The yard area is littered with garbage. There are practically no parking spot , many trailers are parked unattended, and many trailer owners droped and occupy side spaces (that is, 2 parking spaces), and bobtails occupy the fule parking lot of the truck-trailers , because there is no separate parking for bobtails. I arrived there at 11:10 am and there was only one place. I think that someone should control the parking lots. I was there for 36 hours and next to me on the right and left side during this time no one came to their truck and trailer. But the biggest problem is this dirty area.
Clean place Good hygiene Friendly staff Specially jayson Thank you for all your efforts to make this place, I recommend almost night, still employees wore Trying to keep the place clean for customers I appreciate.
Plenty of parking and reserved spaces. Make yours on their website. Nice and clean. Has home style meals (meatloaf, chicken, etc) and a Denny's. 2 drivers lounges and a small game room. Clean showers and friendly staff. Safe and happy travels!
I must say I’ve been going here for a bit and for as long as I have I only had one issue and it was dealt with. The first and second shift I truly adore the guys that clean the showers super nice mind you there’s a lot of different personalities issues with people ?? . However they manage it very well even the workers in the front very catering and tend to your needs. I’ve witnessed a lot just by being on line and yes as truckers we experience and go through a lot however I’m pretty sure they do as well so lashing out on someone for doing their job or taking out our frustrations on them when all they are trying to do is serve us it is disgusting BELIEVE me I’ve seen it happen. So let’s practice on being kind to one another. ????
All of the food was nice and hot. The woman who served us was very friendly and gave us generous portions. The showers were awesome as usual. Got to watch a little football. Go Giants! My favorite part was the Bible study I attended. It was quite an unusual gathering. I was honored to be sitting at a table with God and 4 other gentlemen and feel completely at ease. I wish it would've taken place after my shower but it was completely obvious to me that we were brought together for a reason. Thank you so much for having us.
Stopped by to switch off and grab a bite. Was attended by the slim blonde girl, which kept muttering and laughing to "get out of here, your kind is not welcome here" she then took my change and tried to give it to another employee who just stared back at her like there's a customer there. Food was great though. Parking lot is packed and full of trash.
Arrived late, and Stephanie at the counter was friendly and knowledgeable about the facilities. Definitely an asset to the property! Showers had great pressure, and soap dispensers worked fantastic compared to other places. Thanks for a good stay, Flying J!
Hubby says this was one of the best Flying J's he has been to. Said it was a little hard finding a spot to park, with bobtailers taking up full spots, but still at 5:45pm he was happy to get a spot. Inside the store was clean, the staff was polite & courteous, and the food - really surprised him. He wasn't going to tempt fate since he has food in the truck, but he was just wanting something different. He got a meatloaf dinner with green beans & mash potatoes and gravy from the hot box ready-made area. He couldn't stop raving about how good the meal was. Meatloaf was juicy w/a sweet tomato sauce, the green beans were cooked just right & had a garlic butter sauce that was really tasty, and the mash potatoes were creamy w/a brown gravy that was as good as he makes at home (that is saying something, he is a prior cook & owned his own restaurant back in Australia). He is marking this stop on his map for his next time through the area!
This was a nice place with very clean bathrooms
Clean restrooms, very nice. Showers are always clean. They got plenty of food to choose from. Denny's inside. Parking is a little tight in some spots. Reserved parking limits the free parking spots. The later you get here the harder it is to find a spot.
Just like the previous driver said the yard is filthy not to add my husband and I go in for a shower and what do they say they have no showers because they have no maintenance... Not to add there are two employees standing there so therefore why can't one of them clean the showers?!?! I know it may not be your job title but where I've always worked we worked together when something needed to be done we done it didn't have to be our position to do it was just team work!!!
Responsive staff, I ordered a shower through the application, but right next to the door my shower number and code disappeared from the application.. polite women’s at the checkout helped me and restored the shower number... Thank you
Clean and well stocked. Large parking lot with a working RV dump.. The showers were nicely designed and fairly clean. The water pressure was fantastic, but the water felt slimy because it had a softener system.
RV friendly! RV fueling lanes and a dump station (wish we had known about that beforehand). Signage could be better for RVs - it was clear where trucks and cars needed to go, but not RVs. The cashier greeted us when we walked in the door which was very nice.
I was on my way to biking the nearby LeTort Spring Natural Trail but stopped here for a slice of pizza. Somehow the young lady cashier didn't like me very much. When it was my turn, she stepped away from the cash register and went to the hot food section. From there she greeted the gentleman behind me, not sure if they knew each other, but I realized she had just skipped me. The manager seemed to have made the same observation and exchanged glance with me. I shrugged my shoulder. The manger came and asked what I needed then instructed the young lady to ring me up. I wanted a drink to go with the slice of pizza, so she told me to get it at the fountain machine without ringing me up. When I came back of course now there were 2 new customers in front of me. I felt vert frustrated that she literally gave me a run-around. The other cashier's on the other side saw me and flagged me over to his cash register and rang me up. The extra star is for him! Thank you!! This facility was clean and the pizza was good, but the service I received from the first cashier was unacceptable. PS. This was not my first visit, but it's still confusing to me what each cashier register is for, or if there's is a difference.
Big middle finger to pilot for having soo many reserved parking spots, as if this company isn’t taking money in hand over fist. Srsly wish my company went with loves or TA instead.
