First of all Kathy S. at the front counter was a BLESSING I'd give her 10 stars if I could...... HOWEVER the kid in the tire shop is why I'm giving a 2 (really 1.5). Pulled in at 12:30 AM to gave 2 trailer tires removed and put our spares on. 2.5 hours later he had 1 (ONE) tire removed. 3 hours later he had 1 tire remounted, I noticed the security cameras and thought the morning crew was coming on shift, it took him about 3 minutes to get the second tire on. We pulled out of the shop at 5:15 AM He knew we were unhappy, he took his break at some point and I hollered (hey) into the shop to see where he was. The only saving grace was he didn't charge us.
This place is lucky I’m giving it 2 stars ⭐️ ⭐️ Absolutely gross from outside at the fuel islands where garbage is overflowing, all the way to the inside where you get your food. And on top of it the women’s restroom I didn’t even want to use. The sink next to the soda dispenser where you would typically be able to wash out, your cups, had a nasty, hot dog sitting in it. The coffee bar had coffee and garbage all over it, then where you would get hot food there was a used latex glove just sitting there. I’d say pretty unsanitary. Like I mentioned before the women’s bathroom was probably the dirtiest I have been in a long time for a loves truckstop. Every stall Was gross, I didn’t even want to use it. Also, when we walked in, there wasn’t anyone at the fuel desk checkout stand for the truck side. I know many people experienced this at Loves truck-stops. And other truck-stops. Not a very good experience overall.
Overall a decent gas station. Restrooms are clean and everything is easy.
Fairly new store. They have everything here. Quick snacks drinks and fast food. There are 2 restaurants connected to the store. Subway and Wendy's. Aside from being a convenience store this is also a truckstop with full truck driver amenities. They have diesel lanes with Def. They also have showers and truck driver rest areas. They really cater to the truck driver. There's everything from popular electronics to toys and clothes available.
I had a pick up truck with a small trailer and they had no available parking spots in the truck parking area so I parked in front in the regular car parking just to take a quick shower and while I was just getting into the shower they started complaining about where I parked keep in mind I was just taking a quick shower and it was the middle of the night. Absolutely ridiculous it wasn’t busy at all I took max 5 spot for a short period just to take a shower. The stuff should be ashamed causing so much ruckus for no reason couldn’t even take a proper shower
Lots of cool stuff to guy and lots of people were there. The Ohio Lotto machine was outdated (didn’t accept credit and didn’t even have rolling cash). Overall floors, outside, and bathrooms could do a better job being cleaned (1 star downgrade).
Clean location. The bathrooms weren't even bad. Employees were very polite. Has dog park and normal lo es parking, came through late and didn't see any empty spots.
The worst truck stop if you are interested in shower. There is only one girl who is responsible to clean it. Now, it is upto her mood if she wants to clean or not. Keep standing and waiting. The whole staff is more interested in having conversations than to perform their jobs "honestly" Spending less than three minute on each shower, u can imagine what could be the level of cleanliness.Avoid this stop for shower if you can. Absolutely discourteous and unprofessional attitude towards the truckers.
Gotta love all the door dummies parking at the diesel pumps and taking their 30 minute breaks right at the damn diesel pumps. The store won’t do anything since they don’t want to run off potential customers, but they alienate actual paying customers… makes sense
This place is clean and the people that work here have great customer service skills. They ran out of loves cards and I had filled diesel. They helped me resolve the issue all the way from cashier (unfortunately did not look at her name she is blonde though) to go up to the manager Samantha. Felt taken care of and will continue to bring my business here.
OMG went for a shower hair all over the toilet seat. I was gagging. I reakon who ever cleans the showers must not check the toilets. The store it self looked ok. Wendy's breakfast is always nasty. But the restaurant was clean.
Easy on and off I-70. Lot is big and clean clean restrooms, did not have a chance to check the showers. The restaurants in love were expensive but good.
Nice folks, good parking but just about the worst water pressure and certainly the lack of hot water influence my opinion. What a wasted stop. Why bother offering showers at all?????
What a nice and clean place. And Courtney is a living version and complete the Love's slogan "friendly faces" - being away for a long time with experience like here makes it easier
Here from our of town. Their website says overnight parking. I decided to try it because it's convenient with food services . Showers restrooms and gas all in one. I stopped in there tonight and new signs are posted. You're staying can only be 1 hour. Why???
