November 3, 2022- Bathrooms were not clean toilet paper was everywhere. Water was hot from the faucets and paper seat covers available. Store has snacks and drinks plus a small section of electronics. Tobacco products sold here. Dog park available outside. McDonald’s attached.

I’m a professional driver and fuel at a lot of loves. But this location here in Newberry SC is by far the best in my opinion. Mr. Tom the manger is very nice and has great staff.Tom is the man!!!!!! He had help many a times with issues Ive had and always top flight with correcting it. Facility’s are always clean. And usual there is parking for the semis even later at night when you clock is running down to last little bit.

Below average loves here , shower was not very clean , and workers were rude today. I’ve been here before and it wasn’t like this. Hope I don’t have to stop here for awhile

Welcome to Love’s of Newberry South Carolina where we greet you with an attitude! Do you need a shower? We have plenty of showers available for you, but if you want it clean, well, that’s a different story! Arrived here about 10am 2/2/24 come inside to the diesel desk and politely ask if I can pickup the scale ticket I just did through the cat scale app, the lady huffed and puffed and gave me attitude. I just ignored the attitude and told her thank you and went on my way. I reserve a shower about 45 minutes later, pretty much all showers were available, not a busy time for showers, great! I walk into the shower room and am surprised to see a dirty toilet with urine on the seat and what looks like fecal matter as well. I start to put my shampoo on the shelf in the shower and well, the shelf has pubic hairs on it! Good thing I burned a shower credit and didn’t pay for this or I would have been pretty pissed off at paying $17 for filthiness. For the nastiness level this loves is on par with Loves in Carlisle PA.

Called for roadside assistance. Waited for 2hrs 40min. They kept saying technician will be there in 45mins, next was 20mins, 30mins, he just left, and finally he has a flat tire. The worst roadside experience I've ever had. Never again with this Love's.

This is a pretty good love's. No problem good staff everyone was professional. We as driver's are in a rush must of the time. Haven't dealt with Rude shippers and receivers carry our attitude into the stores with us let's check or self before passing judgement.I have to do this myself. This Love's has No Laundry facility ,but it has plenty of parking. McDonald's and Chester's are your choices.This McDonald's has Country ham if like it it's is good. Love My Love's! Don't ever come here for nothing less than a tire change. Shop full of folk that no nothing about changing a fuel filter. Been here 3 hours for 2 tires and a fuel filter. Once I checked in got a bay 15 min later and still watching this tech scratch his head.

You know, it's pretty sad, that I had to buy coffee in McDonald's. Especially when I had Loves points for Free coffee, but Loves was out of coffee except house coffee. It was bad like cup of mud, from sitting in there all night. Nobody wants to do their job and make a fresh pot. Its like that feeling you get when a cloud blows over without any rain. I'm very disappointed and probably won't stop here for awhile. ?

I stopped to get a flat fixed om my 18 wheeler. The staff was exceptionally rude, especially Tank. After not wanting to answer any questions they demanded I drop an empty trailer to fix a flat on the back of the truck. The same repair they have done with the trailer attached both loaded and empty many times in the past. I went elsewhere for service and will not be back.

The staff and souvenirs are great, and their is a small enclosed dog park! Thank you.

We broke down and needed a jump start thought we got lucky in stopping at this travel stop. Asked for a jump start at the mechanic shop in the back and was told sure we will be right out. We waited over 30 mins no one in sight. We ended up using our roadside assistance program. I will never be stopping here again. And we travel this stretch alot.

Power was down for little over an hour and 2 staff members came out on the truck side with attitudes and just plan rude use to enjoy stopping at this loves but here lately the staff has pour customer service and talks to us truck drivers as if we are trash and below them and if this is how it's going to be I will find another truck stop or loves to go to

Clean organized well stocked diverse inventory multitude of food choices and truckers tools and gadgets. Staff was nice and friendly. Gas station truck stop

The showers are adequate, but not up to Love's standards. At best they give them a quick wipedown inbetween guests. Notice the dirt ring on the shower floor. Dirt in other areas that should have been cleaned. Even outside, they can't be bothered to take care of the trash. No one watching. Manager: You have to inspect what you expect. You'd have a bad day if I was your District Manager.

It is the first time I see a doggy park by a gas station! Amazing to have on a long long road trip! Olive is very thankful for his time outside to stretch and sniff around! ? PS people need to pick up after their fur babies…
