I park at this store a couple of times already, always show up around 3 to 8 pm, but always find a spot for my truck. Just use their shower services, and they are in decent shape, can't complain. The store is clean as many of pilots/flijin j.
The store was very clean, well maintained and stocked. ?️ service The store staff was very professional and friendly, they opened up another register to clear out the line fast. ? Food. They have the usual PFJ fare along with a Subway and a Huddle house for your food options. ? Restroom The restroom was clean and well maintained. ? Showers The shower was clean with lots of hot water and great water pressure. ?️ Parking The parking lot is not too bad with lots of free spaces and paid spots as well.
I enjoyed this stop on my way to camp with my family. The bathrooms were very clean and this stop is one of the cleanest I've seen so far. I mean this is the first time I've seen actual workers behind you cleaning the coffee area where you serve and add sugar to your coffee. It felt pretty good to see how neat they keep up this place. I brought a delicious pretzel, coffee, green shake, hot chocolate, and some chips and we all were satisfied with the service and food... If you happen to be passing by make this stop you will be satisfied!!!
Good place. Nothing special. Spots fill up fast here. Drivers park where they shouldn’t and are in the way. No parking lot enforcement at all, it’s a free for all.
Reserved a shower at 3:30 pm,app said 9 people ahead of me. Guest #121. At 4:50 I decide I'm gonna go check and see how much longer I have to wait. They're giving showers to #126 and #127. I never got a code,I never got a notification, nothing. My phone sat next to me with THE APP OPEN while I watched TV in my truck. So now there's 17 people ahead of me despite me getting skipped. And of course I get told there's nothing they can do. I've bought a lot of overpriced fuel at this location and end up getting screwed out of a shower credit and my place in line
I have a complaint about store#518 They have hard water and don't clean the oatmeal hot water sprout or coffee sprout. I asked them to wipe them off please and they straight didn't hear me or care. It's sad that I couldn't fix my choice because of that and forced to spend $$ that I'm trying to save from OTR already. I love Pilot, but don't like when customers health isn't being considered ?. I have pictures for proof.
I have stopped here several times. Yes, the lot and fuel island need work, the shop is good and the restaurant is excellent. There is a shop, idle aire, good showers, and the Huddle House restaurant. The staff is friendly. I had the pot roast and it was amazing. A perfect portion, with mashed potatoes, gravy and a veggie for 8.99!! Cindy is an old school waitress who gets you everything you need quick and correct. She is socialable if you want or leaves you alone if you want. Great service!!
The bathroom was filthy all day. We arrived in the morning it was filthy and periodically throughout the day made trips inside. Nobody ever did clean them. The subway workers act like they can’t see you and the huddle house workers never even greeted us. We went ahead and seated ourselves but no menu was ever brought to our table and nobody asked us what we would like to drink. After a little while we got up and left. There isn’t anywhere else to go within walking distance so I would suggest you bring your own lunch if you happen to be stopping here along your route.
This flying j's had great customer service. The parking space is huge. The inside has a auntie Annie's, a subway & a restaurant i believe called the huddle. Which i had a lovely server named Brianna who had A1 customer service & the food was so delicious. Being a truck driver it's hard to always get a fresh hot meal so i was more than happy with the way my food came put. I didn't get a chance to take pictures of the flying j side but they do have showers & Landry part & shopping part. Also at this one they have the internet protal tube you can hook up to your truck. Overall I give this one A+
10.12.2022 Big parking lot. Lots of food available. Shower guest was wating 10.
Good place and lots of parking, however for such a busy location one might expect there to be more showers ?…. Just my thoughts, overall the customer service is great and the store is clean.
Had a line waiting for the shower. While no one was cleaning them. I get to the shower and the fan is filthy with dust and sink or toilet not clean and garbage in the garbage can. For the price charged please do better Pilot/Flying J. The State may need to drop 8n for a surprise visit. Fan is filthy.
Large lot. Fills up at night. Showers, restrooms. Huddle House for a sit down meal. Subway for a quick pit stop. Lot is clean. Good sized grass area for walking pets. Store is clean with the usual assortment of products.
One of the better Traveler's chains that I've had the privilege to stop at. Aside from the usual convenient store items, they also carry Alot of useful things Truckers need while on the road. From Headsets to Load Locks. And not to mention the Truckers Lounge and Showers be Immaculate. Also, they be having Subways, Denny's, or some other chain for a pretty decent meal.
Overall average truck stop large parking but fills fast and charge if park in idle air lanes 10 dollars a night have to be gone before 1pm. Inside store okay employees staff nice. Has a subway and huddle house. At huddle house food service quality not great waitress was rude. Decent clean showers small laundry room etc. Careful getting here after 7pm parking tight trucks barely get in or out.
Seems really nice food smells great. They seem to have a lot of things for truckers such as showers and a lounge for the drivers. They sell clothing toothpaste food and several electronics. Very friendly associates
2 stars just because the waitress in Huddle was really attentive but the frying j overall is disgusting. The trucker lounge is dirty and the lady restroom is worst. The floor is sticky like they moped with honey.
I78 from Harrisburg to NJ doesn’t have many good places to stop, but this is one of them. Clean bathrooms, decent fuel price for PA, and a great store that is filled with necessities and fun stuff. Staff seemed happy and having fun on a Sunday morning. That’s good to see. Good place to stop.
Good folks and clean showers and the huddle house not bad eats
