Decent location. There’s a Subway and McDonald’s and a few food options. There’s another area for trucks. Bathrooms are not that clean but helpful staff.

This is a nice truck stop that is average in size compared to all the other pilot stations I've ever been to. Just FYI I'm not a truck driver, so I can't speak to their amenities e.g. showers, Diesel pumps, etc. The station seemed like it's been well looked after. The floors were clean and nothing stank, which your think would be a given but it seems lately Ive been in alot of really smelly truck & auto stops. They have a McDonald's and a Subway on site. Also have a good selection of candy drinks and car/truck gadgets; TVs, power converters, CB Radios, etc. Friendly staff

Decent but outdated Pilot. Could use a remodel in the showers and bathrooms. Worst part was the McDonald's with poor customer service and stale food. Thank God we got a load and didn't have to stay long.

Filthy. Whole store. Filthy. We didn't buy coffee, or cappuccino because of the dirty filthy conditions. Soda fountain looks like it has mold growing in it so no sodas either. If they look like this, then they haven't been properly maintained and cleaned inside. THIS IS HOW PEOPLE GET SICK, FROM FILTH LIKE THIS PLACE. Didn't even bother to go inside restrooms, we really just stopped for coffee and cappuccino and left with nothing. GET IT TOGETHER OR JUST CLOSE IT.

My family to Piliots my Granddaughter says says calling all guests she's cooking up some recipes and some discounts deals to pass on to friends and other fellow guests we love this location cause it reminds of home a IHOP that has homemade soups and meals great staff quality merchandise and quality service with a quality smile that will warm your heart. Come watch my wonderful flying wonders and your trucks are safe no worries free parking with every fill. There's a McDonald's and a subway. Clean enough toilets. Lots of snacky stuff. Gas, diesel, lots of room for semis and cars.

This negative review is ONLY in regards to FUEL ISLAND experience. Stopped 12/8/2023 to buy fuel. The diesel dispenser featured LCD display with "Gas station TV" that featured SUPER LOUD advertising, Not to be outdone, the speakers at the top of fuel island were spewing forth SUPER LOUD Muzak. This is a two-fold safety hazard. The cacophony of noise gives people headaches. Furthermore, the super loud noise interferes with detection of air leaks on a vehicle during walk around inspection.

4 AM and no clean showers available. Management needs to hire more people and pay them better.

Always advertise showers. Coffee and hot food, never any of this. Stay away!! Fuel island for diesel is horrible as well.

Clean, nice personal everywhere on, products are fresh and lot of space. Such a great place for travelers

NO FOOD AFTER 10 PM AND MCDONALD'S DON'T OPEN TILL 7AM. WHY. What, night drivers don't need to eat. This is happening at all the Pilot flying j accross the country.

The restrooms were adequately clean. Staff were courteous. They were out of at least two soda types and all of the flavor shot flavors in the fountain drink area.

It's a pretty good place to stop with remodeled clean and spacious showers!!
