Wow, just Wow!! We got here in the early afternoon and needed a 3 axle alignment ASAP! The shop took us in and we were stunned at the excellent service we got. Jeremy was our mechanic. To be honest a great deal of TA's have rather lazy mechanics but the opposite here! A second mechanic was needed and that wasn't a problem. Jeremy was extremely knowledgeable, professional and friendly. If TA reads these reviews, y'all need to give this guy a raise and make sure you keep him! He's a rare gem. The parking lot is huge, lots of free parking and there's an actual sit down restaurant. We haul a great deal back west and too many TA's have still not opened their sit down restaurants. A Subway and Pizza Hut is there too for those in a rush. The staff in the store were friendly too. Showers are very clean, good pressure and lots of hot water!! We did get to have breakfast at the restaurant. The waitress reminded me of the old school friendliness we all so miss these days. Yes, the food was awesome! Praise to the cook on that one! We did do some laundry and it was by FAR the best laundry room of all the truck stops. Extremely clean, a place to hang things up, and a folding table. 5-6 machines and dryers! The reserves are close to the store and there are four handicapped parking places for the disabled. Take your 34 here, you won't regret it. Thank you TA, you remind us of the way TA's used to be "back in the day!"
This was a wonderful experience to stop here while we were traveling from Detroit to Buffalo. We just stopped here to find some magnate Souvenirs and we found few here. They carry lot of items specially for travelers need besides basic needs. Salesperson was very nice and stayed their for sometime. Inside this store there was a restaurant too with the name Country Pride Restaurant.
I have a very good friend who just so happens to be gay and was told to leave by management. He was with his partner, and they were approached by the police, who informed them that the manager wanted them gone. Two normal dudes, a white man and a person of color, who just so happen to be gay. I am not saying this is the reason, but I find it odd that they were singled out and told to leave. I really do feel that you should give an official reason for refusing them. They went to a different stop and are very upset about this and also confused as to why they were treated this way.
A couple of FedEx Dr. parking in handicap, reported to the fuel desk and the older lady got an attitude like i beat her cat, it's to bad that liberals are aloud to work in public. The manager was on the ball but could do better! The front counter workers do a great job ? ?.
This is the best TA I’ve been to on the eastern half of the country and the subway was the best that I’ve been to ever. I ordered a #17 and the woman who took my order didn’t even have to turn around to see what it was, she just knew. And she knew every topping it got. She and the gentleman working were so organized and worked so well together. I did 7 years in food service before going into industrial positions and I have never seen such a well organized kitchen.
I worked here as the porter for almost a year, ensuring all truck drivers had a nice clean shower each visit. I have talked and made friends with alot of very nice truckers coming in from alot of different places. It was honestly my favorite job I have ever done. Tina the manager was very supportive and super awesome. Actually miss working here socializing with all the truckers and workers. Everyone up here is so nice. I suggest if u guys ever need to stop and shower, or need a little nap they have a a movie room they keep the lights off so u can catch a movie or take a quick nap while they work on your truck, get a massage in the chairs, grab a bite to eat from the many options they have from the restaurant, pizza hut, subway or something quick from the store with a nice hot coffee or cold beverage, or to do your laundry go to TA they go out of their way for everyone.
This place is hostile to RV travelers who need a nap and to gay couples. Don't ever go here even if you're neither. I'm also a person of color and I don't feel safe here. This travel center has really taken a nosedive in the last couple of years.
If you like being charged .57 cents for ice... in your OWN cup. Wth. I don't even bother fueling at TA anymore.
TA tire service department was very professional. Very nice guys. The estimate was absolutely correct with the ETA between an hour/two. Well done keep going strong ??
The lady in the night was very rude(i don’t know the name), if you read this mam - i know u are not happy with your life but if you talk rude it will only make it worse but if you just talk nicely and understand the other person it will help you to heal.
Great roadside service My husband ran out of fuel. LOVES didn't bring enough fuel, nor prime it long enough, and said the truck needed tow. so TA came out with 25 more gallons and got it started right up after a bit of priming. Great service, awesome professional mechanic. Thanks so much. He'd been there 13 hours
Had a coolant leak in middle of a snow storm and broke down at this TA. Mechanics said they could get me in 2a.m. it was only 5:30p.m. at the time. I waited in their driver lounge for over 6 hours calm as can be. My truck couldn't give me heat with out coolant. 2a.m. comes around and they want me to drop my trailer when there is 2 inches of ice and a foot of snow on the ground. They had 3 open trailer bays. Manger didn't even have enough since to know I would get stuck Bob tailing in that weather. All he cared about was the snow melting in his nice and clean garage. If u want good service just drive past this place. They caused my blood pressure to go up to 187 over 114
I wouldn’t stop here again if I was a truck driver. The guy changing the garbage will mf you up and down if you’re in his way getting fuel and when you leave he’s nice enough to give you the middle finger as you’re pulling out
Getting rid of country pride for an IHOP. Won't be coming back to this place Not a big fan of IHOP. Like country pride better
They just had to close the restaurant. Do you know fast restaurants. Dam what in Heck happened to T/A
