with a smile. Remember, drivers we move the world ? stay safe.
Place was clean like always hots are hot and clean
Decent place to park, and it seems as though a lot of truckers park there to do resets. I spent a couple of days here and had to pay for the first night. Unfortunately alot these guys park in places there not supposed to.
Great place, hospitality of the people is unique, beautiful smiles and very welcoming staff, can't never say enough you have to see it yourself
I stopped to get gas and I was very impressed. I got a cheeseburger and a rib sandwich which was excellent. The customer service is great and the bathrooms were very clean.
I was on the struggle bus while driving down the road. The first two cups of coffee were broken for me today. Stopped into the Pilot to use the bathroom, stretch my legs and get some more coffee. The bathrooms were very clean and the staff was friendly. The cashier even used their rewards card and I got my coffee on her. I’ll be signing up for a reward card today and paying the coffee forward the next time I stop.
It's time to get gas. I'm impressed with how clean the bathrooms are good customer.
Due to limited I had to pay 17.00 to park my truck and still got harassed, bathrooms unclean. Wifi is great but with better trip planning I won't come back to this location. I would post a picture but no need.
How much sense does it make to have limited parking and charge for every parking spot!
Good pilot compared to some. It's small which is not a problem during the day, but at night parking is at a premium.
With all the drivers' parking wherever they want to, getting to the pumps is a challenge. Getting out of here is even worse. PFJ needs to tighten up. I guarantee you a lot of hoods get hit in this place. I won't be back. Get your fuel at QT on the other side of I-85.
Shannon is an unfriendly manager and she is a very disrespectful stuck up sorry disrespectful individual who acts like she runs everything and when you tell her that you're going to go do something like purchase a product or something she shuts down her register and refuses service to auto mobiles but keeps it open for the truck drivers
??? the staff is very rude and not polite, especially the white grandfather with a gray beard who cleans showers , he threatened me and wanted to charge me money for free parking, very nasty and not a good dude ???
Clean shiowers but not good water pressure. Bobtails taking up spots in trailer parking
Been coming here almost everyday. If not, every other day to get my share of hot tea. I always use 3 tea bags in a XL cup. Never been a problem till today. Lady in her 40s with very short blonde hair. Seems like she had a rough morning and wanted to take it out on customers by pulling new rules out her tush.
Another location with nearly all parking spots are Reserved. Eventually you push your customers to QT's and Love's that don't charge for a single spot. It only helps your competition. Don't be surprised if Love's or QT takes the number one spot. Love's already has cleaner stores, bigger bathrooms, twice the staff, no offset positioned fuel pumps, and more rewards points per gallon plus free drinks and showers everyday after 15,000 gallons in a month. Keep alienating your customers with fees and high prices and you find yourself struggling to keep up with competition. The only reason I found the QT on the other side of the freeway was because you ran out of spots and I found one there. Then I discovered they have a larger food and beverage selection. Once you discover better and less greedy places, you never go back.
