Showers were great! Got extremely hot ! My only complaint is going into Wendy’s. I was enjoying it until a young black man came in to pick up his mobile order. He walked right in and right out. Soon as he hit the corner , the employees were making extremely mean jokes saying he looked like a monkey and making extremely loud monkey noises . I won’t go any further but disappointing .

Not enough dropped trailers in the parking lot. Could use 10 or 20 more to fill in the gaps. Not enough drivers blasting their speakers. If you've got nothing to do, this is the place to go blast your speakers. Forget a good day. Make it a bad day.

Update: 6 hours after my coffee mug had gone missing, I checked with a cashier, and she handed me the mug. This mug is a big deal for me: it keeps my coffee hot for several hours, and prevents spills while driving. Thanks so much for your consideration.

Gas was cheap so we went here, location was clean and modern.

Fueling here is challenging, manager needs to come out more and get people to move. Entrance and exit is always jammed with people parked blocking the exit. Takes way more than 30 minutes just to fuel here. Would not recommend coming here.

If you're one of the cheapskates that likes to park in reserved parking without paying you're not gonna like this Pilot. So many times in a pinch you have to pay for a spot and you get there and they're all taken by people who didnt pay when the app shows 10 or 15 spots still open. Too many Pilot employees/managers tell you "?‍♂️nothing we can do" Keep up the good work guys its about time someone enforced the reserved parking. ?

This truckstop doesnt have any food available at 6am just as bad as TA

Place is very nice inside. Workers are friendly and helpful. They have alot of merchandise and supplies. I'm tempted on a couple of things they have, lol. It was in the afternoon when I was there. Went and got a shower. Shower was very clean. I was kinda surprised as I wasn't sure how'd they be. Since my experience with the showers was great the 1st time, Went back another day but in the am. Was a different story. Shower I had been given had hair on the floor and on the sitting area. Went out and told person at register and was given a different shower room. 3rd time it was in the afternoon and the shower room was excellent. Made sure to let the person cleaning them know how well of a job the person was doing and thanked the person. It's not the Pilots fault on the 2nd shower experience, it was the employee that didn't do the job right. No body probably says or notices and that's why it doesn't get taken care of. I will still take showers at the Pilot, just at different times. Hey, can't take it out on the company if customer doesn't speak up about things. Not everyone cleans the same.

-Parking lot is obscene, nobody has any clue what they’re doing and you will end up caught in the intersection for a few minutes trying to turn in -Showers get lukewarm at best, ac is currently blasting in the shower and there is snow on the ground -Mid to low range as far as PFJ goes, but there’s not a lot of options in the area anyways so good luck -Pretty good food across the street

I was just warming up to Pilots. Well that is over now. Seems all their locations are moving to only semi-truck parking or employee parking. No one else is allowed to park in their area. What isn’t marked as employee parking says 15 min parking. Guess you’re not even allowed to dine in at Wendy’s any more unless you park across the street. I’ll take my $4000 per month fuel bill back to Love’s and let all my driver’s know no more buying Pilot fuel until they have space for customers. How many employee’s does it take to run a Pilot/Wendy’s? Ridiculous!!

I was traveling through from NY to SC and stopped for coffee and a quick bite. Bought a $10 power ball ticket for the $1.4B jackpot from the cashier on Friday October 6, 2023 @8:40pm but she never gave me my ticket. She talked to me the whole time, ensuring I knew it's cash only for the ticket, regaling me with tales of her knee high piggy bank she uses for emergencies, handed me my change (no receipt) and wished me a good night. My total was $35.76. I remember this because I gave her 2 $20 bills and had just removed all the change out of my purse before starting my trip. She asked if I at least had a penny, which is what prompted the conversation about her piggy bank. At 2am, when I finally realized I never received my ticket, I called Pilot and spoke with someone who said she didn't see anything unclaimed at the register and the cashier who sold me my ticket was gone for the night. I asked what I can do about this and she said a manager would be in at 6am. I'll update my review if the situation is resolved. Pretty good scheme though. 10/10 don't recommend

Maybe don't sleep here if you work overnight hours "sleep during day" people constantly blowing their airhorns like the animals they are. I guess they are fed up with the truck stop being tight

Shower here sucks. Water temperature keep changing every 20 seconds. Water pressure is like rain drizzle. Only two young ladies running the store. This place needs lots of work and attention

Small and not many spots to park as a suv driver. Filled up and searched store for a packet of mustard for heartburn and none in pilot side or at taco bell. However, Mike was able to get me some from subway! Thank you sir! Now my heartburn will be gone! Roll Tide ? ? ?
