Needs to be updated but overall, not a bad place to stop.. Showers are small and no place to put your bag unless you put it on the floor. I don't like to do that. You may not mind.. Showers are decent with hot water. Water pressure could be better but hey I'm not complaining. Still get to shower. Always seems pretty clean inside the store. The restaurant is decent as well.. Parking lot is usually pretty full but drive around and you'll probably find someone is pulling out.

This location is dated but still not a bad stop. Showers are small but not bad overall. Staff is pretty friendly and helpful. Didn't need to do any shopping today or visit any of the restaurants.

I'm always surprised to see amazing customer service from folks who don't owe me anything. Thank you, Angelo, for being so kind to this dirty hiker and for helping me navigate shower and laundry. What a restful and productive stop-over! Genuinely kind and helpful people are always gems to encounter, and you've got one here.

I came to post a review and I see nothing but negativity toward employees. Some target the night shift crew and the fuel desk. Did anyone ever stop to think that maybe the place is understaffed because they are sick or have family emergencies or technical difficulties. Like, grow the hell up people. THEY ARE HUMAN TOO. If ya'll don't like the service, then go somewhere else. I know a few employees there that have families, family emergencies, issues going on, are sick as hell, and yet they still make the decision to work 6 damn days a week and be there for you ungrateful customers. I personally would never serve people like you. I understand the lack of service and such can be frustrating, however, no one deserves the mistreatment or belittling that you guys give them. 5 stars to the company and crew on all shifts! I know things get complicated and frustrating sometimes but ya'll are still there and going strong to help everyone that comes in, to the best of your abilities despite being short staffed or having malfunctions. Ignorant people may not understand but I give ya'll a thumbs up for sure!!! <3 KEEP YOUR HEADS UP AND KEEP GOING STRONG!!

Never coming back to this place. I reserved my truck parking and the workers started knocking on my door I let them know I paid they said ok then continue to knock on all the drivers doors to make sure they paid for parking. Then a few hours later I fell asleep and was waken up by the TA workers again this time the manager wanted to make sure I paid. Just uncalled for and ridiculous. You do not wake drivers up! We have to be refreshed for the morning to drive. This was so stupid! I will never come here again. They even made a few drivers leave if they didn’t pay.. they didn’t care if they were out of DOT hours or not. And the place is over crowded early. I got there at 5:40p & had to park in reserved parking it was two spaces left that I saw out of the whole place.

Lost a $2500 load and had to pay $250 for a relisting fee and a contract cancel fee due to a mechanic not putting on the fuel filter correctly. Over $3200 lost due to the shop on Saturday 30 Dec 2023. PLUS, fuel to return. PLUS, my time!!! The only one that showed some remorse was the mechanic on Monday morning. Service writer acted like it was no big deal. Other than that. Clean shower, clean store, really good restaurant, although limited hours. Acceptable amount of paid parking..

The manager here is dumb as hell. Employees all said yes you can drop your trailer here since I paid for 2 days in a reserved spot. Then I call to double check because you can never be sure, and the manager says no you cannot. Then I walk around the truck stop and whattya know, 6 dropped trailers in the lot. Figure it out and communicate with your employees.

As I was on my way to the TA in Harrisburg, I checked the app and it said that there were 25 available parking spaces for reserve. I get here and pay for a spot. When I get ready to park, I see that there is only one spot available and before I can park there some SOB takes the only spot. Like the rest of the clowns he obviously didn't pay for a reserved space. I go to ask for a refund the young guy at the fuel desk tells me I can park by the dumpster by the fuel island and no one will bother me. Low and behold, half way through my 10 hour break I get woken up to move. Since I was in sleepee berth, I had to drive under 5 mph so Samara won't kick me into drive in order to park. Needless to say I am calling corporate on this raggedy place.

Could use a remodel. No signs on the interstate heading southbound. I found it on Trucker Path. Strong and great Verizon signal. A lot of paid parking that is hard to distinguish from the free spaces.

Clean showers. The restaurant at this location has always been excellent.. glad to know it’s still excellent. Country fried steak & eggs is my go to. Keep up the great work.

Who is in charge of the fuel clerk position during night shift? No fuel clerk for 20 minutes. Ended up fueling across 81 after wasting precious time. No fuel clerk 4/4/-4/5/24. Around midnight this is unacceptable holding up truckers like this. I will never fuel here again

Had an issue with the Carlisle Petro stopped in here to get a phone number. Only explained my situation, and they accommodated me in the parking that I needed, even though they were jampacked very very great people here very nice, both the cashier for the diesel pump, which is a leadand the service lead will definitely be happy to stop here anytime

One of the filthiest truck stops I ever stopped at. Bathrooms are dirty, out of paper - no one is cleaning them. All the showers out of order. Most of the parking is reserved. Avoid if you can.

Yeah this may be a little longer but it's BAD! went to get a apple juice and seen that! Mold growing in the bottle walked past the roller dog grill and that thing has never been cleaned lol look at all the stains on it. that bathroom door has not seen a rag since Jesus walked the earth. They have a closed for cleaning sign that may be the least used thing in the store because other than taking out the trash no cleaning personal been in there in a LONG TIME. But last night before I saw any of this I had good at the country pride and it was real good and there bathroom was pretty clean and was nice so there is that atleast
