Stop by for breakfast and restroom on our way to Niagara falls. small and convenient. There's a Burger King and petrol station attached to it.

I never like to give bad reviews but sadly the restroom in the establishment was horrific. It was severally unclean and a biohazard. The restrooms were so unclean I doubt in my opinion that any employee has even seen the inside of it for days. If you come too this travel plaza dont be swayed by the cleaner interior of the store but the restroom and restaurant food was nauseating. But none the less the sunsets in the mountains here are amazing and breathtaking, but has nothing to do with the actual quality of this location.

More bus station than truck stop. Was informed by staff they get as many as 40 buses a day stopping through. When you're here you see a non-stop parade of Grayhounds pulling up and letting folk off for a break. A busload of diners will quickly wipe out food ready to go at Burger King and you'll have to wait a bit will they recoup. Cleanliness was ok. Wasn't the best I've seen, far from the worse.

The bathrooms were foul, almost puked at the smell and had to step around brown liquid all over the floor. The food at burger king was good, no complaints.

I was on a gotobus from NYC heading to Buffalo and we stopped for gas. I was so hungry so I am reviewing mainly on the food - 24 oz really good iced coffee, a warm chicken burger (the patty is huge), and a sausage for $12. I think it is the cheapest meal I had this whole NYC trip. Staff are friendly. Bathroom could have been better. Not dirty or smelly at all, just paper on the floor and water all over the counter. Otherwise I’d give 5 stars for my very brief 5-min experience.

This was my first visit to this location (thanks to Mudflap). If possible, I would give ten stars simply for the excellent customer service displayed by Jaclyn and Melinda, these ladies should be in upper management or training positions. They stopped what they were doing when I walked in and addressed my fueling needs immediately. They need to teach the people in Burger King about customer service because every single one of them acted like I walked in with purple skin. I will admit my food was the best I've had from BK in a very long time (after having to request hot fries). They have about 15 parking spaces and I forgot to verify the showers. I'll visit this location again just to converse with Jaclyn and Melinda because they actually know how to treat people and still do their jobs. Kudos Ladies and I hope each of you receives a $5/hr raise! ??

Buses, trucks and cars that are on the go can get everything that they need at the Onvo!

If I Review only the Store itself I give it a 5 out of 5 but I need to be fair and give it a 4 from how our Food gets in the Burger King but other than that the Store is very great you have some great Employees and the Casino Games are the Best ones in the County at least for an Onvo.

Nasty ?. The restroom was disturbing. Trash was running over.. Sanitary napkins. Red body fluid on the floor. I never leave reviews. You’ll definitely need a check up if you decide to use the facilities.

Came here a few times last week during a small vacation for some stuff. Was around 12-1am. The brunette at the counter asked me how I was, then I asked her how she was and she responded "Do you really want to know? You probably don't". Beavis and butthead outside were monkeying around with the gas pump and irritating her. Felt bad! But I guess that's how it goes. Other than that, friendly service and had what we needed (butter, some dental hygiene stuff, etc).

The overnight crew during the week with the two girls, are the best! Especially the burnette one. I believe her name is katie ? Anyways, shes so sweet, very helpful to everyone and seems so hard working whenever I come in for coffee. Shes constantly stocking and helping customers. Also the red head one is very sweet and patient. Definitely give these girls a pat on the back !!

I was at this location on Tuesday August 3rd.The ladies room was absolutely a disgrace.There was piles of toilet paper all over the floor in each stall and it smelled. My husband said there was no toilet paper in men's room. And the foul mouths on your employees while the place was full with families with children.

I like the place. I'm a local and stop for gas or use the BK drive-thru. I see a lot of reviews calling BK dirty but this tiny travel stop gets so many buses. I've seen 5 buses there at one time plus the trucks and autos. I've seen BK with only 2 people working and the same for the convenience store - maybe just 2 people. They're honestly doing the best they can. The staff is really nice.

I stopped by the Burger King for a milkshake and have to compliment the staff for their friendliness. I was very impressed.

I have to give it 4 stars now because they upgraded their diesel pumps to pay at the pump. Gas Station section is typical but Burger King is awful. They do get a lot of buses and there is a long wait in line if there are buses in the parking lot. Rest rooms are located on the Burger King side. They also have one shower for truck drivers.

First I will start by saying that the convince store part and employees were very friendly and professional. Burgerking on the other hand was something to be ashamed of. My first thought walking in there was this place is disgusting not one clean table and there was stuff all over the floors. The service ordering food was okay, but that's not the worst part. While eating the manager was conducting an interview at one of the tables in the open. The person he was interviewing you could tell was nervous to begin with. The way he was talking was so unprofessional, with his voice raised he was practically yelling everyone in there could hear what he was saying. His questions were very degrading. Just plain rude. I feel sorry for anyone that has to work with that.
