Good for the hot water pressure but other than that I don’t park here. The showers are very nasty. Hair in the cracks of the door is insane and very disgusting! 0 star for me if i could give it & not to mention getting out of the turn is a nightmare every second of the day especially if the blue beacon has a line of trucks in the turning lane!

This truck stop passes the vibe check! Feels so good to come across a shower that doesn't have any black mold for once. This shower appears clean and comfortable ?. I recommend it to all drivers. I give 4 stars bc it is starting to show signs of needing a deep clean. There's a decent amount of parking outside but does seem to be a little tighter than usually. Also the parking spaces are diagonal instead of the usual way. Seems to be a little tight maneuvering. Also water pressure is top tier here!! Check clips and images attached below. Probably the best Pilot I have been. Showers are clean and pressure is great. Staff is really nice people. Delicious food from Wendys. Lots of parking spots here. Well deserved 5 stars?

Terrible management here. Was charged twice for the same item on receipt and left. When I tried calling after leaving, I was told that I would have to call the 800 number to fix it. When I called, they were rude and dismissive. I just gave up and told myself to stop giving them my business. I couldn’t even take a shower because they were down because they had no hot water. How are you cleaning the utensils then?

The Wendy's located here said coffee and steak potatoes were not available except for breakfast. I mean I can understand not having the potatoes but no coffee at a truck stop located on an interstate??? It was late morning too.

Love this spot. Coffee, gas and food all in one stop. Wendy’s, Dairy Queen, Dunkin Donuts. Very clean and airy inside, pumps all work great and are new, gas prices always great, and easy on of freeway access. Friendly and polite staff inside. Always a stop of mine.

I applied here as a Janitorial maintenance worker, not to long after, a recruiter named Sara text me and helped me set up an interview with Jason. So when I showed up for my interview, Jason wasn’t there that day, and the manager on duty didn’t know anything about an interview so nobody interviewed me and I completely wasted my time and gas without compensation. So I left my name with the manager to give to Jason and I left, I sent Sara a message letting her know what’s going on and that I wasn’t interviewed. It’s been about a little over a week since I went to be interviewed and nobody has had the common courtesy to reach out to me and let me know what’s going on, I haven’t heard from the store, nor have I heard from Sara which is the recruiter that reached out to me about the job and set up my interview. This place is unorganized, obviously poorly managed and completely unprofessional. DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME!!!!!!

I pulled in about 2 am. This parking lot is so big, spots available. It had very little trash

Asked where the laundry soap was so I could do laundry. Went and put my stuff in the machine it didn't work. The same manager I asked stated they weren't working. He couldn't tell me that prior. He stated they had a sign but no sign, and he didn't even bother to put one up after. Wow, zero for customer service ?. Machines across the st broken as well. It's not a great location ? ? Welcome to NC !

We like this place as we stopped for gas and were surprised of how big it is with all the food & drink and souvenirs too. Most importantly a very big, clean bathrooms. The gas price is cheaper.

My shower was clean. I actually walked out of my shower across the street and came over here. Thank you for a nice shower.

Pretty big parking lot , but whoever did the parking lines need to come back and redo them . Parking spaces are not that wide , had to move spots another driver was trying to pull out almost took my mirror out that how close trucks are to each other

I ordered a reese cup blizzard not a peanut butter sundae.. they put peanut butter sundae syrup in my reese cup blizzard. Very displeased

My cat really loved the place. Great place for cats... Thought there would be more seats tho...

This place has everything for truckers hauling long distances. Laundry and showers. Seemed very clean for such a busy place
