Pricing was wrong and cashier was annoyed that I even asked about it. If the pricing is wrong then why not take down the labels? Too lazy?

Decent place to get gas and the convenience store was well stocked. However, not kept clean and there were a few ladies of the evening hanging around.

Great service, coffee was good. Pulling out aa tight but no one was in the parking lot do was easy this time

Nice location. New Diesel pumps. Clean hot showers. The ladies in the Subway have no problem loading your sub until it won't close

Donovan clearly hasn't been to many Pilot's, lol. This parking lot is huge compared to most I've been to and I'm an OTR driver. I've been to hundreds. Easily 60+ spots. Average Pilot in the Midwest about half that.

Can't give efs checks out they said because they have to pay for them. You can literally go on the efs website and get a order of 200 at a time for free. This place sucks and is always dirty in the bathrooms and you wait in line while other employees are just standing there doing nothing. Waste of time don't stop here. Also on another occasion on 11/25/2023 went in and tried to pay with Dollar U.S. Mint coins and they refused service.

How much work is it to throw a few hotdogs on the grill or a few things in the warmer so truckers have something to eat?.

Pump in bad condition. Pump 24 no def haul, made payment and went to inside to cancel transaction.

What a great Pilot! It’s the cleaned and most well stocked coffee area I’ve seen in a long time! Super friendly ladies at the register! Just need some hot breakfast stuff at 4 am. Other than that 5 stars!!

Your employee AJ and Nove are the of the best peopleI have ever met in my life. He and she is professional and friendly. I will always try to come back to this pilot, just because of him.

No hot water in showers, small parking lot

I am bobtailing and asked the manager if I could park off to the side in the lines or in the front so I dont take up a whole spot and was told NO I would be told to move! So I am stuck being that guy forced to screw another tired driver out of a spot! I at least parked all the way back so another bobtail could park in front of me.

The lady who works in night shift doesn’t know about the pilot rewards card offers. It was the last day to be expired thats i want to use it there. she very rude to drivers acting as if never heard about the pilot rewards cards for drinks that pilot gives. Didn’t even try to solve the problem. Just said I don't know. The management should take some actions to change their employees or teach them how to talk to customers. Never stop here again

They list cigarette prices incorrectly. The sign outside said Marlboros 7.54. Then when I noticed on the receipt they refused to refund them stating it was illegal. The manager offered no assistant. She was standing right there for the transaction and when I came back in the store and asked for a refund then they hurried me out of the line saying there isn’t anything they can do. Not one pack was the advertised price of 7.54. It’s sad they are scamming truck drivers with false advertising and a no refund policy after noticing the price different. I was filling up religiously at Pilot but I think I’ll be going back to ta.

I was told I could use the rest room by another employee and to take the sign down as I did a woman yelled across the store "I put that up for a reason" I'm a driver in around 3 of these a day this was by far the worst one. I can tolerate a lot coming from a truck stop but not a rude employee. The station across the street got my $107 in fuel.
