It's a very busy place. Forget about finding a spot after 6pm. You need a reservation. It's a medium size truck stop. Well stocked, clean showers with Wendy's on site. For breakfast I'd walk down the street 5 min and enjoy it in Waffle House. But the best part about this Pilot is the super friendly staff. These ladies need a raise just for their kindness. I truly appreciate it. Enjoy your stay truckers!
Offers all services and the people are nice. But pumps are always out of order, the number pads don’t work when the pump does, they hold your cards and ID to pump gas with a company card and then make you go back in for it all. And there always seems to be “unique” people in their cars packed out of the windows with trash. Odd place that makes you work for your gas but??♂️they have a Wendy’s.
This is one if not the worse truck stop I've ever been too. Damn near all the employees are on meth. Nothing is ever clean, pumps only work after a prayer and attendants are rude for no reason. Absolutely the last time I ever come here. Ive been Driving over 10 years and hands down this place sucks beyond measure.
I was in my 30 min break and the security literally call the police on me and i almost spent already more than 60 dollars in the pilot how you gonna charge your customers for a prking lot and call the police in good paying customers Never again no more coming to the place Security-is rude and they call the police on truck drivers that spend money with them never never again
First time drivers don't make the mistake we did and make the 1st rt behind store to get to fuel island, it is the EXIT. Go all the way to the back and come around facing store. There are NO SIGNS telling you this, had to learn the hard way. Store is small, and busy so be patient.
My experience was top tier.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Clean showers - all essentials available and in stock-Top of the line-industry leading customer service-laudable accuracy and precision, true definition of teamwork!! The team here is was so friendly and upbeat!! I love positive atmospheres! Thank you Primarily to EMMANUEL who displayed impeccable service and leadership skills .. with an attitude of gratitude!!! JON and DAN were the icing on the cake and cherry on top for excellent customer service and attentiveness to guests!! Wonderful work! Wonderful energy! Wonderful Professionalism! ! Not a fan of some of the workers there. I was standing in line to pay for a fountain drink. When this older lady behind the counter looked at me and told me you know you have to pay for that drink and my response was thats why I'm standing in line. But I noticed her demeanor to those that didn't look like her. I wish I would have gotten her name. To many other Pilots to shop at. I will not patronize this location again.
Clean shower nice and respectful people specially thanks to Ashlee I would definitely visit here again.
The truck stops a little ghetto but all in all it's nice friendly employees good security
Don't reserve parking over here. It's all full all the time. And they are not willing to go look for a spot . For prepaid customer 10 hours earlier. Because of a stupid management. No wonder all the employees got attitude problem.
I have stopped at this location a hand full of times over the last 5 years & it is always absolutely filthy. The parking lot is destroyed, trash everywhere, faded parking lines & half the pumps never work. Restrooms & showers are beyond disgusting. Don't waste your time stopping at this location
Just like all trucks stops not enough parking and long lines. No biggie. They have what u want when u want it and friendly people. Update 3/29/24 there’s a few bobtails here that never move. You can tell by the rusted 5th wheels
Most of their gas pump were not working or can say were out of order dated 01/12/2024 The store has alot of variety to product Restroom inside store is neat and well maintained.
Not alot of parking and two of the pumps are out of service. Staffs are friendly tho.
Update: 9 January 2018 STILL NO PAPER IN THE OUTSIDE DISPENSERS Update: 8 January 2018 -- none of the paper dispensers at the pumps had paper. Not a big deal until you pull up with a spilled mess on your seat and need some simple paper towel to wipe it up. Downgraded to two stars **18 Wheelers Beware** parking is extremely limited here and fills up fast. Get here early if you're planning to stay. Also to the lot is very tight to maneuver in. Be sure that your backing skills are on point before trying to park here. * No dedicated/separate RV parking Over all the facility was clean. Staff was friendly. And fuel prices areas competitive.
Worst truck stop for getting shower, I came here 3 times before minimum 2 hours wait for shower, Worker’s don’t care who is waiting shower, How come only 3 people waiting for two hours each one of us. I can understand if one person working, but 3 people working tonight. This is obsurd, Next no way i will come here for shower good luck for 2 hours wait.
