Avoid at all cost, the most incompetent stop you can possibly travel to. Bathrooms smell terrible, there will not be a single hot food item, the soda machine will be flat. What astonishing to me, is that somehow they believe there job is hard. Like the parking lot is full and they cannot figure out that restocking the full thing of cups is better then just putting a hotdog on the grill. I watch as a lady struggles to fill a already full container just to avoid doing her actual job.

One of the biggest and modern Pilot gas stations there are. Variety of parking and space and good gas station on the outskirts of Cincinnati.

I was here at 3pm and the parking lot was already full. That's crazy but on the good side they have really nice showers.

Very poor customer service. Only had 2 people working in the store and would not allow us to shower (we only needed one for my husband and myself) because they didn’t have enough employees to clean them?! The supposed manager said she had to send other employees home because they were fighting and that they couldn’t let us in to shower until the other employees came in at 6am. This is completely unacceptable when you have customers that need to get on the road to start their day. On top of that, there are multiple truck parked in the fire lane. I can only guess that it’s due to the parking lot being 3/4 reserved parking. This is not the first time we’ve had the same issue with Flying J. They have extremely lazy staff that just don’t want to work and clean the showers. One of the employees actually told us he’d take one unhappy customer over all the others that didn’t complain. This is very poor management and customer service. Will never stop here again and will make sure that our management knows the situation and to avoid using this location.I will also be contacting the Flying J corporate office on this problem.

About 830 pm your over weight manager is not a very good manager at all. I asked her for help and she started helping me then stopped helping me and started helping this other customer. How is that customer service. Blond hair and her black managers clothes on. Everyone stay away from her.

A favorite truck stop/travel center of mine. This is a new location, and it is nice. The restrooms are clean, the store is organized, and the staff is friendly. I enjoy the hot dogs off the grill. Auntie Ann's and Cinnabon are a nice addition. The do have a food bar they serve from. Got breakfast here one day and it was decent for gas station food. The fresh fruit in the cooler is nice. It is a gas station, but nice for what it is. Great stop for the weary traveler or the Lebanon local..

How dare that overnight female cashier say she can't come outside in the dark And ask trucks that were blocking the entrance and exit to move so we could get out ..... truckers had to back on the 2 way and the trucks that needed to leave had to back up and go out the rv and bus section...... I will NEVER be back to this ghetto truck stop and will be calling corporate ?

I came to this store for service and the manager Tanekia was extremely helpful multitasking and got myself along with 5 other customers done in 5 minutes tops I would definitely recommend anyone to this store #552 Flying J / Pilot Travel

If you're gonna be delivering in this area and thinking about reserving a spot because you know it'll be late and running out of hours, don't even bother. They don't actually honor reserved parking if it's full they will just offer a refund instead of doing like other flying J and making drivers move. On the plus side if you get here and only available is reserved parking, you're god

It’s a truck stop. But they are owned by pilot. They all have a Denny’s or good restaurant connected. Clean large bathrooms and showers. Lots of parking for RV and trucks

It gets very crowded after 4 pm,so if you get here after 5 ..Good luck finding a parking spot..the only spots available are the Reserved Parking spots. Clean bathrooms and showers staff is friendly,good food.

From reading the reviews it seems like the major issue at this location is showers, I checked in for a shower Through the app at 23:40 I waited in my truck for 20 minutes. Then I walked in the actual store to see what it's taken too long. There were 5 empty showers that need to be cleaned and nobody bothered to clean them. I went to the counter I talked to the guy about it, He lied and he said somebody is a cleaner which in fact nobody was there because I already checked before I wanted a counter, This is the second time that this happened to me at this exact location, Yes they are very rude when you tell them about the job that they are supposed to be doing, However I finally cleaned my shower it was shower number 3. The soap was empty I used my own luckily. I have it once I finish with the shower. I used the towel to dry myself and chunk of hair stuck to my face, The Towel wasn't even a clean.. I can't wait till The morning so I can call the corporate office on this management at this location. Parking lot it's always full 24/7 You got to be very very lucky to find a parking spot. They treat truck driver with not much respect at all. If you guys don't like truck drivers then you need to find a different job.
