Moldy showers, no face cloths, water spraying out all parts of the shower head and covering, as well as both soap holers broken off. Terrible customer service and attitudes. Many items not in stock, and Very limited parking. Definitely Better to go to the new Quick trip on the otherwise of the interstate.
Very friendly workers,Great coffee. Bathroom was very clean.
I stopped at 153, it still feels like it will take 10-12 gallons of diesel, but my tank at red takes a maximum of 157 gallons, I stopped. There is no seal or inspection check.
Good morning everyone. My respect and appreciation to people who work there. They are honest and great.I am truck driver who lost a wallet before 2 days at the shower cabin. I understood that thing 5 hours later . I panicked cause I didn’t understand at the moment where it was. I called store and lady told me they have it. In some day was there and took my stuff. I couldn’t believe. They saved me a lot of problems . The best recommendations.
This is the dirtiest Loves I've ever seen. I've been in Loves from Washington State to FL. Photos from Arby's inside. Some of the trash on the table was left by employees working in the Arby's. The store has boxed supplies crowding aisles, out of supplies by the coffee area. Ladies room has torn paper towels on the counter, unswept floor, overflowing trash cans in the stalls. Definitely NOT paying for a shower here. Worried about the germs in there Just sayin...
Went to this loves tonight after a long travel work trip.. tried to fuel up at MULTIPLE pumps. None would work, none would take my company card nor any other card I had. Leaving a “card not sup” reading. Whatever that means. Never had an issue like this at a loves.. had to stop somewhere else for fuel for the rest of the 3 hour drive..
It’s alright , just your typical loves … they have Arby’s , it’s pretty clean , showers are decent . At least my shower , shower 7 didn’t really have good pressure but it was enough to get the job done . I have decent Verizon signal close to pumps at least 2-3 bars
Want a really bad Arby’s experience? Look no further. Want to see the laziest staff with no since of urgency? Welcome to the worst stop for lunch. This place will make you feel like there’s no hope for the future. There were at least 8 employees working June 7th 2023 at approximately 3:10pm, that should work somewhere else. ALL the employees working were just treating their job like a joke. Now we know to just skip this exit, and go to buckeys about 20 miles further.
This is Store #371 in Dillon, South Carolina. The facility itself is clean, especially the restrooms (men's) which seems newly remodeled. The store itself is well stocked and not many out of stock items. I've experienced some Loves run out of dairy products, frequently. Three stars because their gasoline pumps and their app don't allow online authorization, and the thing that really burns my biscuits. Please Pay Inside. I ended up going across the street to the Shell it worked out just fine. Loves needs to work on and improve pump functionality at it's locations. ⛽?️
Super busy gas station. They offer showers, dog park, great selection on drinks, snacks & miscellaneous items. Cashier up front was working at 100%. She was super busy as she was the only one working. She would greet every customer they would walk in with a welcome to Loves.
My boyfriend and I stopped here to fuel the truck. As you can see in the first photo, the outside faucet was running. My boyfriend tried to shut it off, but was only able to slow it down. The second picture is from the men's restroom, that's hot water constantly flowing with no one in front of it. He tried to let the manager know, but the manager was nowhere to be found, no one knew who was maintenance either. This is the Loves #371 in Dillion, SC. This kind of stuff only wastes water, electricity and the customer's money!
Plenty of HOT showers and very clean. Almost did not stop because of poor reviews, glad we did. Staff were all very friendly. The landscaping where trucks park really needs some cleaning. I docked a star for that. Really hope they take care of this issue.
Love that they have a dog park, but it is not clean. There is poop left from previous customers and both dog waste stations bag holders are empty. I had to go back to our RV to grab some bags..
Come and experience our location. We want to earn your business. We strive everyday to put the customer first. I welcome you to Dillion SC Loves.
Nobody wants to help on the trucker side. You have to go around and beg somebody to allow you to get fuel then you have to chase down your receipt all they care about is chitchatting and visiting with each other and not taking care of how you make your money $600 to fill my tank and I’ve got a beg for somebody to turn on the pump
I must say compared to other Love's, this location if fairly less busy. Truck parking always available during most hours of the day but fills at night of course. They store itself is just like all Love's, good selection, clean, staff are nice etc. I stopped here for a reset and I enjoyed it. Only thing that was a bummer is neither uber eats or skip the dishes operate in this area. So as a trucker you're at the mercy of whatever the truck stop has to offer..
Besides being a gas station with normal convenience store items, they also have clothes, luggage, blankets, pillows, purses, audiobooks and even showers. They have a nice selection of coffee and fresh fruit too. Arby's is here too..
Lock door or someone will walk in on you shower system seems to be out of wack here, shower aren’t cleaned her and clog up something terrible
They don't empty the trash cans at this dog park. So how you expect us too clean up after our pets.
