Had the best gas prices in the area while I was down towards Cincinnati. Pretty disappointed that damn near every gas station I stop at, that my receipt never prints out, so I end up still going inside the store to wait and get it. Put more paper in, they tell you when it's out.
I had a fantastic experience at Store 009 Pilot Travel Centers. The staff, including Matt, Amanda, Angie, and Robin, were incredibly helpful during my visit. Shopping at the store was a pleasure, and it made for a convenient rest stop. I eagerly anticipate returning to meet the exceptional employees at the front counter. Thanks for a great customer service.
Lil busy but in n out quickly! Friendly customer service. Cleanliness and stocked well. Good job guys???❤️?
4 out of the 5 times I've showered there the showers are colder than the antarctic ocean. Parking lot is trash. Diesel price is always high. Entrance and exit system is hard for alot of drivers to comprehend so trucks constantly leave out the entrance. Only good part is the waffle house next door haha. WELCOME TO PILOT!
It's a nice Pilot, very much like many Pilot's. There's even a Waffle House basically in the parking lot. There's a lot of parking spaces, BUT...... As stated in another post, there simply isn't enough room between rows to make backing or pulling out safe for the average driver. I'm sure they have a high accident rate here. I had to move my truck over in the space just so the driver next to me could get out without hitting me. I had parked using a pull through, so I was pretty even between the lines. While I'm sitting this, I'm watching a driver pulling a Schneider trailer (in picture) trying to pull out. The driver pulled forward and backed up 3 times trying to pull out. The other issue, and this may be a recent issue, would be the showers. They're nice and clean, but the water temperature isn't very good. I was here doing a 34 and I took mostly cool showers. Overall, the staff has been very friendly and the store very clean. It's just the parking lot is the biggest drawback here.
12/07/23 Waited over two hours for a shower. Porter was told by the cashier that there were five to be cleaned and he just left. Also the parking situation is terrible. Better find somewhere else if you can. To my knowledge the porter never showed. After taking a shower that the cashier cleaned there were 13 people waiting from a high of 17. Good thing drivers have infinite time to waste.
They’re literally so busy talking to each other goofing around that they don’t even listen to you. I literally told this woman I wanted to use my pilot card more than once and she just keeps talking to coworkers ignoring a customer. I’ll just keep stopping at loves in Dayton lol
The store itself is pretty average as far as pilota go, but the parking rows suck. There's not really enough room to back in properly or pull out without risking hitting the truck next to you. Whoever designed this lot must have been smoking meth.
Management let's truckers park wherever they want in no park zones blocking people who are parked in, and the showers do not put out enough water, if your looking for a hassle free truck stop go elsewhere
Got here on a Sunday night around 7pm and was able to find parking in the back row. There were several other spots available as well. But beware, you need to be confident in your backing skills. These spaces doesn't leave much room for error. I was really impressed to see how well the parking area was lit up at night. I felt safe enough to get out and walk around to stretch my legs. Awesome! The people inside were very welcoming and friendly. The restrooms and the store was clean and tidy. If you can't stomach Subway or Dunkin Doughnuts (like me) there are a couple of other restaurants within walking distance. Overall I had a good experience.
My husband & I just did our break for a day in half at this location store #9 . Finding spot wasn’t a problem . People are rude . Shelves are empty , no hot food ! All the coolers were empty! My husband had to go in cabinet to get a coffee to go cup ! And it 7:30am with enough people working to have it already filled ! He asked a question to one person and another person answered the question ! But couldn’t even look at him . All we can say is this pilot #9 at 6830 Franklin Lebanon road in Franklin oh needs an overall badly !
I pay for Prime Parking many many times, all many hours before my intended arrival because I know it's going to be late. Twice now, I've arrived and not had a parking space because of cheap freeloaders who know the places they can get away with not paying. 6830 Franklin Road in Franklin OH, Pilot #9. No reserved spaces and the two night associates said their General Manager said not to enforce Prime Parking because of Safety issues. If Pilot Flying J stores are going to sell RESERVED PARKING, then they need to ENFORCE it. Stop taking drivers money when you can't fulfill a service.
I bought a cb radio and an antenna from this Pilot. Everything worked fine for about 30 minutes, then nothing. The cb radio has the ability to run a test on the cb, microphone and antenna. Radio and microphone passed, antenna failed. Go back 2 days later with Receipt, packaging and antenna and they tell me there's nothing they can do because I opened the antenna. How the hell can I tell if their product is going to work I'd I don't open it. I didn't want a refund I just wanted to swap for a new antenna. Never again will I spend one single red cent there or any other Pilot station again in my life!!!
I had the worst experience in this pilot, Very unprofessional staff specially the manager lady who is in charge for the night shift. I checked in and paid 17$ for a prime parking parked my truck and slept, she came at 3am and knocked my window hard and told me to move my truck or they will tow my truck ignored the receipt. The parking is tight and u can’t sleep peacefully even if you make a reservation!!!!!. I called the guest service team and ask for help. It was good to have another team to escalate the problem especially when the center managers failed to do their job and honour their customers. The restroom for men was very dirty full of toilet papers inside.
This is one of the sorriest pilot truck stops I've ever visit. They never have anything and everything is always broken. No water, no showers, no bathrooms, no coffee, no subway. The workers will do anything to work but love getting paid on time. I give this Pilot a Negative 0.
Tuesday Dec 19, 2023 at 9pm, the black girl at the register and the guy cleaning showers accused my partner and I of stealing just because we didn't buy anything. We used the restroom and looked around for a bit and left. They had the nerve to come running out to our car and threatened to call the cops and told us to leave. We're not from the area and we are definitely not thieves! We won't ever be back here
