I love Loves. Their bacon Mac and cheese is so delicious especially right out of the warmer. It’s always fresh and hot. Also they make delicious desserts, especially the Cheesecake Parfait. These two items are my favorite lunch from Loves. Plus they have great slushies.

Great place to stop. Clean restrooms. They even have buttons to rate the rest rooms instantly... from smiley faces to Mr. Yuk. Well stocked with anything you want or need. Section just for truckers. Includes a McDonald's and Subway. Easy on and off I 283.

3 hrs to change one flat tire is ridiculous. And I mean 3 hrs after I got my truck in the shop. I'm OK with waiting my turn to get in the shop but, 3 hrs after I got in is inexcusable. And the woman who appears to be in charge of the shop day shift is just SHOCKINGLY rude to people. Sitting in the shop lobby watching and listening to how horribly she treats people is jarring. My God what is wrong with her!?!?

I don’t usually write reviews but when something is worth mentioning I feel the need. I stopped at this loves in Middletown PA for a PM on my truck. It was a bit of a wait which is to be expected when you check in at 1430 ish. I was called in around 1900 the service tech (David White) took charge of my PM. A short while later I was informed that one of my fuel filters were stuck in my truck and it took them a little over a hour to get it released. I won’t go into much detail over the suspicion of how or why. After completing the PM we attempted to start the truck. My truck would not start at all. After sometime David took everything apart and discovered that in the process the fuel housing had become damaged. He made every attempt to get this fixed including calling and waking people up at midnight to try to find a solution. He took this problem very personal and truly put in his best efforts and I couldn’t ask for more Unfortunately he was unable to do so. He informed me (apologetically) that he can’t do any more and that the main mechanic will be in the morning and the shop manager would be taking this on. I had to get a hotel for the night. When I returned in the morning, The shop manager (Hillary Bogan) first apologized for the inconvenience and informed me that the housing was indeed damaged and needed to be replaced. Unclear if this was done by the previous shop or the current one she took charge and got the necessary part from Freightliner (1000 part) and had her mechanic (Shane) install this immediately. Hillary took charge of this situation and much like David took my down time and inconvenience personally as if it was their own. She informed me the details on how to get my hotel reimbursed (as well as some other items for my inconvenience that I won’t detail here) and when it was all said and done my truck was not only running but given a good thorough once over on every nook and cranny. The mechanic (Shane) took the time at my request to get my part numbers that I requested all while they had good line of work ahead of them. I definitely felt like I was a priority and valued. I was back in service with virtually no down time and still had more than ample time to find a load that day without missing any money. Owner operators: we have a choice of our establishments to get work done. If you’re in the area I would definitely recommend choosing this location. They will truly go above and beyond for you. They really stand out compared to many other loves I have been to and I myself will definitely return. Thanks again to the people who got me up and running so quickly

Very nice of Love's to provide "terminal" style parking for 3 or 4 local companies in their vicinity. Not like there's much parking to begin with. If you're an OTR driver, I'd avoid this place like the plague because it's apparent that the management at this location is more than happy to accommodate two dozen local bobtail drivers around the clock. Take your business somewhere else where you're appreciated and there'd at least be a spot for you to park long enough to get a meal or a shower. Thanks for wasting my time, Love's, it's not difficult to figure out where I'm not wanted. Oh, and horsecrap on your coffee cup lid shortage scam, too. You know what you can do with your refillable plastic cups, right?

Place needs a good cleaning. Dropped trailers and bobtails in every spot. Drivers have turned this into their personal drop lot. Watched the guys pick garbage at the gas pumps out front. NEVER picked up the garbage in the truck lot.

Small. No parking Good luck is all I can say Wouldn't be so bad if they didn't have bob tails taking up all the parking spots for trucks with trailers and a sign saying no dropped trailers all while having a dropped trailer in a spot and nothing done about it

Shop is great. Got the radiator replaced on my truck and made sure I had a place to park. Everyone I interacted with (shop and store) were terrific. I’ve been to a lot of truck stops and this one is definitely in the top ten as one of the best. Beware truck parking is full often.

Horrible experience all the way up to answering the phone call to find out what time the manager was going to be in this morning and I asked her at the beginning of the conversation. How were you doing this morning and she replies “ What is it you need“ With a rude attitude like it was an inconvenience did not give her name on top of it the night shift manager at the tire shop is very rude even after explaining to her that I had permission to park where I was parked and straight up, called me a liarNot to mention coming to my truck and beating on my door like she was the police with a warrant, then threatening to have me towed. I fueled up, took a shower, and did some shopping and not one person in that store could even crack a smile And that is sad I used to work for loves, and that is not loves motto of how you treat customers If I did not exit the property Even try to explain to this rude tire shop lady that I had no time and she said I don’t care you need to leave the property. We have no more space available. horrible people at this location I will never return to that location again.

Do not come here. Hard to maneuver and bobtails parked everywhere. This is not a truck stop, it's a parking lot for people parking their tractors.
