This Pilot needs renovation. The parking lot design is horrible for semis. You’ll be blocked in guaranteed. Shower doors have no privacy lock. No counter for your stuff. The shower was clean though. The staff was friendly when I visited. Overall management seems to have forgot about this location.

Probably top 5 worst pilots out there. I think a blind man laid out the auto fuel and parking area. Only 1 auto deisel pump and it shares an island with a gas pump. There is a loves on the other side of the interstate that I would highly recommend long before coming to this location.

It is small, cramped, and clean but in desperate need of renovation. The shower door had no lock on the inside, and there was no counter space. That being said, the water pressure and temperature were great. The donuts looked like they had been dropped before being put in the case. Disappointing for a Pilot.

Hands down, worst pilot/flying j on the eastern seaboard. over staffed at 2am and under staffed at peak hours. When you're trapped behind another rig, it's usually because there's a line of drivers at a single register. At every other pilot, the rewards program overrides the eternal 2/$5 and 2/$6 cooler prices... not here. Monster seems to be the only promo that does that here. Only about half of snack promos work. 1 staff member has tried telling me it was accepted on their screen as the payment machine was requesting authorization for the full, pre-promo amount. They also like talking at you like you're stupid... "you need to save the offer in the app first"... yeah, I pump between $1200 and $2000 of diesel at pilot stations weekly, I know how the app works. "you can't swipe, you need to insert the chip" as we're both looking at the INSERTED card and the screen reads 'waiting on cashier...' This location, by itself, has motivated me to setup the pilot app. If their program is even remotely comparable, I'll take my business there if it means a more pleasant experience.

Clean convenience store polite friendly counter staff. Fuel island and parking not the best layout. Management needs a bit of help in supervision especially the showers and the individuals whom are tasked with maintenance and cleaning. If they are not doubled checked it's apparent they will do a poor job.

This is the pilot in Salisbury North Carolina, The amenities were clean and the staff especially the lady manager on duty 10-12-23 was awesome!

Five people working there tonight told I can't take a shower cause no one can clean showers an apparently donuts are more important than truck drivers taking showers real talk not even lieing.

Parking is laid out pretty horrible. I was going to fuel and park last night but I came in the front side because there were no sign saying trucks keep going. That bypassed fuel all together. This morning I was blocked into my parking space due to a brilliant design, finally got out and went to head to get fuel overlook you cannot turn around. Backed up and tried to back in the fuel Lanes but of course with the amount of incoming traffic I could not get in there either. Went to Love's for fuel.

Smaller bathroom than most Pilot/Flying J... Pretty clean. NC. has some soda brands I haven't seen in a while.

Not RV friendly even though the Pilot/Flying J app says it is. If you have a Gas RV I would avoid this one.

The shower was clean but How can such a big facility have no laundry? I had to go to loves across the street to wash my clothes

I frequent the Pilot Travel Center often while working. The wait times to get diesel fuel aren't as long as the Love's Truck STOP across the bridge. There is a Bojangles located in the same lot as the Pilot Travel Center. As a trucker, being able to get food, use the restroom, and fuel up as quickly as possible is essential. Next time you are in Salisbury NC stop by the Pilot Travel Center.

If you get here early enough you might find a parking spot..Great to stop and get coffee and some food to go.

Busy place with a nice staff. Clean showers just need a lock on the doors..at least shower 1 for sure.

Clean spacious and friendly staff. Used this location for an overnight stop. I only saw one RV spot. Lot's of trucks in and out so have some ear plugs handy.

Reserve my parking spot earlier in the day around 12: 30pm. This is a very busy pilot so I know I had to reserve early. Got here around 2:00 a.m. to find all reserved parking spaces were taken. Went inside and was greeted with a smile by a nice lady named Carissa. I explained to Carissa that I needed to park my truck and all the spots were taken, she immediately grabbed the flashlight and said let's go find you a spot. Usually female staff will not go out and move trucks, but Carissa did. After I was parked in my spot I learned of her passion for working at pilot and how she loves to accommodate truck drivers. She understands our life from personal experience and she has empathy for the stresses that we go through. I wish there was a Carissa at every pilot I've ever went to.

Worst pilot ever. Staff is rude period. Not sure who they think works for who. Also; grossly obese cashiers. I could not even buy subway I was so repulsed.

2 hours of my life I will never get back waiting for shower as 3 managers and 3 other employees sit at register happy smiling away lying about someone cleaning showers. The girl cleaning showers apologized for being in cooler. Guess only 1 in 7 know how to clean shower. Costing drivers a ton of time and money unnecessarily by being selfish and lazy
