Starting with one location in 1958 to becoming the largest travel center network in North America, we’ve never lost sight of what’s important – taking care of our guests! At Pilot Flying J, we believe it's essential to give back to our communities that have given so much to us. We are committed to supporting local, regional and industry non-profit and charitable organizations. From the beginning, our founder instilled a spirit of community and philanthropy into our company. It is our privilege to give back by supporting causes that are important to our business and communities we serve. We encourage our team members to be active in their communities, whether that is volunteering or being there to serve first responders after a natural disaster.

Surprisingly not that busy either time we stopped here to fill up. A couple parking spaces were taken up by van lifers in the main parking lot, with the actual overnight truckers parking below the cliff. There is a pretty average Wendys inside that has a large drive through, as well as a Cinnabon which made for a nice treat for the ride to MD. It was nice and clean inside, even the bathrooms were clean and stocked. Only downside in the restroom was that it’s a manual faucet, and those are not the most sanitary. Lot of options for snacks and drinks like most gas stations. Got a cup of ice for a drink I had with us in the car, which they did charge 50 cents for.
I typically prefer Loves over Pilot but that cannot be said for this area. We actually went to the loves first and due to limited bathroom space we found ourselves at pilot. It was nice enough we stopped again on our way back east. It wasn't very busy and very clean both times. There's no trailer parking in the main lot but they do have a large area for semis behind the building. Options were not limited and bathrooms were clean/stocked well. If I ever find myself driving on 30 again I will be sure to stop here over another truck stop in the area.
Fuel ⛽️ go to the bathroom, grab some to eat and back on the road.
Again and again. People not pay for park and take the space. At lease they not take the one for handicap space. This locations have staff to take care for reserved parking thank you. But no one wake up. I think 15 x 365 day = $5475 is not enough to hire security only night shift for check parking reservation. Do you think who not pay $16for parking??? Lol. They have 3space left before midnight. I forgot to take a picture. More money lost for pilot.
This was our gas stop on the way home. Crowded of course, because it's right off the highway. The gas was cheaper than at home, and the staff was very bland and cold. Busy place, I guess. The best part was seeing the Amish man and his horse and buggy. So cool to see. You don't see that everyday. This whole corner area has many gas stations and truck stops, so you have A lot to choose from.
I stopped here on the way home with my wife the day after seeing the Browns beat the Steelers Nov. 19 with DTR at QB. We got breakfast from Wendy's, not our typical option but they are good. I asked the worker behind the counter for some creamer for my coffee, he said for a Browns fan you can have as many as you want, the Browns are going to the Super Bowl!!! It's time to start believing him, this is a team of destiny.
No thanks I prefer Sheetz across the street much better gas station cleaner, more selection of Great food and drinks.
A parking spot at night (I got lucky)! Great shower! Thanks Terra, and the other friendly lady who works there, for being so nice. If I win anything from these lottery tickets I just bought there I will come back and give you both a tip.

Worthless pilot. First diesel pump was half ripped out. Backed out to use the pump next to it, keypad wouldn't work. Sick of these nasty broken pilot flying j's. Company let's me choose love's, or pilots. Decided to use a few pilots to have shower credits, screw that idea. Fueled across at love's.
Workers were in good spirits despite working on Thanksgiving. Always nice to be greeted with a smile. ? store was clean also ?
Im a trucker who came in for a hot shower. I guess they dont sweep ??♀️ opened the door with the code and walked into nastiness and toilet paper on the floor. Please clean correctly the shower was half cleaned as well with a big wad of hair still in the drain. Ridiculous
Very rude staff! Cashier Lisa does her job like she was sentenced to work for Store 287. Ringing items on the register is too much for her. She also has the bad attitude. When asked for manager Vanessa showed up with similar attitude. People like Lisa and Vanessa should not be working for Pilot. If you experienced similar treatment please contact customer service or regional manager Ann Hayes. My last visit at the store 287 unit Lisa and Vanessa will be terminated. Say NO to rude people!
Very clean place, workers are very nice. Small fuel Island area compared to some places but worth the wait. Starting stopping at this pilot instead of my usual one of my route, the other one could take a few pointers from this one on cleanliness and politeness.
These truck stop centers are very useful for any traveler. Good safe place to get a bite to eat and rest as necessary.
