Guy was nice but he was straight tweaking on something. The parking lot has a lot of land mines in it and is 90% reserved. This used to be a really nice TA and they redid the inside which is nice but the outside still looks run down. They didn't carry any zero sugar drinks on any of the fountains in there neither at TA or Popeyes. I usually don't complain but how is there not at least one option?

The people that worked there were great founded everything. I need first time I was ever had the experience to know that a truck stop had a shower and also has some place to eat. It was just a neat place. I never noticed the showers before. It's really nice though. Especially the people and I bought a couple things from there too. That were very nice for my wife.

Andy in the Maintenance is very knowledgeable and took care of my truck and trailer. We need more mechanics like him very thorough and great to deal with. He needs to commended on his job well done

Was hired as a Diesel Mechanic. The GM of the automotive shop told me I would be making over $40 an hour and be given a tool allowance and she lied about everything. After training ended in six weeks I made 10$ an hour when I started making commission instead of an hourly wage. You make about $15 per oil change no matter how many hours it takes you. I made more money working in fast food.

Not so lovely place. First impression was very sour. Prices of food is higher than expected. Noodles from can $9.99, instant rice with frozen veg $10.99, and salads are more than $8. Only item worth its price is popcorn. First cashier was pleasant with co-workers but straight face with attitude towards paying customers. I didnt see a name tag but would definitely remember who she was. Second cashier Ashley was wonderful. Im glad to have encountered her before I left because the overall rating would be less than 3. Food stands were closed. Lately, shower floors were not dry from previous customer. Thank you Ashley for being a great employee!

This looks like a new location or a remodel. The traffic on the road takes a little bit to wait. The scale has good maneuverability but the parking spaces are blind side. They have a restaurant and a Popeyes. Also half the lot is reserved parking. There also is a McDonald’s across the street if you don’t fancy chicken or diner food.

Great truck stop plenty parking awesome service friendly people great clean showers rest rooms drivers lounge good prices little tricky getting in out and fuel island can be busy at times. Now it over 75 percent reserve paid parking only con and can get tight in and out at times.. Service Desk and shop technicians are awesome parts for my Freightliner cascadia on hand always.. Overall had a great experience will park there when in state or area for my 10 hrs breaks

I'm not sure what her name was but my husband and I stopped here with our two kiddos (18 months and 1 month) and it was really late at night with fussy and tired babies. She was so kind to us and let us have our coffees for free. Much needed. Clean bathrooms and such friendly staff.

I'm a big fan of Flying J's, Love's, and TA's. This one was pretty nice with lots of food options and things to browse and buy. Had all the usual trucker stuff like radios and headsets. Big bathroom with plenty of stalls. No complaints.

Just wondering if you are given price of $299 for recap trailer tire, would you expect another $85 charge for casing? Additionally, we had a 4 different charges for straightening the mud flap bracket, and replacing the mud flap. 2 charges for parts and 2 charges for labor.

Please Do not spend any penny at this store. Workers are very rude especially fat man at night shift. I was going to take a shower and my co-driver was getting fuel on the pump. That rude pig inside told me you are not allowed to go to the shower until your co-driver gets done fueling and move truck from the fuel pump (which was our early morning plan) . After that I called my co-driver to stop fueling and spending freaking money at this station. Shame on you TA London !

Half the parking is pay to park! 4 rows of pay to park! The people who work here are all about the local people not the drivers. Servers are more worried about when they get off instead of giving good service and getting good tips. Won’t be stopping here, except maybe to sleep (for free) then leave.

Absolutely the cleanest gas station bathroom I have ever been in. I will definitely be getting gas here when I am heading in or out of town in the future. The most reasonable gas prices too! I love this place!

Usually when coming through this way, I'd have to pay for reserved parking here. Not anymore! Thanks to the Sheetz that recently opened, I can finally find a free place to park in the Columbus area. I wonder if the $20 is worth missing out on the 130 gallons of fuel and dinner I just bought.

Your parking os a SCAM. It does not fill up and you wake up the drivers and get your $20. DO NOT GO HERE!! DO NOT RESPOND TO THIS EVERYONES COMPLAINED AND ITA STILL THE SAME! YOU ARE ROBBING TRUCKERS SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN!

PLEASE READ ENTIRE REVIEW. This is one of the worst truck stops. It's amazing how there can be 5 employees behind the counter and it's so dirty. Door handles are disgustingly dirty and the coffee station needed attention. At least keep it clean and stocked. BEWARE...We used the ATM inside the truckers' side door, which was filthy, and come to find out our card was hacked and someone tried to make a purchase on it in Tennessee. Thank goodness we have an excellent bank. All parking is paid parking. With the amount of money they bring in every night you would think they could restripe the lines and do some cleaning. Perhaps they are in need of better management.
